The belt 40 includes a third belt ply 46C located radially inward of the pair of edge bands 44. A distance Y between each edge band 44 and the full band 42 or the third belt ply 46C is not less than 2.2 mm and not greater than 4.0 mm. A ratio of a tire thickness E at an end PE of a tread surface 22 to a tire thickness D at an equator plane is not less than 1.2 and not greater than 2.0.
Motorcycle tire
A tire includes a tread reinforcing layer. The tread reinforcing layer includes a ply reinforcing portion in which belt-shaped plies are wound. The ply reinforcing portion includes a lattice-shaped portion in which a plurality of the first inclined portions and a plurality of the second inclined portions intersect with each other such that side edges of the first inclined portions and side edges of the second inclined portions do not contact with each other so as to have space portions between them. Each of the first inclined portions and the second inclined portions has an angle with respect to a tire circumferential direction continuously decreased from an inner side in a tire axial direction to an outer side in the tire axial direction.

TIRE WITH LOW ROLLING RESISTANCE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A tire comprises a crown reinforcement comprising: a working reinforcement comprising a single working layer and a hoop reinforcement arranged radially outside the working reinforcement and comprising at least one hooping filamentary reinforcing element (170) wound circumferentially helically so as to extend axially from one axial edge to the other axial edge of the hoop reinforcement. The or each hooping filamentary reinforcing element (170) consists of: two multifilament strands (1701, 1702) of aromatic polyamide or aromatic copolyamide and one multifilament strand (1703) of aliphatic polyamide or of polyester, or three polyester multifilament strands, each multifilament strand (1701, 1702, 1703) being wound in a helix around a main axis (W) common to the three multifilament strands (1701, 1702, 1703). The hoop reinforcement has a tangent modulus at 1.3% elongation ranging from 200 to 650 daN/mm.
TRUCK TIRE
A pneumatic tire for use on trucks, the tire comprising a tread and a belt structure located radially inward of the tread, the belt structure including a pair of working belts, wherein the working belts are reinforced plies each comprising parallel reinforcement elements, wherein the angle of the reinforcement elements in the respective working belt ranges from 12 degrees to 35 degrees from the circumferential direction, wherein the belt structure further includes a low angle belt positioned between the working belts comprising parallel reinforcement elements angled at less than 5 degrees from the circumferential direction, and wherein a first and second narrow belt is positioned on the lateral ends of the low angle belt, and wherein the first and second narrow belt are each positioned radially inward of an axially outermost groove on each side of the tread.
