Hand-guided gardening, forestry and/or construction processing device and method for operating a hand-guided gardening, forestry and/or construction processing device
A hand-guided gardening, forestry and/or construction processing device includes a processing tool, an electric motor drive system, wherein the electric motor drive system is designed to drive the processing tool, a user-adjustable operating element, and a control device. The control device is designed to control a target slope rate of a rotational speed of the electric motor drive system in dependence on a position of the operating element according to at least one allocation in such a way that maximum target slope rates of the rotational speed differ for different positions.
Tree-trimming device
The tree-trimming device is adapted for use with a reciprocating saw. The tree-trimming device is adapted for use with a tree or tall shrubbery. The tree-trimming device is a bladed device that attaches to the reciprocating saw. Specifically, the tree-trimming device extends the reach of the reciprocating saw such that the tree-trimming device can be used to remove branches from a tree without the assistance climbing structures and devices. The tree-trimming device comprises a reciprocating shaft, an extension guard and an extensible structure.
Method for Obtaining a Pollution Condition of at Least One Component of a Gardening and/or Forestry Apparatus and Gardening and/or Forestry Apparatus System
A method obtains a pollution condition of at least one component of a gardening and/or forestry apparatus. The method includes the steps of: obtaining at least one pollution parameter which describes at least one source of pollution prevalent during an operation of the gardening and/or forestry apparatus; obtaining the pollution condition of the component based on the obtained pollution parameter; and outputting and/or transmitting information based on the obtained pollution condition.
Dual reciprocating blade landscape saw with enhanced durability and performance
A dual reciprocating blade landscape saw is operably connected to a rotatable shaft of an input device. The landscape saw includes a worm assembly having a lower housing and a worm disposed therein, the worm operably connected to the rotatable shaft of the input device and having a spiral thread, a worm gear assembly having an upper housing and a worm gear disposed therein, the worm gear having a disk comprising a cutout and a plurality of outer teeth engaged with the spiral thread of the worm, and a pair of blades coupled to opposing sides of the worm gear. The rotatable shaft of the input device drives the worm of the worm assembly. Rotational motion of the worm transfers to the worm gear to permit the pair of blades coupled thereon to move linearly in a reciprocating sequence.
CUTTING APPARATUS
An apparatus for cutting involves a support configured to stably support the apparatus on a surface, an articulated boom rotatably mounted on the support proximate a first end of the boom, and a hydraulically operated end effector mounted on the boom proximate a second end of the boom. The end effector has a cutter configured to cut an object, and preferably also has an immobilizer (e.g. a gripper) configured to immobilize the object while being cut by the cutter. The end effector has a swivel between the cutter (and/or immobilizer) and the boom, the swivel rotatable continuously through 360 to rotate the cutter (and/or immobilizer) continuously through 360. The swivel has an internal fluid conduit through which hydraulic fluid may be transported from a hydraulic fluid reservoir to the cutter to hydraulically operate the cutter.
Aerial tree trimming system and method including electric-powered aerial saw apparatus
An aerial vegetation trimming system. The aerial vegetation trimming system may include a saw assembly, wherein the saw assembly may include a plurality of saw blades disposed along a length of a beam. The aerial vegetation trimming system may further include an electric motor operatively connected to the saw assembly, wherein the electric motor is configured to drive the plurality of saw blades; and at least one boom disposed between the electric motor and a vehicle, wherein the at least one boom is configured to connect the saw assembly to the vehicle.
Drive Apparatus
A hand-held drive apparatus comprises an apparatus main body including a pruner and a handle rotatably connected to the apparatus main body and including a rotation lock mechanism and a drive operation mechanism. The rotation lock mechanism includes a rotation lock lever movable to a rotation prevention position where the handle is prevented from rotating, and to a rotation allowance position where the handle is allowed to rotate. The drive operation mechanism includes a switch configured to control activation of the pruner and a throttle lever movable to a contact position where the throttle lever pushes the switch and to a non-contact position where the throttle lever is separated from the switch. The throttle lever contacts the rotation lock lever at the rotation allowance position to maintain the non-contact position, and is, when the rotation lock lever is at the rotation prevention position, allowed to move to the contact position.
Automated pruning or harvesting system for complex morphology foliage
Method and apparatus for automated operations, such as pruning, harvesting, spraying and/or maintenance, on plants, and particularly plants with foliage having features on many length scales or a wide spectrum of length scales, such as female flower buds of the marijuana plant. The invention utilizes a convolutional neural network for image segmentation classification and/or the determination of features. The foliage is imaged stereoscopically to produce a three-dimensional surface image, a first neural network determines regions to be operated on, and a second neural network determines how an operation tool operates on the foliage. For pruning of resinous foliage the cutting tool is heated or cooled to avoid having the resins make the cutting tool inoperable.
Terrain-adaptive brush cutter with dual transmission and telescoping limb cutter
A heavy duty brush cutter includes a chassis, an engine, left and right cutting decks with rotating mower blades, transmissions, and a gear box. The cutter features telescoping drive shafts, hydraulic actuators for deck adjustment, a forward frame with axles for wheels or tracks, and steering arms for directional control. Additional configurations may include a telescoping tree limb cutter with a rotatable boom, counter-weights for balance, wheels or tracks on various axles, and a central rotating blade. The system is designed for robust vegetation management with various attachments for enhanced functionality.
Extendible working machine
An extendible working machine has a rotation/drive section, a working section, and a rod section which connects the rotation/drive section and the working section, transmits rotational force to the working section, and can be extended and retracted. The rod section has a tube body which can be extended and retracted, and also has a shaft body which extends in the axial direction within the tube body and which can be extended and retracted together with the tube body. The shaft body has a pipe shaft which is supported within the inner tube in a rotatable manner. Helical grooves are formed in the surface of the drive shaft. The drive shaft is connected to the pipe shaft so the pipe shaft can move in the axial direction along the outer surface of the drive shaft and so the rotation of the drive shaft is transmitted to the pipe shaft.
