TIRE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TIRE
A tire that includes a plurality of annular tire constituent members respectively having joint parts formed by joining one end and another end of each member, and an electronic component. The plurality of annular tire constituent members respectively having joint parts include an inner liner that covers a tire inner cavity surface, and at least two tire constituent members different from the inner liner. The electronic component is disposed within a range of less than 90° around a tire rotation axis, relative to the positions of the joint parts of the inner liner.
TIRE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TIRE
The method is a method of manufacturing a tire, the tire-including bead cores, a bead filler-extending outward in a tire radial direction of each of the bead cores, a carcass ply extending from one bead core—to another bead core—and folded back around the bead cores, and an electronic component, the method comprising: a covering step of covering the electronic component with coated rubber; a recess forming step of forming, in the bead filler, a recess-having a shape corresponding to a shape of the coated rubber; and a disposing step of disposing the coated rubber, which at least partially covers the electronic component, in the recess-in the bead filler.
TIRE
A body portion and a part of a folded portion of a carcass of a pneumatic tire are formed by a plurality of plies. The pneumatic tire is provided with a flipper folded from the inside in the tire width direction to the outside in the tire width direction via a bead core to cover the bead core and a bead filler, and an insert is provided between the bead filler and a flipper folded to the outside in the tire width direction. In at least a part of the region where the insert is provided, the thickness and the thickness of a side rubber are substantially the same as the ply thickness obtained by combining the body portion and the folded portion.
Tire and tire manufacturing method
A tire includes: a bead core; a bead filler which extends to an outer side in the tire-radial direction of the bead core; a carcass ply which extends from the bead core to another bead core, and folded back around the bead core; and a rubber sheet which covers a folding end of the carcass ply folded back, in which an electronic component is provided between the bead filler and the rubber sheet.
CONSTRUCTION PLANT VEHICLE TIRE WITH LOW ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT
The environmental footprint of a tire for a construction plant vehicle is improved. To do so, the elastomer compounds derived from non-fossil resources represent a mass content greater than or equal to 65% of the total mass of the compounds of the tire, at least 75% of the total mass of the compounds of the tire is made up of elastomer compounds each of which has a viscoelastic loss, measured in terms of tan(δ), less than or equal to 0.065, and an electrical resistivity greater than or equal to 1E+10 ‘Ω.Math.cm.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire includes a run-flat reinforcing layer disposed on an inner side in a width direction of a carcass layer, and a second filler disposed between a turned back portion of the carcass layer and a rim cushion rubber. Additionally, a point on a tire outer circumferential surface is defined, the point is located at a position corresponding to 150% of a rim flange height from a measurement point of a rim diameter of a specified rim, a perpendicular line is defined, and the perpendicular line is drawn from the point to a tire inner circumferential surface. A rubber gauge (G1) of the run-flat reinforcing layer on the perpendicular line, and a rubber gauge (G2) of a region from the turned back portion of the carcass layer to a tire outer surface have the relationship 0<G1/G2≤0.65.
Tire
A tire includes tire frame members including bead cores, a bead filler, an inner liner, side-wall rubber and cushion rubber; and an electronic unit provided at an interface of tire frame members, the tire further including: a carcass ply which extends from one bead core to another bead core and includes a rubber-coated reinforcement cord, a belt disposed on the outer side in the tire-radial direction of the carcass ply, in which the cushion rubber is disposed at an end of the carcass ply or at an end of the belt, in which the side-wall rubber is disposed on an outer side in a tire-width direction of the cushion rubber, and in which the electronic unit is disposed between the cushion rubber, and the bead filler or the side-wall rubber.
PNEUMATIC TIRE AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREFOR
A pneumatic tire comprises a tread portion, sidewall portions, bead portions each with a bead core embedded therein, and a carcass extending between the bead portions and comprising first carcass cords and second carcass cords. The first carcass cord comprises: a main portion extending from the tread portion to the bead portions via the sidewall portions; and folded-back portions continued from the main portion and folded back around the bead cores from the inside to the outside in the tire axial direction. The second carcass cord extends from the tread portion to the bead portions and terminates on the axially outside of the folded-back portions of the first carcass cords. Young's modulus of the second carcass cords is larger than Young's modulus of the first carcass cords.
SIDEWALL CONSTRUCTION FOR A TIRE
A bead portion of a tire includes: a bead portion including a core; a first filler arranged at the core; a carcass extending around the core and the first filler and radially inward adjacent an axially inner side of the core, the carcass further extending axially outward adjacent the core and radially outward adjacent the core; a second filler extending both axially and radially beyond the first filler, the second filler overlapping the first filler, an outermost end of the second filler being positioned radially outward from the first filler; a first chafer disposed at the second filler; a second chafer extended about the carcass; and a flipper extending radially inward from a position axially adjacent the first filler. The second filler is embedded at a convergence of the first chafer and a sidewall.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, a pair of bead cores, a carcass layer, a pair of first bead apex rubber components, and a belt layer disposed outward of the carcass layer. In an unloaded condition where the tire is mounted onto a standard rim and inflated with an internal pressure at 50 kPa, the carcass layer has a profile that includes an outer side portion extending from a position (A) where the carcass layer separates from the belt layer to a maximum width position (B) of the carcass layer, and the pair of outer side portion is located outside a virtual arc (C0) having a single radius (R0) of curvature passing through the position (A), the maximum width position (B), and an outermost ends in the tire radial direction of one of the pair of first bead apex rubber components.
