ELECTRONIC COMPRESSION AND REBOUND CONTROL
An electronic valve assembly for a vehicle suspension damper is described in which a first electronic valve is disposed along a fluid flow path extending between a compression region of a damping cylinder and a fluid reservoir chamber. The first electronic valve controls flow of fluid from the compression region into the fluid reservoir chamber. A second electronic valve is disposed along a fluid flow path extending between a rebound region of the damping cylinder and the compression region. The second electronic valve controls flow of fluid from the rebound region into the compression. The first electronic valve does not reside in the fluid flow path extending from the rebound region into the compression region, and the second electronic valve does not reside in the fluid flow path extending from the compression region into the fluid reservoir chamber.

SOLENOID, DAMPING FORCE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM, AND DAMPING FORCE ADJUSTABLE SHOCK ABSORBER
A molded coil includes a bobbin, a coil, and an exterior member. The coil is wound around the bobbin, and generates a magnetic force in reaction to power supply. The exterior member covers the coil and the bobbin therewith. Two seams, a first seam and a second seam are provided between the bobbin and the exterior member. A first seal member is disposed on an upstream side of the first seam and between a cover member and the exterior member. A second seal member is disposed on an upstream side of the second scam and between a flange portion of a stator core main body and the exterior member.
SUSPENSION DEVICE
The suspension device for vehicles includes: an electric damper which operates by electricity; a fluid pressure damper which operates by hydraulic pressure; a road-surface state detector which detects a road-surface state ahead of a tire of a vehicle; and a controller which causes at least one to operate among the electric damper and the fluid pressure damper, based on a detection result of the road-surface state detector.
Hydraulic Shock Absorber
A hydraulic shock absorber including a housing and an absorber unit. The absorber unit is movable relative to the housing in the axis direction of an absorber unit middle axis A-A and includes a piston which is arranged on a piston rod and which subdivides the housing into a first and a second working space which is filled with damping fluid.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM WITH INDIVIDUAL RIDE HEIGHT AND DAMPENING CONTROL
A machine includes a first cylinder coupled to a first wheel and a second cylinder coupled to a second wheel. A first proportional dampening valve fluidly connects to the first cylinder and a second proportional dampening valve fluidly connects to the second cylinder. First accumulators are fluidly connected to the first cylinder and the first proportional dampening valve, and second accumulator(s) are fluidly connected to the second cylinder and the second proportional dampening valve. Additionally, a first proportional flow control valve fluidly connects to the first cylinder and a second proportional flow control valve fluidly connected to the second cylinder. An electronic control module (ECM) communicatively couples to the first proportional flow control valve and the second proportional flow control valve to adjust a ride height of the first wheel via the first cylinder and a ride height of the second wheel via the second cylinder.

Damper assembly and a housing for the damper assembly
A damper assembly comprises a main tube defining a fluid chamber. The main tube includes a first section, a second section, and an intermediate portion. A sleeve is disposed about the main tube. An external tube is disposed about the main tube and the sleeve. The external tube defines a compensation chamber between the sleeve and the external tube. A main piston divides the fluid chamber into a rebound chamber and a compression chamber. A piston rod couples to the main piston for moving the main piston between a compression stroke and a rebound stroke. The sleeve is in an abutment relationship with the second section of the main tube, radially spaced apart from the first section of the main tube, defining a compartment extending between the sleeve and the first section of the main tube. A housing for the damper assembly is also disclosed herein.

Hydraulic Rebound Stop Pressure Relief System
A damper comprises a pressure tube extending longitudinally between a first pressure tube end and a second pressure tube end, a piston arranged in sliding engagement inside the pressure tube, a piston rod coupled to the piston, a hydraulic rebound stop positioned in a first working chamber and including a sealing ring circumferentially extending around the piston rod and within the pressure tube. The sealing ring at least partially defining a high-pressure region within the pressure tube during a rebound stroke the damper further comprising a pressure relief valve in fluid communication with the high-pressure region. The pressure relief valve being operable to allow pressurized fluid from the high-pressure region to pass therethrough once a predefined pressure threshold has been reached.
