Felt planters and related methods
The present disclosure includes foldable forms that are foldable between a first planar state and a second non-planar state. The form can include at least two sectors, each comprising first and second sub-sectors that each comprise a set of cuts. The set of cuts can include first through fourth cuts, where a portion of the form between the first cut, second cut, third cut, a theoretical line connecting the second and third cuts, and the edge forms a flap. The form can be folded, with the flaps received through the fourth cuts to make a container. The container can be usable as a planter.
Device for growing plants above a selected surface
A device for growing plants above a selected surface includes a bottom member disposed upon a selected surface; a top member disposed upon and secured to said bottom member via two longitudinal securing seams, whereby, said top member includes two outer longitudinal flap portions and a longitudinal center portion, which ultimately receives a growing material in which plants and/or seeds are disposed. The longitudinal flap portions are ultimately folded above the growing material whereby longitudinal edge portions of the flap portions are separated a predetermined distance for allowing water and light to engage the growing material. Pipe members are removably secured to longitudinal edge portions of each longitudinal side of the bottom member, thereby enabling the manual lifting and transport of the device for disposal upon a selected surface.
Collapsible container
A collapsible container made up of a bottom portion and a side wall that define an interior, wherein the bottom portion and the side wall are made of a foldable material, a top portion with an opening that allows access to the interior, and a rim member connectable to the top portion and sized and shaped to extend around the perimeter of the opening. The collapsible container is positionable in an open configuration where the rim member in connected to the top portion in a manner than maintains the opening in an open position. The collapsible container is also positionable in a collapsed configuration where at least a portion of the rim member is disconnected from the top portion. In one version, when in the collapsed configuration, the collapsible container takes on a substantially flat shape having a longest dimension less than the longest dimension of the opening when the collapsible container is in the open configuration. In one version, the rim member which may be in the form of a collapsible hoop is contained within the collapsed container when in the collapsed configuration.
FOLDABLE POT WITH REMOVABLE HOOK FOR THE CONFIGURATION OF VERTICAL GARDENS
Foldable plant pot with removable hooking for the configuration of vertical gardens that is manufactured from a foldable flat square structure manipulated by folds and cuts to obtain a conical reservoir with angular shapes. It has a hooking system that allows them to be suspended in vertical structures, preferably of the mesh type, thanks to the pressure generated by the folds of the material and which also allow it to come off when this pressure is reduced so that it can be placed elsewhere. When the plant is moved, it is not affected as its root remains intact in the conical reservoir and the stem is secured by a support ring which prevents it from dropping in the event of sudden movements. In the same way, it has containment flaps that partially close the conical reservoir and prevent the substrate from being extracted by external agents such as sudden movements, winds, birds, etc. As a whole, it is possible to work with vertical garden designs considering the plants as pixel units in order to create figures, letters, logos, etc. It is a very clean system that does not require prepared soil (clay, sand, etc.) and uses little water. The irrigation system only requires a hose with drippers at the top that distribute the water to vertical rows of the plant pot.A
COLLAPSIBLE PLANT CONTAINER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A plant container system includes a collapsible container unit configured and dimensioned to contain an amount of soil needed to support the growth of a plant potted therein. The collapsible container unit is disposable between an operable expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration, and rolling up the free edge of the open top of the container unit can increase the capacity of container, allowing more soil to be put in. Therefore, growing a plant in the collapsible container may not require re-potting. Methods of growing plants using the plant container system are also provided.
RESILIENT PLANT CONTAINER FORMED FROM PLIABLE MATERIALS
A semi-rigid plant container is formed of silicone to provide various semi-rigid, but resilient characteristics. The semi-rigid plant container includes abase having at least one drainage opening and a sidewall. The sidewall rises from the base and presents a top edge, an inner surface, and an outer surface. The inner surface of the sidewall and the base are configured to receive a plant growing media therein. The sidewall is formed substantially of silicone.
Decomposable plant container with rings and related methods
A plant container may include a vertical wall surrounding a plant receiving recess and having vertically aligned slot sets. The plant container may have a bottom including a panel, and panel tabs extending from a periphery of the panel. The panel tabs are to be received by a lowermost vertically aligned slot set. The plant container may include a ring having ring tabs on an inner radial edge, and the ring tabs may be received by a respective vertically aligned slot set.
HORTICULTURAL FILL
A horticultural fill system comprises a biodegradable outer packaging and a plurality of biodegradable bipyramidal horticultural fill elements. The plurality of biodegradable bipyramidal horticultural fill elements are removably disposed within the biodegradable outer packaging, and a group of the plurality of biodegradable bipyramidal horticultural fill elements is configured to be positioned in a horticultural planter container, as horticultural fill, beneath growth medium in which a plant is to be grown.

COMPOSITION FOR PLANTS' ROOT DEVELOPMENT AND GROWING BAG COMPRISING IT
The composition contains, as essential components, coconut fibers, compost of sheep manure and Glomus Iranicum var. tenuihypahrum. The composition is included into a bag that has at least two parts joined together through at least a first weakened portion, allowing to separate it into two bags each having an opening wherein the composition contained in the bag parts is accessible. The composition inside each of the bags is contacted with a plant or at least a seed via the opening.
