TRAILER ALIGNMENT APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a trailer alignment device intended to facilitate the backing up of an automobile to align a hitch of the automobile with a towable trailer. The alignment device further provides for trailer stabilization by providing for a second point of attachment for the trailer to the automobile.
ARTICULATING TRAILER HITCH ASSEMBLY
An articulated trailer hitch assembly for coupling a trailing unit to a towing vehicle is provided. The articulated trailer hitch assembly comprises a towing vehicle engagement member adapted for being mounted to the towing vehicle at a first end portion thereof An articulating member is pivotally movable mounted to the towing vehicle engagement member at a second end portion thereof. A trailing unit engagement member is longitudinally movable mounted to the articulating member. The trailing unit engagement member is longitudinally movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The trailing unit engagement member is adapted for being coupled to the trailing unit.

Hitch receiver alignment system
The present invention relates to a hitch receiver alignment system having a first opening extending through and arranged upon a surface of the hitch receiver, a piston, a cylinder having a second opening adjoined to the hitch receiver, and a cylinder head having a third opening that is adapted to receive an alignment member that is manually adjusted by a user to contact the piston. As the user manually adjusts the alignment member, the piston consequentially is moved within a first opening extending through the hitch receiver. With the hitch being locked within the hitch receiver by a hitch pin, as the piston contacts the hitch within the hitch receiver the hitch is rotated about the hitch pin and a gap between the hitch and the hitch receiver is eliminated.

Debris collection and transport cart and method of using same
An open top debris collection and transport cart with a hitch connector at a first end wall, a pair of wheels at an opposite second end wall, and a bottom panel connecting the end walls. The second end wall is outwardly angled from the bottom panel terminating in a top end, the wheels being positioned adjacent to the ground when the bottom panel is supported on the ground or when the bottom panel is rotated to a vertical orientation and the top end contacts the ground. An elevatable boom connectible to a work vehicle and having a mating hitch connector is provided. Elevating the boom slightly when the hitch is connected supports the cart by the wheels in contact with the ground surface allowing the work vehicle to move the cart. Further boom elevation rotates the bottom panel to a vertical orientation thus dumping the cart contents.

Vehicles having a retractable hitch
A vehicle having a retractable towing hitch includes a towing hitch assembly. The towing hitch assembly includes a coupler portion. The coupler portion is configured to be movable relative to a bumper of the vehicle such that the coupler portion is positioned farther from the bumper when the coupler portion is in an extended position than when the coupler portion is in a towing position and a retraction mechanism.
