FLOWERPOT INCLUDING WATER SUPPLY TUBE
Proposed is a flowerpot including a water supply tube. The flowerpot is configured such that in a state where multiple flowerpots are arranged, adjacent flowerpots are connected to each other by using the water supply tube made of a silicone rubber material having a flexible elastic property to enable water supply, so as to provide a flexible layout between the flowerpots while preventing leakage of water.
Modular Planting System
A modular planting system comprising a plurality of container units to receive therein a growing medium and one or more plants or plant material, the container unit being configured such that adjacent abutting container units define at least one or more voids therebetween; a frame with a plurality of engagement projections which extend at least partially into the at least one or more voids defined between adjacent abutting container units to maintain said container units in the abutting arrangement and positioned above apertures defined in the support frame member; and a water impermeable base that supports the frame spaced apart by a predetermined distance from an upper surface of the water impermeable base.
HORTICULTURE TRAY SUPPORT SYSTEM
A horticulture tray support system including a plurality of horticulture trays. Each one of the plurality of horticulture trays defines a plurality of growing cells. A stand includes a plurality of vertical supports spaced apart along a length of the stand. A horizontal support extends along the length of the stand between at least two of the plurality of vertical supports. The stand is configured to support the plurality of horticulture trays above a surface that the plurality of vertical supports are seated on.
Weed Barrier And Method Of Use
A weed barrier includes a rigid body defining a plurality of basins. The basins have bottoms with holes therethrough for planting garden plants. In a particular embodiment the bottom surface of the weed barrier includes a plurality of hose channels configured be positioned over a hose. Several example configurations of rigid weed barriers are disclosed. Some example weed barriers include flanges that facilitate the adjustable arrange of the weed barriers with respect to one another.
Apparatus and system for improving consistent spacing between plant growing areas and for moving same
A system for improving consistent spacing between plant growing areas and for moving plant growing area comprising a plurality of beds arranged next to each other. Each bed comprises a receiving area for receiving plants and a perimeter, at least one movable element proximate to a bottom side of each of the plurality of beds allowing each bed to move in a first direction and a second direction, and an opening proximate to the perimeter of each bed. Further included is a u-shaped spacer comprising a first leg, a second leg, and a cross-member. The first leg is removably received by the opening of a first bed of the plurality of beds, and the second leg of the u-shaped spacer is removably received by the opening of a second bed of the plurality of beds that is adjacent to the first bed.
MODULAR CONTAINER FOR GROWING PLANTS
A container for growing plants includes a bottom wall, a first side wall extending perpendicular to the bottom wall, and a second side wall extending perpendicular to the bottom wall and parallel to the first side wall such that the bottom wall, the first side wall, and the second side wall at least partially define a plant growing chamber. Furthermore, the container includes a lid configured to selectively occlude access to the plant growing chamber. Additionally, one of the bottom wall, the first or second side walls, or the lid includes a rail and another of the bottom wall, the first or second side walls, or the lid defines a groove such that the rail of the container is configured to be received within a groove of a first adjacent container and the groove of the container is configured to receive a rail of a second adjacent container.
Stackable Modular Planter
A stackable modular planter includes an open top plant box with a base and four side walls adapted to receive a growing medium and plants. The open top plant box has a first width. An irrigation box below the open top plant box base has a second width larger than the first width. The irrigation box can be filled with irrigation fluid. An open top hopper on one side of the open top plant box on top of the irrigation box can receive irrigation fluid which drains into the irrigation box. An overflow drain aperture in the irrigation box lets excess irrigation fluid flow. When a plurality of the stackable modular planters are stacked above another planter, excess irrigation can flow from the overflow aperture into the hopper of the planter below.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING CONTAINERIZED PLANTS
A method and system for supporting containerized plants in an upright and stationary position and at customizable, uniform spacing therebetween. The system comprises a frame, pockets, stabilizers positioned within the pockets and spacers. The pockets, stabilizers and spacers provide both horizontal and vertical support to each containerized plant, holding it securely in place without stakes or cables. The pockets with stabilizers and the spacers may be arranged in various patterns to promote stability of the system and health of the containerized plants. An irrigation system may be coupled to the system for maintaining and nourishing plants. The length of the frame is greater than the width, thus creating a stable environment to combat winds and disruptive forces. Individual frames may be attached to form designated and defined uniform growing or display areas and provide greater stability.
LENGTH-AND-SHAPE CUSTOMIZABLE PLANTER
A set for assembling a length and shape adjustable planter comprising (a) a plurality of elongate troughs being length customizable by cutting thereof; the elongate troughs having a longitudinal axis and a H-inverted cross section; the elongate troughs interconnectable therebetween; (b) interconnecting members configured for interconnecting the elongate troughs in series; and (c) end members configured for mounting onto a free end of the elongate troughs. A surface of each trough at least partially is provided with a surface profile distributed over a length of the trough. The interconnecting members are securable on the surface profile.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ABOVE-GROUND SUSPENSION AND SELF-BALANCING CROP CONTAINERS
A system for suspending and self-balancing containers of crops includes first and second support rods and two cables tensioned between them. The two cables are connected to each other to form a closed-loop cable system. Support members for supporting the closed-loop cable system are coupled to the first and second support rods. Each support member includes a first arc-shaped surface. The closed-loop cable system is tensioned against the first arc-shaped surfaces. When the closed-loop cable system is under stress, it can facilitate the self-adjustment of the height of the cables by a relative sliding motion between the closed-loop cable system and the first arc-shaped surfaces.
