TIRE TREAD WITH A BAND LAYER
A non-pneumatic tire includes an inner ring having an axis of rotation and an outer ring coaxial with the inner ring. The non-pneumatic tire further includes support structure extending from the inner ring to the outer ring and a circumferential tread extending about the outer ring. The circumferential tread includes a band layer constructed of a single material and a tread rubber layer directly attached to the band layer.

A rim assembly for a non-pneumatic tire has at least two rim components including: a first rim component having a first rim flange and a first lip, and a second rim component having a second rim flange and a second lip. A method of making a tire includes placing substantially circular sheets of polymeric material on top of each other until a tire is built to a predetermined width. A predetermined tread shape is formed along a circumference of the substantially circular sheets of polymeric material.

An example tractor wheel comprises a series of continuous springs disposed on the circumference of the tractor wheel, wherein the individual continuous springs in the series of continuous springs are separated by a gap, and a void disposed on the interior of the tractor wheel and that is continuous about the circumference of the tractor wheel.

An airless tire comprises: a tread ring having a tread, a hub located radially inside the tread ring, and cross radial members connecting the tread ring with the hub. The cross radial members include first radial members and second radial members crossing the first radial members. The length measured along the radial member is not more than 180% of the radial distance between the hub and the tread ring.

Proposed is a non-pneumatic tire including: a tread part having an outer circumferential surface at which a bent pattern is formed; at least one reinforcing structure part that is positioned between the outer circumferential surface of the tread part and an inner circumferential surface of the tread part so as to be inserted inside the tread part; a spoke part that is formed radially around a center of the tread part and is coupled to an inner surface of the tread part; and a rim part that has a diameter smaller than a diameter of an inner circumferential surface of the spoke part and has an outer circumferential surface which is coupled to the spoke part. The reinforcing structure part has a plain weave shape surrounded by an elastomer and is wound in a circumferential direction of the tread part.
