POLE ASSEMBLY FOR VEGETATION CUTTING TOOL
The present invention is directed to a small hand-held garden tool, for example a hedgetrimmer, having an electrically powered powerhead, and a detachable pole assembly. The powerhead can be used alone to cut nearby vegetation or in combination with a pole assembly to reach vegetation farther away. The powerhead has a separate handle and motor chamber, with the pole assembly being secured to the motor chamber. Actuation of the powerhead is controlled by a trigger on the handle. However, when connected to the pole assembly, actuation of the powerhead is controlled by a second trigger on the pole assembly.
TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY AND GARDEN TOOL
The present disclosure provides a transmission assembly and a garden tool. The transmission assembly is configured to connect a drive assembly and a garden work assembly. The transmission assembly comprises a casing and a first transmission component and a second transmission component accommodated in the casing; the first transmission component and the second transmission component are engaged with each other; the first transmission component comprises a first gear and a second gear engaged with each other; a gear shaft of the first gear is disposed at an angle with respect to a gear shaft of the second gear; and the second transmission component comprises a third gear able to rotate coaxially with the second gear and a fourth gear engaged with the third gear. With two levels of transmission components provided in the transmission assembly of the present disclosure, the output power of the garden tool can be controlled effectively, and the cost for using and producing the garden tool of the present disclosure are reduced while ensuring that the garden tool can be used normally.
CUTTING WORK MACHINE
The present invention provides a cutting work machine, wherein a cutter unit includes upper and lower blades, which are connected to an upper cutter support, and a guard member that is provided on the upper cutter support. Both blades reciprocate in opposite front-back directions. The guard member includes a guard plate that projects to the right from the upper cutter support and a fixed blade that projects to the left from the upper cutter support. Front edge portions of the guard plate and the fixed blade are positioned forward of foremost cutting edges of both blades. The fixed blade faces forward against the foremost cutting edge of the upper blade.
HEDGE TRIMMER
A hedge trimmer may include a body housing, a fixed plate, a blade and a chip receiver. A first engaged part may be disposed on a first side surface of the fixed plate and a second engaged part may be disposed on a second side surface of the fixed plate. The chip receiver may include a base part mounted on the fixed plate, a receiving part and an attachment part. The attachment part may include first engaging part, a second engaging part configured to be movable between an engaging position and a non-engaging position, and a manipulation part configured to move the second engaging part from the engaging position to the non-engaging position in response to a user operation. An upper surface of the base part is flat.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine may include a pipe including: an outer pipe; an inner pipe inserted in the outer pipe; a pipe holder fixed to the outer pipe; and a stopper disposed inside the outer pipe. The pipe holder includes a wall part. The inner pipe includes a fixing hole having a longitudinal direction in a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe. A rear surface of the fixing hole has a shape extending along a plane orthogonal to a front-rear direction. The stopper includes: an abutting part that abuts the wall part from behind when the inner pipe extends to a maximum length relative to the outer pipe; and a protruding part configured to fit in the fixing hole of the inner pipe. A rear surface of the protruding part has a shape extending along a plane parallel to the rear surface of the fixing hole.
Electric working machine
An electric working machine may include a support rod, a head unit, a position fixing mechanism, and a resistance member. The support rod may extend in a front-rear direction and include an attachment portion located at a front end of the support rod. The head unit may include a front tool, a motor configured to drive the front tool, and a head housing supporting the front tool and coupled to the attachment portion rotatably about a rotation axis. The position fixing mechanism may be configured to fix a rotation position of the head unit with respect to the support rod. The resistance member may be interposed between the attachment portion and the head housing with respect to a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis. The resistance member may be configured to provide a resistance force against rotation of the head unit with respect to the support rod.
GARDENING TRIMMER
A gardening trimmer may include: a conversion mechanism configured to convert rotational motion of a prime mover to linear motion along a first direction; a blade configured to move in reciprocating motion relative to a guide bar and including a plurality of slots; and a plurality of guide members each disposed in a corresponding slot of the plurality of slots of the blade. The plurality of slots may include: at least one first slot in which a corresponding guide member of the guide members that is connected to a housing is disposed. A combination of the slots and the guide members may include: a first combination configured to reduce frictional resistance generated by the reciprocating motion; and a second combination configured to reduce vibration generated by the reciprocating motion, and at least one combination of the at least one first slot and its corresponding guide member is the second combination.
