INDOOR GARDEN CENTER WITH AN ELECTROSTATIC HYDRATION SYSTEM

An indoor gardening appliance includes a grow module that is rotatably mounted within a grow chamber and that defines pod apertures for receiving a plurality of plant pods. A hydration system includes a discharge nozzle positioned within the grow chamber for selectively discharging a mist of nutrients. An electrostatic charging assembly is coupled to the discharge nozzle for selectively charging the mist of nutrients. By contrast, the plant pods may be electrically coupled to a grounding assembly for selectively grounding the root end of the plant pods. In this manner, the roots of the plants may have an opposing charge relative to the mist of nutrients such that the mist of nutrients are attracted to and deposited on the roots of plants.

PLANT GROWING SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME

A system includes a base plate, a stand, an adjustable lighting fixture that overhangs the base plate and is attached to the stand, and a growing container that fits within the base plate. The growing container accommodates a plant growing system. The plant growing system includes a biodegradable outer shell, a rooting media, a fertilizer or nutrient, and a removable lid.

Pot assembly with a saucer

A pot with a base is pivotally connected to, and supported upon a saucer. A cam surface is provided between the saucer and the pot so that rotation of the pot in a first rotary direction relative to the saucer extends the pot from the saucer, and rotation of the pot in a second rotary direction relative to the saucer retracts the pot to the saucer.

Plant growing system and methods of using the same

A plant growing system includes an outer shell, the outer shell being biodegradable, a rooting material, the rooting material comprising external ribbing, the external ribbing forming gaps between the outer shell and the rooting material when the rooting material is inserted in the outer shell, and one or more of a fertilizer, a nutrient, or a seed. The outer shell and the rooting material form a water reservoir, the water reservoir in communication with the gaps and, prior to the plant growing system being watered, comprising the fertilizer or nutrient.

Air-root-pruning container having vertically offset ledges

An air-root-pruning container for growing a plant and a unitary flat including a plurality of the containers. The air-root-pruning container includes a base and a sidewall upwardly extending from the base. The sidewall includes inwardly projecting ribs, each rib extending in an upward direction along the sidewall, and each rib having a first side and a second side. The sidewall further includes ledges extending from the first side of each rib, ledges extending from the second side of each rib, and holes through the sidewall, each hole being positioned adjacent a location where one of the ledges extends from one of the ribs. For each rib, each of the ledges extending from the first side of the rib extend from the rib at a location that is vertically offset from a location where each of the ledges extending from the second side of the rib extend from the rib.

CLOSED LOOP SELF-WATERING SUB-IRRIGATION PLANTER
20210251162 · 2021-08-19 ·

A closed loop sub-irrigation self-watering planter of unitary construction amendable to additive or subtractive manufacturing. A three-dimensional outer mold line decorative flowerpot fused to a structural strength and moisture air lattice barrier, that is fused to a self-watering inner mold line sub irrigated planter. A divider divides an upper space of the planter for soil and a lower space for a water reservoir, wherein a conduit extends from the reservoir through the divider to an open end of the upper space, wherein the reservoir can be filled through the conduit. A soil opening in the divider communicates soil in the upper space with soil compacted in the second portion. A drain hole near an upper portion of the reservoir results in all water from the reservoir to pass through saturation holes in the second portion into the compacted soil therein for leaching into the soil of the upper spaced.
