The plant pot further comprising at least one second side wall formed in the first reservoir extending upwardly from the base. The at least one second side wall forming a second reservoir in the first reservoir, and wherein the second reservoir is integrally formed from the base of the first reservoir.

Method of manufacturing a plant receptacle as well as a plant receptacle

Method of manufacturing a plant receptacle wherein the following steps are performed: a) a PLA thread is co-extruded with a flexible aliphatic polyester, said flexible aliphatic polyester comprising 10 wt % to 30 wt % bamboo material, such that the flexible aliphatic polyester covers the PLA thread, thereby creating a weldable biodegradable thread; b) using said weldable biodegradable thread in a woven or non-woven process, making a permeable sheet material; c) continuously forming said sheet material into a continuous receptacle, by bringing the side edges of said sheet material into contact and welding said side edges together; d) cutting said continuous receptacle in predetermined lengths thereby creating separate plant receptacles.

Flower pot

Provided is a flower pot generating little root rot by controlling a water supply rate for a relatively long period of time even using a simple structure regardless of its size. The flower pot includes: an outer pot body; an inner pot body housed in the outer pot body with a gap as a water supply portion; a vertical position changeable member provided in a predetermined place to connect the outer pot body and the inner pot body; a flange provided on an upper end surface of the sidewall of the inner pot body; and a sealing portion formed of an elastic member and provided between the flange and the upper end surface of the sidewall of the outer pot body, in which water stored in the water supply portion is supplied to the inner pot body through a nonwoven fabric member.

A planter includes a concave container and a separate rim, both formed from a thermoplastic material. The container has a brim extending radially outward from an upper portion of the container. A vertical wall extends upward from the brim. The rim has a top wall with outer and inner side walls extending downward from its edges. The upper surface of the brim of the container comprises a stop inward of the vertical wall such that when the rim is advanced onto the upper end of the container, a lower portion of the inner rim wall confronts the stop to inhibit further advancement.

Process for Producing a Bioplastics Product

A process for producing a biomaterial product based on sunflower seed hulls/sunflower seed husks comprising providing or producing a sunflower plastic compound (SPC) compounded material (SPC PBS, SPC PBSA), wherein the material is obtained by compounding a sunflower seed hull material/sunflower seed husk material with a biodegradable plastic, for example polybutylene succinate (PBS), polybutylene succinate-adipate (PBSA), or the like. The SPC compounded material is preferably used for producing an injection molded product, for example biodegradable containers, packagings, films or the like, in particular coffee capsules, tea capsules, urns, cups, plant pots, flowerpots, or the like.

An internal hollow planting tray is formed by blow molding and made of thermoplastic materials. Multiple planting holes gradually narrowing from top to bottom are evenly distributed on the planting tray, and multiple relatively convex positioning protrusions are set on an inner side of each planting hole for holding around a foam filling member provided to support the planted plants passing through the planting holes. Two relative side concave portions set on an upper edge of each planting hole are provided for fingers to insert to place and take the filling member. Furthermore, two main flow channels are respectively set on two sides of the planting tray. The main flow channel may be respectively communicated with multiple secondary flow channels and minor flow channels as required, to place droppers or provide nutrient solution flowing.
