The present invention relates to a novel bouquet holder for holding flowers for funerary display purposes. The present invention comprises a linear wire frame with attached circular elements for holding the stems of a bouquet of flowers and a tubular sleeve for covering the stems of the bouquet of flowers. Optionally, a tubular water container may be insinuated over the stems of the bouquet and filled with water. The present bouquet holder further comprises a wire stake allowing the user to mount the bouquet and device at a suitable location on the ground.

An IPC device is over a pole in a ground surface adjacent a plant. The IPC device includes an upper end having a sealed apex and partially defining a plant-receiving cavity therein, a lower tubular end opposite the upper end and also partially defining the plant-receiving cavity therein, and a medial seam coupling the upper end and the lower tubular end. An IPC device is for a plant in a pot. The IPC device includes a support to be positioned in a soil surface of the pot adjacent to the plant and extending upward from the soil surface, and a mesh surface enclosure having an upper end with a sealed apex, and a lower end to surround the pot. The mesh surface enclosure defines a plant-receiving cavity therein, and the mesh surface enclosure has a mesh size to prevent intrusion by psyllids and aphids. The IPC device also includes a spreader device coupled to the support and configured to extend outward to the mesh surface enclosure.
