A pet nail clipper is provided. The pet nail clipper includes an upper arm and a lower arm. The upper arm includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. The lower arm also includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. A pivot bolt pivotally connects the upper arm and the lower arm together in between the handle portions and the cutting portions. A spring is attached to the upper arm and the lower arm. The spring biases the handle portions away from one another and biases the cutting portions away from one another. A deburring plate and a styptic receptacle are secured to the handle portions of the arms.
Device in the Form of a Cannabinoid-Based Polymer Matrix
The invention relates to a device for topical application in the form of a polymer matrix containing at least one active ingredient from the family of cannabinoids, alone or as a mixture with other active ingredients. The invention preferably relates to the device in the form of a collar, to the use thereof for improving the well-being and the mobility of an animal to which the device is applied, and to a process for producing the device.
ANIMAL COLLAR INCLUDING BUCKLE AND METHOD OF USING SAME
Described herein are animal collars and methods of using animal collars. Also described herein are buckles for animal collars.
Pet spray training system
An pet spray training system is provided. The system includes a sound, vibration or motion sensor that is configured to generate electrical signals in response to an occurrence. The system may include a filter, which is tuned to recognize a dog barking event, and generate an electrical signal in response to recognizing an input signal indicative of a dog's bark. The system further includes a removably pressurized gas reservoir that holds a deterrent fluid under pressure. The system additionally comprises a motor module configured to rotate a shaft in response to the electrical signal from the filter. The canister has a spray nozzle for releasing fluid that affects the dog's senses. In response to rotating the shaft, the spray nozzle is depressed.
AUTOMATED DEVICE FOR THE TARGETED SPRAYING OF ACTIVE MATERIAL
Device (1) for spraying active material comprising a case (2) fixed on a support (3), said case (2) containing a liquid solution containing at least one active material in a tank (7), said solution being ejected through an ejection orifice (4), said tank (7) being equipped with an activatable diffusion mechanism (10), which communicates with an electronic circuit (10), powered by a battery (11), the activation of which triggers spraying, characterized in that the ejection orifice (4) is connected to a tubular duct with a length of between 5 and 70 cm provided with at least one outlet orifice (5′) for offsetting the ejection of said active material in the form of fine liquid particles.
SLOW RELEASE FLEA AND TICK COLLAR
An extended-release plastic matrix formulation (PMF-ExR) comprising a polyethylene-comprising polymer, a plasticizer, and at least one insecticide as active components is described. The PMF-ExR may be used in the manufacture of a wearable device for treating ectoparasitic infestations.
PARASITICIDAL COLLAR COMPRISING ISOXAZOLINE COMPOUNDS
Provided herein are long-acting antiparasitic devices comprising parasiticidal isoxazoline active agent for external use on an animal to treat and/or prevent parasitic infestations by ectoparasites, and in some embodiments, also parasitic infections. The disclosure also describes methods and uses of the antiparasitic external devices to treat and/or prevent parasitic infestations and/or infections in an animal.
Pet device
Disclosed is a pet device. The pet device can include a housing, a movable member, and a first porous element. The housing can include a back and a front connected to the back to define a cavity. The front can define a first opening. The moveable member can be located in between the back and front. The moveable member can include a tab and can define an element receptacle. The first porous element can be impregnated with a first fluid and sized to fit within the element receptacle. The movable member can be moveable between a first position where the element receptacle is located proximate the first opening and a second position where a majority of the moveable member, including the element receptacle, is located outside of the cavity.
SUBSTANCE DELIVERY TO ANIMALS
A method of delivering a substance to an animal includes using a controller to topically deliver an initial dosage amount of a substance to a skin of an animal, followed by one or more subsequent dosages of the substance to the skin of the animal. The initial dosage amount comprises a plurality of sub-initial doses delivered at discrete time intervals separated from one another by time gaps with no dosage delivered during the gaps and a total amount of the sub-initial doses equals the initial dosage amount.
Animal collar including buckle and method of using same
Described herein are animal collars and methods of using animal collars. Also described herein are buckles for animal collars.
