Pet Leash Tension Shock Apparatus
A pet leash tension shock apparatus for training pets not to pull on a leash includes a collar and a buckle coupled to the collar. A pair of electrodes is coupled a collar inside. An electric connector is coupled to the pair of electrodes. A leash is coupled to a leash connector coupled to the collar. A tensiometer is coupled within the leash to measure tensile force within the leash. A feeder wire is coupled within the leash and is in operational communication with the tensiometer. A controller is coupled to the leash. The controller is in operational communication with the feeder wire and has a battery to deliver an electric shock to a pet through the pair of electrodes when the tensiometer senses tensile force within the leash above a preset threshold.
Animal Training Assembly
An animal training assembly includes a belt that can be worn around a user's waist and a base unit is provided which is releasably attachable to the belt. The base unit broadcasts a location signal which corresponds to a predetermined distance from the base unit. A collar is provided which can be worn around a neck of an animal. A shock unit is coupled to the collar such that the shock unit is in electrical communication with the animal. The shock unit is in remote communication with the base unit such that the shock unit receives the location signal from the base unit. The shock unit delivers an electrical shock to the animal when the shock unit determines that the shock unit has moved beyond the predetermined distance from the base unit to persuade the animal to move closer to the user.
ANIMAL TRAINING DEVICE
An animal training device removably connected to a collar of a pet, the animal training device including a main body, a speaker disposed on at least a portion of the main body to emit at least one voice command therefrom, and a microphone disposed on at least a portion of the main body to receive at least one audio input therein.
Pet spray training system
An animal behavior modification device is provided. The device includes a sound, vibration or motion sensor that is configured to generate electrical signals in response to an occurrence. The device may include a filter, which is tuned to recognize a dog barking event, and generate an electrical signal in response to recognizing an input signal indicative of a dog's bark. The device further includes a canister that holds a deterrent fluid under pressure. The device additionally comprises a motor module configured to rotate a shaft in response to the electrical signal from the filter. The canister has a spray nozzle for releasing fluid that affects the dog's senses. In response to rotating the shaft, the spray nozzle is depressed. A method of modifying the behavior of an animal using the device is also provided herein.
MONITORING OF PET STATUS DURING UNATTENDED DELIVERY
Systems and techniques are described for pet monitoring during unattended delivery. In some implementations, a monitoring system monitors a property includes sensors located throughout the property and generates sensor data. A monitor control unit receives a first indication that a resident of the property will be receiving a delivery during a delivery time. Based on the sensor data and during the delivery time, the monitor control unit determines that a pet, that resides at the property, has been restrained. The monitor control unit provides, to a delivery person, a second indication that the pet at the property has been restrained.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUS FOR ESTABLISHING KEEP OUT ZONES WITHIN WIRELESS CONTAINMENT REGIONS
A system comprising a first transmitter for transmitting a first signal at a first frequency and a second transmitter for transmitting a second signal at a second frequency. The system includes a collar unit comprising a filter for receiving a combined signal, wherein the combined signal comprises the first signal and the second signal, wherein the filter includes a first antenna for detecting the first signal and a second antenna for detecting the second signal. The collar unit includes at least one signal analysis component configured to analyze the first signal and the second signal. The collar unit is configured to instruct a stimulus delivery unit to deliver a stimulus to the animal when the first signal voltage falls below a first value and the second signal voltage exceeds a second value.
Methods and systems for deterring animals to approach or enter identified zones
A system and method for deterring animals, such as pets, from entering, getting onto, or being in certain defined zones/locations created by a user. The pet monitoring system includes a smart collar configured to communicate with a plurality of powered transceivers/transmitters, particularly Bluetooth transmitters and transceivers. Each of the transceivers or transmitters has a unique ID associated with it. The smart collar, a smartphone or other wireless communicating device can read and record the signal strength of each of the transmitters at various locations and use that information to create prohibited zones that can be downloaded onto the smart collar. The smart collar can also contain a stimulus emitter for providing a warning to the animal and a communication device configured to alert the owner.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ANIMALS
A method for controlling a stimulus apparatus configured to be worn by an animal, the stimulus apparatus comprising a controller interfaced with a location sensor and at least one stimulus output for providing a stimulus to the animal, the method comprising: receiving a boundary specification and monitoring the location of the stimulus apparatus with respect to the boundary defined by the boundary specification; determining an expanded boundary; identifying a transition condition including a transition zone, the transition zone comprising at least a portion of the expanded boundary; monitoring the location of the stimulus apparatus; determining that the location of the stimulus apparatus is within the transition zone; in response, reducing the size of the boundary such that the boundary includes the transition zone and excludes at least a portion of the boundary before expansion, and associated system and device.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL CONDITIONS AND DISORDERS WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS
An apparatus for treating a behavioral condition of an animal, including a loop coil; a signal generator coupled to the loop coil, the signal generator being configured to transmit a treatment signal through the loop coil; and a harness connected to one or more of the loop coil and the signal generator, the harness including one or more fasteners each configured to fasten to one or more of a neck and a forelimb joint of the animal to position the loop coil proximate a head of the animal, the treatment signal including a plurality of bursts having a peak amplitude of less than about 200 milliGauss, the plurality of bursts having an average duration of between about 0.5 msec and about 50 msec, and the plurality of bursts being repeated at between 0.01 and 100 Hz.
Navigational safety system and method for visually impaired quadrupeds
The present invention relates to a navigational safety system for visually impaired quadrupeds. An onlay has a right side, a left side, a top side, a bottom side, and a chest side. The onlay is retrofittable to or manufactured into a harness worn by a quadruped. Distance sensors and vibrators are integrated into the onlay and configured to determine the distance between obstacles and provide localized vibration stimulation to the quadruped. The vibration causes the quadruped to change course avoiding the obstacle. In this regard, the localized vibrations are positioned on the right torso, the left torso, and the chest of the quadruped.
