VEHICLE HEIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM

A vehicle height control system includes an arm including a first end portion connected to a vehicle body and a second end portion coupled to a wheel, a bearing unit fixed to the vehicle body, a crank coupled to the bearing unit, a push rod including a first end portion connected to the crank and a second end portion connected to the arm, and a spring reaction force variable device coupled to the bearing unit and configured to vary reaction force applied to the crank.

ROLL STABILIZATION SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

A roll stabilization system (1) for a motor vehicle which has a DC voltage converter (6) associated with an electric roll stabilizer (2). By way of the DC voltage converter, a feed voltage can be transformed into a supply voltage for the roll stabilizer (2). To produce as compact a structure as possible, the DC voltage converter (6) is integrated in the electric roll stabilizer (2).

Suspension system with dual rate torsion bar

A dual rate torsion bar suspension system is connected to a control arm and includes a first rate torsion bar and a second rate torsion bar connected to one another in order to provide the suspension system with a dual rate torque resistance. A cam mechanism is employed for isolating the second rate torsion bar from the first rate torsion bar.

STABILIZER BAR BUSHING ASSEMBLY HAVING BRACKETS INTEGRATED WITH RUBBERS AND STABILIZER BAR ASSEMBLY USING THE SAME

A stabilizer bar bushing assembly is provided, in which even though it is exposed to heat of high temperature for a long time period the bracket is not dislocated from the rubber because the bracket is attached to the rubber integrally. The stabilizer bar bushing assembly comprises: an upper body including an upper rubber formed with a first concave groove and an upper bracket enclosing an outer surface of the upper rubber and bonded integrally to the upper rubber; a lower body including a lower rubber formed with a second concave groove and a lower bracket enclosing an outer circumferential surface of the lower rubber and bonded integrally to the lower rubber; and a coupling means for coupling the upper bracket and the lower bracket together in a state of installing the upper body and the lower body on the stabilizer bar.

A vehicle includes a torsion bar including a central portion, a left coupling, and a right coupling. The central portion extends in a lateral direction in front of a left drive shaft and a right drive shaft. The left coupling is positioned to the left of the central portion and coupled to a portion of a left lower arm that is rearward relative to the left drive shaft. The right coupling is positioned to the right of the central portion and coupled to a portion of a right lower arm that is rearward relative to the right drive shaft.

WHEEL SUSPENSION FOR A TWO-TRACK VEHICLE
20180072357 · 2018-03-15 · ·

A wheel suspension for a two-track vehicle having at least one stabilizer formed as a stabilizer torsion spring rod, with the stabilizer extending in the vehicle's transverse direction and having a drive lever on at least one vehicle side, which acts upon a wheel guidance element of the wheel suspension, and having at least one suspension spring, which is tensioned with a spring preload between the vehicle body and a wheel guidance element of the wheel suspension. The suspension spring is at least partially formed as a suspension spring/torsion spring rod. The suspension spring/torsion spring rod is arranged radially within the stabilizer torsion spring rod designed as a hollow rod.

SIDE-BY-SIDE ATV

The present invention relates to all terrain vehicles having at least a pair of laterally spaced apart seating surfaces. More particularly, the present invention relates to trail compliant side-by-side all terrain vehicles.

Torsion spring bar system for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle
09694645 · 2017-07-04 · ·

A torsion spring bar system for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle includes on each vehicle side a torsion spring bar which is oriented transversely to the vehicle longitudinal center and acts on each wheel guide element of the wheel suspension with variable pretension via an output lever positioned outwards with respect to the vehicle longitudinal center. The torsion spring bar is acted upon by an actuator with a torsional moment. The torsion spring bars on both vehicle sides are coupled to one another at their axially adjacent ends in the vehicle longitudinal center via at least one additional torsion spring element.
