Pneumatic tire with carcass ply overlap
This pneumatic tire is provided with: a pair of carcass layers arranged so as to extend from the respective left and right beads of the tire across the tread; and a plurality of crossing belts arranged on the outside of the carcass layers in the radial direction of the tire. The pair of carcass layers is arranged so as to overlap each other in the tire width direction. The overlapping width (Wc) of the carcass layers is in the range of 0.5 mmWc40 mm.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire includes a strip member which extends in a tire circumferential direction, with both ends thereof reaching each bead portion, and a belt layer disposed in a tread portion on an outer side in the tire radial direction of the strip members. The strip members are divided in the tire width direction, with each of the divided strip members having joints that join in the tire circumferential direction. The relative positions of the joints are disposed at less than 20 in the tire circumferential direction within the region of the maximum width TW in the tire width direction of the belt layer.

The present invention provides a tire innerliner film coated with a new rubber adhesive liquid containing a specific component in a specific admixing ratio, a pneumatic tire manufactured using the innerliner film, and a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire. The method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes the steps of winding a tire building drum with an innerliner film coated with the above rubber adhesive liquid; and overlapping both ends of the innerliner film with each other to form a splice joint, wherein the rubber adhesive liquid is coated in a thickness of 10 to 100 m, and the splice joint has a length of 20 to 100 mm.
Pneumatic tire
Provided is a pneumatic tire having an innerliner member pasted on a tire inner circumferential surface, the innerliner member being constituted from an at least three-layer structure including a film having a main component of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a blend of a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer, and rubber sheets layered on both sides of the film, the tire comprising a lap splice portion in which tire circumferential direction end portions of the film are overlapped via the rubber sheets. In the lap splice portion, the thickness of the film positioned at least on the tire radial direction inner side decreases toward the tip of the end portion thereof, and this tip bends toward the outer side or the inner side in the tire radial direction, and the tip is covered by the rubber sheets.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PNEUMATIC TIRE
A method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes preparing a sheet made from a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin composition which is a blend of the thermoplastic resin and an elastomer, tip-sharpening end portions of the sheet to form sharpened tips, preparing a laminate by laminating the sheet and a rubber such that the rubber forms an inner layer with respect to the sheet, lap-splicing end portions of the laminate, which include the sharpened tips of the sheet, to form a lap splice portion, and curing and molding the laminate in which the lap splice portion is formed to form an inner liner layer of the pneumatic tire after the tip-sharpening of the end portions of the sheet.
Method for Manufacturing Pneumatic Tire
A pneumatic tire is formed by winding a sheet member (A) and a sheet member (B) onto a molding drum and molding a cylindrical body. A laminate body (M) in which the sheet member (B) is layered in advance on the outer periphery of the sheet member (A) is wound onto a molding drum (10), the tack value of a material (a) constituting the sheet member (A) being smaller than the tack value of a material (b) constituting the sheet member (B), the length of the sheet member (A) being configured so that a starting end (As) of winding on the molding drum (10) and an ending end (Ae) of winding do not overlap, and the length of the sheet member (B) being configured so that the ending end (Be) of winding extends longer in the circumferential direction than the ending end (Ae) of winding of the sheet member (A).
PNEUMATIC TIRE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
In a pneumatic tire, respective end portions in the tire circumferential direction of a composite layer of an inner liner and a rubber layer are jointed at a joint portion; the lower inner liner layer has a first edge and the upper inner liner layer has a second edge at the joint portion; the first edge is separated from the upper inner liner layer by the rubber layer; provided that a position on the upper inner liner layer at the same height as the lower inner liner layer and closest to the first edge is P, a circumferential distance measured from the first edge to the position P is L, and a circumferential distance measured from the second edge to the position P is T, T35 mm, TL/29 mm, and 0T<L0.2T.
Pneumatic tire and process for producing the same
Provided is a pneumatic tire improved in the durability at a splice part (2) of a tire-constituting member (1) and in the uniformity of the tire, and a process for producing the same. The pneumatic tire includes a tire-constituting member (1) having a splice part (2) on which a thin film (3) made of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition is coated and fusion-bonded. In addition, the process for producing the pneumatic tire includes a step of heating the thin films (3) each arranged at the splice part (2) of an inner liner layer (14) or the splice part (2) of a carcass layer (13) so as to thermally fusing the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer composition constituting the thin films (3).
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire having an air impermeable layer. A film formed of a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a blend of a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer is used for the air impermeable layer. Separation of the film is prevented and an inner appearance of the tire is improved. The air impermeable layer 10, which is disposed on the inner side of the tire, is formed from a laminated body 14 comprising a ribbon-shaped film 11 and ribbon-shaped elastomer plies 12 and 13 laminated on opposite sides thereof. The laminated body 14 is wound in the circumferential direction of the tire in such a partially overlapping manner that it is displaced at prescribed intervals. Each pair of adjacent wound portions 14A and 14B of the laminated body 14 are spliced to each other in a partially overlapping manner in a state where the ribbon-shaped film 11 is disengaged from itself.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire in which an inner liner including a film mainly made of thermoplastic resin is attached to an inside of the tire via a tie rubber sheet, on an inner side of a carcass layer, and which has a lap-splice portion where end portions of the film in a tire circumferential direction overlap each other in a tire widthwise direction with tie rubber therebetween. A section of the film on a tire cavity side in the lap-splice portion has a portion where the film is thin over part or entirety of the width in the tire widthwise direction before the lap-splice portion, or a film thickness in the lap-splice portion is smaller than a film thickness in a portion other than the lap-splice portion. Thus, the pneumatic tire has no crack developing around the lap-splice portion of an inner liner layer after running, and has excellent durability.
