Machine for fitting and removing wheel tyres for vehicles
The machine (1) for fitting and removing wheel tyres for vehicles comprises a bearing structure (2), an attachment and rotation arrangement (4) of the rim (C) of a wheel (R) for vehicles, a tool-holder assembly (5) movably associated with the bearing structure (2) and having at least a tool (8, 9, 10) for removing and/or fitting a tyre (P) from/onto the rim (C), an adjustment arrangement (11, 12) able to adjust the relative position between the tool-holder assembly (5) and the rim (C), to place the tool-holder assembly (5) in an optimal operating position wherein the tool (8, 9, 10) is operable to remove and/or fit a tyre (P), and a visual signaling assembly (13, 14) of said optimal position having at least an emitter (13, 14) of a light beam (L1, L2), the optimal operating position being defined when the point of incidence of the light beam (L1, L2) on the wheel (R) coincides with an external point of the edge of the rim (C).
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR TREATING A TIRED WHEELS
The present invention relates to a machine for treating a tired wheel comprising a base (2), at least one column (3) which projects from the base (2), at least one tool-holder arm (4a, 4b, 4c) supported by the column (3) and at least one work tool (5a, 5b, 5c) supported by or articulated to the tool-holder arm (4a, 4b, 4c).
Apparatus for attaching or detaching commercial vehicle tire hub drum
An apparatus enables a commercial vehicle tire hub drum to be attached and detached. The apparatus includes a main body frame having traveling wheels mounted on a lower part thereof and holding means that face forward from the main body frame for holding upright a circular load mounted on a commercial vehicle. An attachment/detachment means executes an attachment/detachment operation of the load from above the holding means. A position adjustment device coupled to the main body frame adjusts the position of the holding means and the attachment/detachment means. Accordingly, the apparatus uses a hydraulic device providing a hydraulic driving force to conveniently attach or detach a load of various sizes to a vehicle from a fixed position while simultaneously adjusting the vertical position of a load-holding means.
Group for bead releasing a tyred wheel and/or for thrusting a portion of a tyre of a tyred wheel
The present invention regards a group for bead releasing a tyred wheel and/or for thrusting a portion of a tyre (T) of a tyred wheel (TW), and such group comprises a base, a supporting column rising from the base, a tool-supporting arm extending from the supporting column and a bead releasing and/or thrust tool supported by the tool-supporting arm.
GROUP FOR SUPPORTING AND TIGHTENING A RIM OF OR FOR A TIRED WHEEL
The present invention regards a group for supporting and tightening a rim of or for a tired wheel, and such group includes a base, a wheel-holder table, an upright or column projecting upward from the base and supporting at the top the wheel-holder table, a shaft or pin mounted in or alongside the upright or column, a sleeve element or ring nut element constrainable or mountable on the shaft or pin and means for the relative movement of the shaft or pin and of the table.
Tire mounting device
A bead guide includes a columnar portion having a cylindrical side surface, and a guide plate extending from a distal end of the columnar portion. Through rotation of the bead guide, an expansion bar rotation driving section selectively switches the bead guide between a first position at which the guide plate is retreated radially inwardly from an outer circumferential end of a wheel, and a second position at which at least a part of the guide plate protrudes radially outwardly from the outer circumferential end of the wheel. The bead guide is switched from the first position to the second position so that the guide plate is caused to enter below an upper bead.
Tire changing machine
A tire changing machine includes a base having a pedal-operated control system located on one side, a rotating platform which defines a surface upon which wheels of vehicles can be fixed, and which is supported by the base, a column rising from the base, an operating arm hinged to an upper area of the column, which can be oriented in a plane transverse to the column and parallel to the plane of the platform, between a work position facing the platform and an opposite rest position facing away from the platform and having a hinging end and an opposite end having a connection for a device holding work tools, a selector unit being interposed between the hinging end and the column, for selecting an orientation of the operating arm in its work position.
Swing arm latch for a wheel servicing machine
A swing arm latch for a wheel servicing machine provides at least one moveable locking member associated with a support column or a swing arm. The locking member may be selectively engaged with the other one of the support column and swing arm, or may be alternatively engaged with a corresponding structure attached to or defined on the other one of the support column and swing arm. When the locking member is engaged, the swing arm is fixed at a desired angular position relative to the support column. When the locking member is disengaged, the swing arm may freely move in at least one angular direction. In some embodiments, a first locking member is attached to a support column, and a second locking member is attached to the swing arm, wherein the first and second locking members are selectively engageable to lock the swing arm at a desired angular position.
Tyre changing apparatus
A tyre changing apparatus (1) comprises: a frame (10); a supporting element (11) for supporting a wheel (2) rotatably about an axis of rotation (A); an arm (12) movably connected to the frame (10) to be moved by an actuator (5B, 5B) along a direction of movement (B) parallel to the axis of rotation (A); a bead breaker tool (13) connected to the arm (12) to move between an activated position, where it is in contact with the tyre (3), and a deactivated position, where it is spaced from the tyre (3); a control unit (14).
