A pet nail clipper is provided. The pet nail clipper includes an upper arm and a lower arm. The upper arm includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. The lower arm also includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. A pivot bolt pivotally connects the upper arm and the lower arm together in between the handle portions and the cutting portions. A spring is attached to the upper arm and the lower arm. The spring biases the handle portions away from one another and biases the cutting portions away from one another. A deburring plate and a styptic receptacle are secured to the handle portions of the arms.

The channel may be formed between pockets on either side of the storage pouch, or on an outer surface on one side of the storage pouch, regardless of whether the pouch has a single-sided pocket or double-sided pocket configuration. Additionally, the storage pouch accommodates corded headset ear bud devices, maintaining the proper length of the cord between the instrument and the ears. The storage pouch provides a hands-free method of carrying and talking on a mobile phone, and a method of storing small personal items away from one's person, and enables receiving and making phone calls and listening to music while the phone or portable music player remains secure within the pouch.

A harness system for a clip. The clip has a base portion and a pair of elongated members, the elongated members folded over the base portion, thereby defining a gap configured to receive portions of a harness. The elongated members are separated from one another by a longitudinal opening for accommodating a rib between the portions of the harness. A gate is securably engaged to a first one of the elongated members and rotatable between an open position in which the gate does not obstruct said longitudinal opening and a closed position in which said gate obstructs said longitudinal opening. The harness is fashioned from a strip of webbing secured to a base along its midline and edges. The webbing thereby forms two pockets, each sized to accommodate one of the elongated members of the clip.
