Robotic container handling device and method
A system and method for handling shipping containers is described. The container handling system includes a crane, the crane having crane load handling devices. The container handling system includes a conveyance device, the conveyance device including transversal load handling devices. The system provides storage and sortation for storing the containers in a series of stacks disposed beneath a grid, the grid having a series of load handling devices operable thereon. The crane load handling device removes a container from a ship, transports it to transversal load handling device operable on a conveyor. The container is moved on the conveyor to a transfer point where it is collected by a robotic load handling device for transport to the storage and sortation area.
Grow box and plant grower using the same grow box
A grow box comprises a box body and a cover which are matched with each other; a planting unit arranged on the grow box for planting plants; a nutrient solution supply unit comprising a nutrient solution storage chamber and an atomizer, and the nutrient solution is supplied to the roots of the plants under the condition that the plants lack nutrient solution, wherein the nutrient solution storage chamber is constructed as a part of box body space which is separated from the box body by a partition plate. The present invention further discloses a plant grower using the same grow box with a supporting device. In addition, various sensors are arranged in the grow box and the plant grower to perform automatic induction without the need of manual operation, so that the pleasure and the simplicity of planting are enhanced.

PREFABRICATED RAISED BED GARDEN ENCLOSURE
A novel prefabricated garden box for use in growing plants with a raised bed, comprising a plurality of posts, beams, crossbeams, an inclined roof and slidably rigid transparent or translucent door(s). The enclosure includes multi-channel slidetracks and is fillable with soil and gravel under conditions that provide a suitable growing environment. The garden box, when fully assembled, rests on a ground surface or subgrade and may be preferably constructed to conform to dimensions suitable for shipping, packaging and transport before assembly by an end user/gardener.
Modular, movable, versatile, vertical greenhouse
The present invention comprises a multilevel structure made up of several components that fit together to form a rectangular frame that can be combined with other such multilevel frame structures to form a desired size of greenhouse that can either be free standing, attached to the wall/fence or pegged to the ground. Additionally, the greenhouse offers a light intensity controller in the form of an externally provided or directly attached refractor/reflecting/magnifying lens/that can increase, reduce or change the amount of light. Furthermore, the greenhouse has the ability to run water tubing and electrical wires through its frame structure that allows humidity control, lighting and heating of the environment within, for hydroponic, aeroponic and conventional earth farming.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR BREEDING BLUEBERRY-SPECIFIC MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI
A device and a method for breeding blueberry-specific mycorrhizal fungi. The device includes a container, where a bottom of the container is laid with perlite to form a perlite layer; an absorbent cotton is arranged on the perlite layer; a hole for planting is provided in the absorbent cotton and blueberry tissue culture seedlings or moss seedlings are placed in the hole; and a spore transfer solution is provided around the blueberry tissue culture seedlings or moss seedlings. When used as a bacterial fertilizer for inoculation in the field, the pieces of absorbent cotton are buried directly around the blueberry roots; while used for research, one of the pieces of the absorbent cotton is washed with sterile water and filtered with a filter paper to obtain mycorrhizal fungi spores.
OBJECT HANDLING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An object handling system is described, the system having two substantially perpendicular sets of rails forming a grid above a workspace, the workspace having a plurality of stacked containers. The system includes a series of robotic load handling devices operating on the grid above the workspace, the load handling devices having a body mounted on wheels. The robotic devices can move around the grid under instruction from a computing device, the robotic devices being moved to a point on the grid above a stack of containers and then, using a lifting device, engage and lift a container from the stack. The container is then moved to a point where the objects in the container can be accessed. Modifications to the workspace and grid are described that allow vehicles and roll cages to be used to move stacks from the workspace to a point outside the workspace or from outside the workspace into the workspace.
