Voice Command Pet Collar
A voice command pet collar that is programmable with voice commands, audible alerts and vibrations designed to get the attention of a pet wearing the collar. The voice command collar resembles a regular pet collar but further includes a relatively small electronic unit having a microphone, GPS unit, wireless communication capabilities and additional features which may be useful in managing a pet or other animal. The voice command collar enables the pet owner to correct his or her pet's behavior using the plurality of prerecorded commands, and without the need to carry a separate remote control device to give electronic commands or other prompts to the pet. Additionally, the GPS feature of the voice command pet collar enables a pet owner to establish a perimeter around their home or other location, and ensure that the pet or other animal wearing the collar remains inside the established perimeter.
Location based wireless pet containment system using single base unit
A wireless animal location system is provided that identifies a location of a pet roaming within an environment using a single base unit. The wireless animal location system tracks and manages animal behavior in the environment using information of pet location.
Use of Aversive Stimulus Collars to Deter Physical Confrontations Between Livestock
An aversive stimulus collar is configured for fitment around the necks of livestock to counter aggressive tendencies between animals. Each animal can be fitted with a collar that monitors for proximity of other similarly configured collars worn by other animals. When a collar worn by one animal senses that another collar worn by another animal is within a certain distance, the collar can deliver an aversive stimulus to the animal, such as an electric shock. As the distance between collared animals continues to decrease, the level, intensity, and/or frequency of the aversive stimulus can be increased so that the animal learns an association between proximity to other collared animals and the aversive stimulus.
WIRELESSLY VOICE CONTROLLED DOG COLLAR
The present invention relates to a wirelessly and voice-controlled dog collar. The collar features a speaker system to play out voice commands transmitted wirelessly by a dog owner from an electronic device having an installed training application or from a handheld transmitter. The collar fits around the neck of a dog, and is wirelessly-connected to the electronic device or the handheld transmitter through a wireless communication channel. Location of the collar and the images captured from the camera on the collar are transmitted to the electronic device and the handheld transmitter in real-time through the wireless channel.
SYSTEM FOR ILLUMINATING A WALKING PATH AND FOR MONITORING CANINE ACTIVITY
A canine-based illumination device and data monitoring system includes a source of animal data that can be transmitted electronically. The source of animal data includes at least one sensor. The animal data is collected from at least one canine specimen. The system also includes a device that receives the animal data from the source of animal data as a first set of received animal data and a home station that receives the first set of received animal data. Characteristically, the system includes a transceiver operable to receive signals from the source of animal data and to send control signals such as illumination signals to ta light associated with a dog collar or harness.
Pet door alert system
A system for notifying occupants of a structure that a pet is proximate to an opening of a structure. The system may include a pet unit wearable on the pet's body and including a transmitter configured to transmit a wireless proximity signal from the pet unit. The system may further include an exit unit positionable at an exit of the structure. The exit unit may include a receiver configured to receive a said wireless proximity signal transmitted by a pet unit, with the receiver being configured to produce an alert signal when a said wireless proximity signal is received. The exit unit my also include an alerting assembly configured to provide a presence alert when the receiver receives a said wireless proximity signal. T alerting assembly may comprise a perceptible alerting mechanism configured to produce a perceptible presence alert which is perceptible to a sense of a human.
Retractable Animal Leash
A handle having a gripping member. A base can be attached to a guidance device worn by an animal A retractable pulley assembly connects the base to the handle. A braking assembly has a trigger and a braking member. The retractable pulley assembly includes a spool, a wheel, an anchor, and a flexible member having a first end and a second end with the flexible member extending from the base to the handle, around the wheel, and to the anchor and with the flexible member being fixedly attached to the spool at the first end and to the anchor at the second end. The trigger actuates the braking member to frictionally engage the flexible member at an intermediate point between the flexible member first end and the flexible member second end to fix the distance between the handle and the base when the flexible member is pulled taut.
METHODS, DEVICES, AND SYSTEMS FOR INFORMATION TRANSFER WITH SIGNIFICANT POSITIONS AND FEEDBACK
Systems, methods, and devices for information transfer comprising a physical or conceptual space that may be populated by significant spatial and/or conceptual positions or significant gestures. One or more users, including humans and animals such as domesticated dogs, may interact with and/or activate elements of this physical or conceptual space, including by wearing devices configured for sensing the users' position and/or movement. The user's interactions with significant spatial positions or significant gestures may produce one or more outputs, such as audio playback of phonetic sounds, or of prerecorded words or phrases. The user may build sequences of phonetic sounds to produce words. The user may receive feedback that may allow the user to detect and interact with the significant spatial positions and/or significant gestures, including by wearing devices configured to produce haptic feedback when the user interacts with or accesses a significant spatial position and/or significant gesture.
PET POTTY TRAINING SYSTEMS
A pet potty training system includes a collar alarm system and a potty training suit. The potty training suit includes a wet sensor attached to an inner surface of the potty training suit and connected to the collar alarm system via a wire. The collar alarm system is attached to the neck of the pet during potty training and beeps or vibrates when receiving a wet signal from the wet sensor. The potty training suit includes a fastening member for securing the wet sensor and the wire on the inner surface of the potty training suit. When a doggy diaper is used, the doggy diaper is attached to the potty training suit by the fastening member.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPARATUS FOR TRACKING AND MONITORING PET ACTIVITY
A system, method, or apparatus for tracking and monitoring pet activity. The apparatus can be a wearable device for a pet comprising a band comprising a strap plate, a removable battery component, and a tracking component, wherein the removable battery component can be configured to be removably attached to the tracking component, wherein the wearable device can be removably attached to the pet via the band, and wherein the tracking component can be removably attached to the strap plate.
