Foldable pot with removable hook for the configuration of vertical gardens
11910765 · 2024-02-27 ·

Foldable plant pot with removable hooking for the configuration of vertical gardens that is manufactured from a foldable flat square structure manipulated by folds and cuts to obtain a conical reservoir with angular shapes. It has a hooking system that allows them to be suspended in vertical structures, preferably of the mesh type, thanks to the pressure generated by the folds of the material and which also allow it to come off when this pressure is reduced so that it can be placed elsewhere. When the plant is moved, it is not affected as its root remains intact in the conical reservoir and the stem is secured by a support ring which prevents it from dropping in the event of sudden movements. In the same way, it has containment flaps that partially close the conical reservoir and prevent the substrate from being extracted by external agents such as sudden movements, winds, birds, etc. As a whole, it is possible to work with vertical garden designs considering the plants as pixel units in order to create figures, letters, logos, etc. It is a very clean system that does not require prepared soil (clay, sand, etc.) and uses little water. The irrigation system only requires a hose with drippers at the top that distribute the water to vertical rows of the plant pot.

A potting system and method are provided in which a flexible pot side includes two sets of bottom panel apertures, each set receiving tabs from a bottom panel. The potting system is assembled by positioning mutually engaging panel mesh structures on the bottom panels while folding the flexible pot side so that a plurality of first lacing apertures aligns with a plurality of second lacing apertures, and then inserting a pull lace through the aligned apertures to mechanically interlock them. Additionally, the pot system may be easily disassembled by disengaging the pull lace from the lacing apertures which causes the pot side to unbend and allows the bottom panel tabs to disengage. The pot system may then be reassembled by reengaging the bottom panels, repositioning the lacing apertures and inserting the pull lace.

Collapsible Planting Pot

A collapsible planting pot allows a user to easily and conveniently access and/or remove contents placed inside a planting pot. In further detail, a user does not need to destroy or damage the planting pot to fully access and/or remove the soil and plant substance placed inside a planting pot. The collapsible planting pot comprises a pot body. The pot body is a pot-shaped structure that is used to store soil and a plant substance. The pot body comprises a brim, a series of annular pleats, and a base. The brim is the protective edge of the pot body. The base is the structural foundation of the pot body. The series of annular pleats is a set of foldable sections of the pot body which enables the collapsibility of the collapsible planting pot which further allows a user to easily access and/or remove the contents inside the pot body.
