Arrangement and method for aligning a wheel block on an end carriage, in particular a crane end carriage
An arrangement with an end carriage, a plate, and a wheel block which is detachably fastened to the end carriage and comprises a housing and a wheel that is mounted in the housing and projects out of the housing, wherein the plate is located between the end carriage and the wheel block and is fixedly connected to the end carriage and has a base surface directed towards the housing, and wherein the housing has a groove which receives the plate and which has a bottom surface, directed towards the base surface, and side walls delimiting the groove, wherein the wheel block is aligned relative to the end carriage by means of an interlocking connection between the wheel block and the plate.
Caster Assembly With Brake Assembly Having Low Actuation Force
A caster assembly comprises a caster wheel having an outer surface. A wheel support is coupled to the wheel to support the wheel for rotation about a rotational axis and for swiveling about a swivel axis. A brake assembly comprises a brake having a cammed wheel engaging surface shaped to engage the outer surface of the wheel and a brake actuator to move the brake relative to the wheel from an unbraked position to a braked position in which the brake limits rotation of the wheel about the rotational axis. The cammed wheel engaging surface is arranged to articulate relative to the wheel support. The cammed wheel engaging surface articulates relative to the wheel support in response to the wheel rotating about the rotational axis after the brake is initially placed in the braked position such that the cammed wheel engaging surface more deeply engages the wheel with rotation of the wheel about the rotational axis.
Force finger
A child stroller comprises a wheel assembly that includes a wheel disposed on a wheel mount, a wheel bushing including a bore, a pivot pin including an upper end, the pivot pin extending from an upper portion of the wheel mount and into the bore of the wheel bushing, and a force finger disposed in an upper end of the bore and at least partially surrounding and frictionally engaging the upper end of the pivot pin.
MESH CRIB
In general a crib includes a first and second side that each have a first perimeter support having a bottom support portion, a first breathable material retained by the perimeter support, and a lateral support member that further supports the breathable material in a position within the perimeter support and attached to the perimeter support. The crib also includes third and fourth sides, wherein the first, second, third and fourth sides define an interior. The crib further includes a mattress support platform positioned in the interior and movable between a first position proximate the lateral support member and a second, lower position proximate the bottom portion of the perimeter support. The breathable material has an air permeability of between 385 CFM to 1530 CFM and a light permeability of between 47 and 99%. In another example a crib includes first and second sides and third and fourth sides that each include a top support fixedly attached to the first and second sides and a bottom support movably attached to the first and second sides, a first breathable material retained by the top support and the bottom support and the breathable material forming a sling for retention of a mattress support platform. The mattress support platform is movable to various positions by moving the bottom support member and wherein the sling also moves such that the breathable material moves up and down to enclose the space above the mattress support platform.
Wheel adapter for a cargo container
A wheel adapter for a cargo container includes a wheeled adapter body. A container connector on the adapter body is configured for connection to the cargo container. A container elevation bolt threadably engages the adapter body. The container elevation bolt is selectively adjustable to correspondingly adjust an elevation of the adapter body and raise the cargo container for transport.
Suspension caster
A caster with an elastic member that absorbs impact forces during use. The elastic member can be placed between first and second portions pivotable with respect to each other about a pin. The elastic member can absorb impact forces between the first and second portions when in use. The elastic member can further include grooves that allow portions of the elastic member adjacent the grooves to flow into the grooves during impact, further absorbing impact forces.
Changeable wheel track mechanism for track width adjustment
State of the art track width adjustment mechanism fail to support track width adjustment while vehicle is in motion. They also require manual intervention, which causes inconvenience. The disclosure herein generally relates to wheel track adjustment, and, more particularly, to a changeable wheel track mechanism for track width adjustment (referred to as TWA mechanism). The TWA mechanism includes a steer and drive unit, a plurality of links, and a sliding unit. The TWA mechanism allows movement of a wheel in inward and outward directions, causing the track width adjustment. The track width is achieved by changing the wheel position to be at a wider position, or a narrower position, or any intermediate position. The TWA mechanism may be associated with any vehicle for which the track width adjustment is to be achieved.
AUTONOMOUS SURFACE CLEANING ROBOT FOR WET AND DRY CLEANING
An autonomous floor cleaning robot includes a transport drive and control system arranged for autonomous movement of the robot over a floor for performing cleaning operations. The robot chassis carries a first cleaning zone comprising cleaning elements arranged to suction loose particulates up from the cleaning surface and a second cleaning zone comprising cleaning elements arraigned to apply a cleaning fluid onto the surface and to thereafter collect the cleaning fluid up from the surface after it has been used to clean the surface. The robot chassis carries a supply of cleaning fluid and a waste container for storing waste materials collected up from the cleaning surface.
RUNNER PIN FOR A ROLLER
The invention relates to a roller, in particular furniture roller, having a housing which is rotatably fastened, by means of a runner pin arranged vertically in an opening of the housing, to an object to be supported by the roller, wherein the runner pin has a first section which is arranged in the opening of the housing and a second section which projects beyond the housing. To create, in a simple and cost-effective manner, a runner pin which permanently prevents an undesired generation of noise as a result of relative movements between the runner pin and the object to be supported, it is proposed according to the invention that at least two annular grooves are provided in that section of the runner pin which projects beyond the housing, in which annular grooves in each case one elastic retaining ring is arranged without play.
