With two levels of transmission components provided in the transmission assembly of the present disclosure, the output power of the garden tool can be controlled effectively, and the cost for using and producing the garden tool of the present disclosure are reduced while ensuring that the garden tool can be used normally.
HEDGE TRIMMER
A hedge trimmer includes: a housing formed with an accommodation space; a blade assembly including a first blade and a second blade, where the first blade and the second blade reciprocate along a direction of a first straight line, and the blade assembly further includes a blade support for supporting the first blade and the second blade and extending along the direction of the first straight line; a transmission mechanism for driving the blade assembly to move; and a motor coupled to the housing and used for driving the transmission mechanism. The blade support has a density of greater than or equal to 1 g/cm.sup.3 and less than or equal to 2.2 g/cm.sup.3.
Reciprocating blade apparatus and handheld working machine
A reciprocating blade apparatus includes a pair of reciprocating blades stacked on one another in a thickness direction. Each of the blades includes a base as a flat plate extending in a longitudinal direction, and a plurality of teeth protruding in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. A transmission case of the reciprocating blade apparatus also includes a reciprocating member having a joint detachably coupled to the base, the reciprocating member being reciprocably supported in the longitudinal direction. A blade support member is attached to the transmission case and configured to sandwich bases of the pair of reciprocating blades therebetween to allow the pair of reciprocating blades to move in the longitudinal direction. The blade support member holds a space to accommodate the pair of reciprocating blades and is independently attached to the transmission case. The pair of reciprocating blades is detachably attached to the blade support member.

Electric working machine and method for assembling the same
An electric working machine and method for assembling the same that do not require specific jigs, so as to facilitate assembling work and reduce man-hours and production cost. A motor assembly is relatively inserted into a body casing, with a mounting base disposed behind a partitioning wall portion allowing a tubular fixture to project through an insertion hole toward the front of the partitioning wall portion, and a temporarily securing mechanism temporarily secures the motor assembly to retain the position of the motor assembly by automatically moving it in rotating and two orthogonal directions on a plane along the partitioning wall portion, so as to coaxially arrange the tubular fixture and insertion hole, and through-hole and screw hole of the mounting base for screwing the bolt. In such a temporarily secured state, the motor assembly is finally secured by screwing the bolt through the through-hole into the screw hole of the mounting base.
Gardening trimmer
A gardening trimmer may include a first blade configured to be driven by a prime mover in a reciprocating manner along a first direction and a guide disposed in a slot of the first blade to guide reciprocating motion of the first blade. The slot includes first and second inner side surfaces opposing each other and extending along the first direction. The guide includes an outer peripheral surface opposing the slot's inner side surfaces. The outer peripheral surface of the guide includes a first portion in contact with the first inner side surface and a second portion in contact with the second inner side surface. The outer peripheral surface of the guide is curved at least at the first and second portions, and curvature radii of the first and second portions are each greater than a half of a distance between the first and second inner side surfaces.
Hedge trimmer
An outdoor tool includes a powerhead, a tool portion operatively powered by the powerhead, an elongated shaft assembly extending along a shaft axis between the powerhead and the tool portion, and a locking mechanism. The tool portion includes a first housing fixed to the shaft assembly, a second housing coupled to the first housing for pivoting movement about a pivot axis, and a blade assembly supported by the second housing. The locking mechanism is movable between a locked position, in which relative movement between the second housing and the first housing is prevented, and an unlocked position, in which the second housing is movable relative to the first housing.
Reciprocating blade apparatus and handheld working machine
A reciprocating blade apparatus includes a pair of reciprocating blades stacked on one another in a thickness direction, and a transmission case including a power train configured to reciprocate the pair of reciprocating blades. The power train includes a pair of eccentric cams, and a pair of reciprocating members including fitting holes in which the eccentric cams are fitted, respectively. The pair of reciprocating members is guided to be able to move along an axis line which is parallel to a moving direction of the pair of reciprocating blades and runs through a rotation axis of the eccentric cams.
RECIPROCATING CUTTING BLADE APPARATUS
The reciprocating cutting blade apparatus includes: a pair of reciprocating cutting blades disposed to overlap one another in a thickness direction; a support member configured to reciprocably support the reciprocating cutting blades in a longitudinal direction; and an adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a gap between the reciprocating cutting blades on a lower surface side of the support member. The adjustment mechanism includes: a screw hole provided in the support member; an adjustment screw including an external thread configured to threadedly engage with the screw hole through long holes provided in the reciprocating cutting blades; and a nut configured to threadedly engage with the external thread protruding from an upper surface of the support member to fix the external thread to the support member. The external thread protruding from the upper surface of the support member includes an operated portion configured to be operated to turn the adjustment screw.
