Through the use of various onboard functionalities, energy may be generated to regulate temperature and provide electricity, oxygen may be supplied, and water may be purified.

The friction clamp includes a cylindrical body of elongate form between ends and with a slot into which a tubular item is snapped. Lateral connectors such as a receiver with a cylindrical recess therein receive an end of a tubular member, such as a member similar to that which snaps into the slot. As an alternative to the receiver, a tab is provided extending from the clamp laterally. The tab includes a hole through which hardware is placed, and an item having a similar tab is placed adjacent to the tab extending from the clamp and the hardware tightened for fixation at a desired rotational orientation. As another alternative to the receiver, a small friction clamp connector is provided on an exterior of the friction clamp. A small rod (or other item) snaps into the small clamp. The small clamp and rod can be provided separate from the friction clamp.

A resin composition contains an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) in which an ethylene unit content is from 10 to 60 mol %, a hindered amine-based compound (B) having a 2,2,6,6-tetraalkylpiperidine ring structure and having an alkoxy group bonded to a nitrogen atom in the structure, and a hindered phenol-based compound (C) having an ester bond or an amide bond. The resin composition contains 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of the hindered amine-based compound (B) and 0.2 to 5 parts by mass of the hindered phenol-based compound (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), and a mass ratio (C)/(B) is from 0.2 to 3.6.

Transmittance T.sub.2: Transmittance of a laminate at a wavelength of from 300 to 800 nm, obtained by laminating the resin film and a test film, in which the uneven surface 1a of the resin film is completely filled with water, and the test film which has a thickness of 50 m, is formed of only an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, and has a transmittance at a wavelength of from 300 to 800 nm of 94% and an arithmetic average roughness Ra of both surfaces of 0.04 m is laminated on the resin film.

A greenhouse has a roof including a plurality of substantially parallel crossbeams, at least two longitudinal sections which are mounted to the crossbeams and extend at a distance from each other in transverse direction of the crossbeams, a transparent foil which is mounted to the longitudinal sections at respective foil attachment locations thereof so as to form a cover between the longitudinal sections. The roof also includes a displacement mechanism for displacing one of the longitudinal sections with respect to the other between a non-foil-stretching position and a foil-stretching position. The distance between the respective foil attachment locations is larger in the foil-stretching position than in the non-foil-stretching position. The displacement mechanism can be operated and is lockable at an upper side of the roof.
