Skid mounted oil well production processing system
A modular skid mounted oil production system, comprising multiple skid sections that are connectable via alignment pins coupled to the skid beam structure. The alignment pins having a fork connector that is connected to a knife connector. When the skid sections are connected, the piping, electrical, and pneumatic tubing connectors are connectable to the other corresponding skid piping, electrical, and pneumatic tubing connectors without the need for welding or field construction of connecting components. The modular skid oil production system is capable of expansion or contraction as required by the operation of the system. For example the system includes removing a skid section having a larger separator and replacing it with a skid section having a smaller separator, without the need of welding or field construction of connecting components.

SYSTEM FOR DETECTING WHEN DOLLY TONGUE IN POSITION FOR LOCKING TO A VEHICLE
A vehicle is structured for exerting a force on a dolly to move the dolly along a ground surface includes a locking pin mechanism having a locking pin, and a dolly tongue receptacle coupled to the locking pin mechanism so as to be movable with respect to the locking pin mechanism to a first position and a second position. A switch is coupled to the dolly tongue receptacle and structured to be operated by movement of the dolly tongue receptacle from the first position to the second position. The locking pin mechanism is structured to extend the locking pin into an opening formed in the portion of the dolly tongue responsive to operation of the switch.
Trailer hitch guide adaptor
The present disclosure relates in a first aspect to a trailer hitch guide adaptor for a trailer tongue coupler, comprising: a mounting plate configured for attachment to the trailer tongue coupler, the mounting plate having an mounting plate upper-surface and a mounting plate front-end; a pair of guide plates, each of the guide plates attached below the mounting plate, each of the guide plates having a guide plate front-end and a guide plate back-end, wherein said guide plates are angled relative to each other, whereby each of the guide plate back-ends converge towards each other; and a third guide plate extending outwards from the mounting plate front-end, the third guide plate having a third guide plate upper surface, wherein the third guide plate upper surface defines an obtuse angle relative to the mounting plate upper surface, such that a hitch ball is able to be guided towards the mounting plate front-end via the third guide plate, and/or from below the mounting plate and towards the guide plate back ends via one of the guide plates attached below the mounting plate.
AUTOMATIC ALIGNMENT REATTEMPT IN AUTOMATIC HITCH OPERATION
A hitch assist system for a vehicle is provided herein. The hitch assist system includes a sensing system configured to detect a hitch assembly and a coupler. A controller is configured to determine an offset between the hitch assembly and the coupler. The controller is further configured to generate a command for maneuvering the vehicle forward based on the offset exceeding an offset threshold. The controller is further configured to generate a command for subsequently maneuvering the vehicle rearward along an alignment path. The controller is configured to prompt termination of the forward maneuver of the vehicle based on a determination that alignment of the hitch assembly with the coupler is feasible via execution of the alignment path.
Hitch for a Material Handling Vehicle
A hitch configured to selectively latch to a tow bar is provided. The hitch includes a housing, a frame defining a receiving cavity, a moveable arm, an actuator configured to move the arm between an unlatched position and a latched position, and a contact sensor mounted within the housing on a slotted mounting plate. The arm is configured to engage the tow bar when in the latched position. The slotted mounting plate is configured to enable a position of the contact sensor to be adjusted based on a geometry of the tow bar. The actuator is activated by the contact sensor sensing the presence of the tow bar within the receiving cavity.
Automatically locking hitch
A hitch assembly for coupling a trailer to a tow vehicle comprises a king ball including a base and a king pin extending vertically from a top surface of the base, the king pin including a ball positioned on a distal end opposite the base, the ball adapted to be pivotally received into a hitch of the trailer. A hitch block includes a draw bar and a housing, the drawbar adapted to be horizontally inserted into a receiver mounted onto the tow vehicle, the housing including a throat adapted to receive the base of the king ball. A locking mechanism is adapted to automatically engage the king pin when the base of the king ball is inserted into the throat of the housing to secure the base of the king ball within the throat of the housing and locking the king ball and the hitch block together.
DEVICE TO ALIGN A TRAILER COUPLER TO A HITCH BALL
A device to align a trailer coupler to a hitch ball intended for use with a standard ball mount hitch. The device has a base and a plurality of vertical surfaces which are orthogonal to the base. The device mates with a standard hitch ball. The base has a through hole that can accommodate the shank of a standard hitch ball. The shank of the hitch ball is inserted through the base and through a ball mount platform. A threaded fastener secures the hitch ball. When a trailer coupler contacts the device, the device center the trailer coupler over the hitch ball.
AUTOMATED HITCH FOR AUTOMATED VEHICLE
Systems and methods for towing, hitching, and connecting devices are described. An autonomous guided vehicle includes an automated hitch capable of connecting to a variety of types of containers.
Method for operating an operating device for a transportation vehicle to assist a driver when coupling the transportation vehicle to a trailer, operating device, and transportation vehicle
A method for operating a control device for a transportation vehicle to assist a driver maneuvering the transportation vehicle up to a trailer to couple the transportation vehicle to the trailer, wherein target coordinates of a coupling position provided for the transportation vehicle for coupling are determined by the control device and the process repeated, while a graphical distance display element is displayed to the driver by a display apparatus, a current distance value of a distance of the transportation vehicle from the coupling position is determined, and a size parameter of the graphical distance display element is adjusted based on the current distance value. A non-linear scaling function brings about a higher position resolution in a near region around the coupling position than outside the near region is used for a conversion from the respectively current distance value into a value of the size parameter.
