Axle unit
An axle unit comprising a first suspension arm element and a second suspension arm element, wherein the first suspension arm element and the second suspension arm element can be mounted on a vehicle frame so as to be pivotable about a common pivot axis, wherein the first suspension arm element has a first joining region configured as a recess, and the second suspension arm element has a second joining region configured as a recess, wherein the first joining region and the second joining region are arranged on two opposing sides of an axle tube extending substantially along a tube axis, and wherein the axle tube can be secured by substance bonding in the first and second joining regions to the first and second suspension arm elements.
Axle unit
The present invention concerns an axle unit comprising a stub axle and an axle tube, wherein the stub axle has a longitudinal channel which extends inside the stub axle substantially along a stub axis, wherein the stub axle has a transverse channel which extends inside the stub axle substantially transversely to the stub axis and opens to the environment at the outer face of the stub axle, wherein the longitudinal channel and the transverse channel are connected together, wherein the stub axle has a stub joining region to which the hollow-bodied axle tube can be secured.
AXLE UNIT
An axle unit, includes a control arm and a clamping unit that surround a tube region, wherein a first side of the control arm faces away from the tube region, and a second side of the control arm forms a boundary face on the control-arm side of the tube region, wherein the clamping unit can be brought into supporting abutment with the first side of the control arm and has a boundary face on the clamp side, which face defines the tube region, wherein the clamping unit has a first and second clamping parts each having a wedge portion, wherein the wedge portions are formed in such a way that a displacement of the clamping parts substantially in parallel with a clamping axis toward one another results in a narrowing of the tube region transversely to the clamping axis.
Bearing for supporting roller
Bearing for at least one supporting roller of a carriage, which supporting roller is supported on at least one bearing surface, comprising at least one axle device which can be rotated about at least one rotational axis, at least one rocker which is connected to the axle device such that it is reliably driven, wherein, at an end which lies opposite the axle device, the rocker has at least one first connecting device for connecting the rocker to the supporting roller, at least one spring device which is arranged mechanically between the axle device and/or the rocker on one side and at least one holding device on the other side, wherein a force which forces the supporting roller onto the bearing surface can be built up on the axle device and the rocker by means of the spring device, and at least one damping device, by means of which a rotational movement of the axle device about the rotational axis can be damped, characterized in that the spring device and the damping device are configured in one piece at least in regions by way of at least one torsion spring element which is of rubber-elastic configuration at least in regions.
Trailer axle
An axle cartridge member receives a pair of torsion stub axles at opposite lateral sides thereof. The torsion stub axles include elongated axle housings, which are sandwiched between two parallel plates to align the torsion stub axles with respect to one another. The cartridge member includes a central arch extending between the two torsion stub axles, which can provide additional ground clearance when the axle cartridge member is mounted to a trailer.
Damper spring support and vehicle axle having the same
A damper spring support includes: a first angle adjustment mechanism configured for being fixed to a vehicle body; a support base configured for supporting a damper spring; and a connection structure configured for detachably fixing the support base to different positions of the first angle adjustment mechanism. If the support base being fixed to different positions of the first angle adjustment mechanism, a damper spring support surface of the support base facing different directions. A vehicle axle having the same is also included.
Axle attachment
An axle attachment includes a guide element having a guide-side attachment region that is curved in a concave manner and a guide-side fixing region adjoining the guide-side attachment region along the curvature line, and a clamping element having a clamping-side attachment region that is curved in a concave manner and that is arranged opposite the guide-side attachment region, and a clamping-side fixing region. A fixing element engages into a guide-side fixing region and into an opposing clamping-side fixing region and forces the regions against each other in order to fix an axle body to the axle attachment in a force-fitting manner.
AXLE ASSEMBLY AUXILIARY FLANGES
An axle can include auxiliary flanges separate from the axle flanges. The auxiliary flanges can be configured to accommodate vehicle protection systems. By incorporating auxiliary flanges, such axles facilitate the installation and use of vehicle protection systems.
AXLES, SUCH AS FOR BICYCLES
A suspension for a two-wheeled vehicle includes first and second fork legs. Each fork leg includes a dropout. Each dropout has an opening therethrough. At least a portion of one of the openings is threaded. Each of the dropouts includes a split-damp pinch bearing defining the opening and operable between an open position and a locked position, and a hand operable actuator pivoted to the bearing for operation thereof. The suspension further includes a one-piece axle. The axle is disposed through the openings. The axle has a threaded first end engaged with the threaded portion. The axle has an ergonomic grip formed at a second end. The bearing tightly engages an outer surface of the axle in the locked position, thereby rotationally coupling the axle to the dropout.
