20190338830 · 2019-11-07 · ·

Implementations of a single piece, quick connect and disconnect (SP-QCD chassis) system for connecting and disconnecting a load via a rope to a pulling force that includes a load bar connected to a first rail and a second rail, a locking bar connected to the load bar by a third rail and a connection point for attaching various state-of-the-art connecting devices of pulling forces. The rope, the load bar, and the locking bar are used to form a QCD knot that may be tied and untied relatively quickly. One end of a SP-QCD system can be attached to a pulling force and one leg of the knot formed on the SP-QCD may be connected to a load. In this way, a load can be connected to and disconnected from a pulling force relatively quickly.

Implement attachment assembly and method of use

Techniques and/or systems are disclosed for an implement attachment assembly for a work vehicle. The implement attachment assembly includes a member having a body extending longitudinally between a first end and a second end. The first end includes a central axis disposed at a first height relative to a member vertical axis and the second end includes a central axis disposed at a second height relative to the member vertical axis. The first end central axis is operably disposed at a different height than the second end central axis. The first end is configured to operably connect to the work vehicle. The second end is configured to operably connect to a coupling device.

Rope shackle attachment thimble
10434829 · 2019-10-08 · ·

An attachment thimble is disclosed for attaching a rope shackle to a vehicle for towing, pulling, or other tasks. In one embodiment, the attachment thimble has spaced apart flanges and a mid-portion with a diameter less than the dimensions of the flanges. A through-bore is formed through the thimble from one flange to the other flange. The thimble is sized to be slid into a hitch receiver or disposed between mounting dogs of a D-ring mount. In one application, a rope shackle is formed into a loop by pressing the knot on one end of the shackle through the eyelet on the other end. The thimble is then disposed in the loop and the knot, eyelet, and thimble are slid into the hitch receiver of a vehicle until its through-bore aligns with holes in the receiver. A securement pin is then slid through the receiver and through the thimble to secure the rope shackle to the hitch receiver for use.

Safety chain attachment

An attachment for use with a safety chain which has a leading link and a following link, the attachment having a clevis with first and second lateral side sections and an opening between the side sections into which a leading end of the leading link is receivable; and a pin receivable by the first and second side sections so as to extend across the opening to couple the leading link to the clevis and a portion of the clevis defined between the first and second sections has a configuration complementary to a configuration of the leading end of the leading link; and/or portions of the first and second side sections have configurations complementary to configurations of portions of a leading end of the following link, such that there is a close fit between the clevis and chain when the leading link is coupled to the clevis by the pin.

RETRACTABLE TOW REEL ASSEMBLY

A winch rigging link has a body defining a cable retainer and a soft shackle retainer at opposite ends. The body has a length, a width less than the length, and a depth less than the width. Furthermore, the body defines opposing faces bounded by the length and width and spaced apart by the depth. The soft shackle retainer comprises a channel running widthwise across the soft shackle retainer an in between the faces. The channel defines a bearing surface having curvature in a lengthwise and widthwise plane. The cable retainer may be permanently attached to a winch cable and the soft shackle retainer attached to a soft shackle or the like when required for winch rigging. The configuration of the link maximises the bend radius of the soft shackle or the like retained by the soft shackle retainer, despite the relatively narrow profile of the body thereof.

QUICK DISASSEMBLY TOOL

A quick disassembly tool for fixedly mounting a connection module is provided according to the present application, including a pressing block and a fixing block for press-fitting the connection module. A press-fitting end face of the fixing block is provided with a press-fitting hole, and a press-fitting post inserted into the press-fitting hole protrudes from the pressing block; the quick disassembly tool further includes a locking device respectively pressing on an end of the pressing block and an end of the fixing block, and the locking device includes an elastic pressing device configured to adjust a press-fitting space between the pressing block and the fixing block. The pressing block and the fixing block are connected and transversely position-limited through the press-fitting hole and the press-fitting post, the locking of the pressing block and the fixing block in a pressing direction is achieved by a locking device.
