TIRE
A tire includes a tread portion bound with an intended tire rotational direction. The tread portion is provided a plurality of blocks. Each of the blocks includes a first ground contact edge, which is a ground contact edge on a heel side in the tire rotational direction, and a second ground contact edge, which is the ground contact edge on a toe side in the tire rotational direction. A second tire radius which is a tire radius at the second ground contact edge is larger than a first tire radius which is the tire radius at the first ground contact edge.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
In a pneumatic tire, a circumferential main groove having a zigzag shape and extending in a tire circumferential direction in a contact patch of a tread portion, and land portions defined and formed on both sides in a tire width direction of the circumferential main groove, with the circumferential main groove as a boundary, are provided. A contact patch of each of the land portions is formed protruding from a reference profile toward an outer side in a tire radial direction.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
Steering stability performance on dry road surfaces and steering stability performance on wet road surfaces are improved.
A land portion width Wcc of a center land portion (31) and a land portion width Wco of an outer side middle land portion (32) satisfy a relationship of Wcc<Wco. In addition, a ground contact surface (10) of each of the outer side middle land portion (32) and an outer side shoulder land portion (34) is formed to protrude toward an outer side in a tire radial direction with respect to a reference profile PRco, PRso, and a protruding amount Hco of the outer side middle land portion (32) and a protruding amount Hso of the outer side shoulder land portion (34) satisfy a relationship of Hco<Hso.
Pneumatic tire
In a tire 2, an outer surface 52 of a crown rib 48e and an outer surface 54 of a shoulder rib 48s form a part of a tread surface 28. On a cross-section of the tire 2 along a plane that includes a rotation axis of the tire 2, an outline of the outer surface 52 of the crown rib 48e is represented as a first arc. A center of a circle to which the first arc belongs is disposed on the equator plane. An outline of the outer surface 54 of the shoulder rib 48s is represented as a second arc. A ratio of a distance from a center of a chord of the second arc to the second arc relative to a length of the chord of the second arc is not less than 0.03 and not greater than 0.05.
TIRE
Provided is a tire including a tread portion. The tread portion includes two circumferential grooves and three land portions. The three land portions include a crown land portion disposed on a tire equator, and two shoulder land portions including tread contact ends. At least one of the shoulder land portions includes a plurality of main inclined grooves and a plurality of subsidiary inclined grooves. The main inclined grooves have tire-axially inner ends ending in the shoulder land portions and tire-axially outer ends disposed outwardly of the tread contact ends Te in the tire axial direction. The subsidiary inclined grooves have tire-axially inner ends ending in the shoulder land portions and tire-axially outer ends ending in the shoulder land portions.
TWO-WHEELED VEHICLE TIRE
A two-wheeled vehicle tire achieves a further improvement particularly in the traction performance during turning on soft ground. A two-wheeled vehicle tire includes a tread portion formed in an annular shape. The tread portion includes: center land portions arranged on a tire equator CL; middle land portions arranged on the tire width-direction outer side of the center land portions; and shoulder land portions arranged on the tire width-direction outer side of the middle land portions, and T-shaped or Y-shaped land portions each constituted by three partial land portions connected at one end are arranged between the center land portions and the shoulder land portions.
MATRIX FOR A TIRE MOLD, MOLD INSERT FOR A TIRE MOLD, TIRE MOLD, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MATRIX FOR A TIRE MOLD
The invention relates to a matrix for a tire mold for vulcanizing tire blanks, the matrix forming a negative mold of a profiled tread of a tire, the matrix having a mold shell and at least one fin plate disposed thereon, the mold shell forming a mold inside and the fin plate forming a web of the negative mold, a slit being formed in the mold shell, the fin plate being inserted into the slit and attached to the mold shell. The slit penetrates a mold wall of the mold shell and extends from the mold inside to a mold back side of the mold shell, the fin plate being bonded to the mold shell from the mold back side.
Pneumatic Tire
A tread portion of a pneumatic tire includes: an intermediate land portion being delimited by an inner circumferential main groove and an outer circumferential main groove on one side in a tire lateral direction across a tire center line as a boundary; and a side land portion adjoining the outer circumferential main groove and being provided outward of the outer circumferential main groove in the tire lateral direction. At least one land portion of the intermediate land portion and the side land portion has a swelling profile line. In a region of the land portion, a composite sipe is provided. In the composite sipe, a first sipe extending linearly in a sipe depth direction and a second sipe (S2) extending in a wave manner in the sipe depth direction are connected. The second sipe in the composite sipe is disposed so as to be connected to the outer circumferential main groove.
Pneumatic Tire
Provided is a pneumatic tire. A tread portion includes a plurality of longitudinal grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction, a plurality of lateral grooves extending in a tire lateral direction, and a plurality of blocks defined by the longitudinal grooves and the lateral grooves. Notch portions are formed in portions of a freely-selected pair of blocks adjacent to each other across a longitudinal groove, the portions facing the longitudinal groove. The notch portions face with each other across the longitudinal groove. Each of the notch portions has a notch width and a notch depth larger on a center side in an extension direction of the longitudinal groove than on an outer side in the extension direction of the longitudinal groove.
Pneumatic Tire
A pneumatic tire is provided. Side regions located outward of shoulder regions of a tread portion in a tire lateral direction are each provided with a pair of side blocks opposite each other across a side groove extending in the tire lateral direction, iteration elements each including the side groove and the pair of side blocks are arranged at an interval in a tire circumferential direction. A road contact surface of each of the side blocks has a recess/protrusion shape including a reference surface located on a side closer to the side groove and a step portion located on a side farther from the side groove and raised from the reference surface. The side groove includes a raised bottom portion raised from a groove bottom and coupling the pair of side blocks.
