In an embodiment, the present invention provides a stop device for limiting a vertical spring deflection of a motor vehicle leaf spring that is mounted on an axle member, the stop device including: a stop which limits a vertical movement of the leaf spring; a support structure for supporting and mounting the stop on a vehicle support; and a guiding device for receiving and guiding at least one of a cable, a line, and/or a holder. The guiding device is fastened to the support structure.

Aspects of the present invention relate to a system for a vehicle comprising: a hydraulic suspension actuator comprising a piston, a first upper fluidic chamber and a second lower fluidic chamber, the first and second fluidic chambers separated by the piston; at least one actuator system module mounted to a subframe and laterally separated from the hydraulic suspension actuator, the at least one actuator system module comprising one or more actuator system components; a longitudinal beam located laterally between the hydraulic suspension actuator and the at least one actuator system module; and at least one conduit fluidly connecting the hydraulic suspension actuator and the at least one actuator system module, wherein the at least one conduit passes over the longitudinal beam.
Vibration damper and motor vehicle with active suspension
A vibration damper with a damper piston which is arranged in a main tube with hydraulic medium and can be moved to and fro in an axial direction relative to the main tube. The main tube is arranged in a container tube, wherein an intermediate tube is arranged between the main tube and the container tube. The main tube, the intermediate tube and the container tube are arranged coaxially in a three-tube damper. The damper piston is attached at one end of a piston rod. The three-tube damper is equipped with a hydraulic end-position damping and at its end opposite the piston rod, has a central valve block with two damper valve devices. The central valve block is partially fitted with an air spring resting on an axial support ring which is connected by a single main weld seam to the container tube and central valve block by substance bonding.

A damping arrangement of an active chassis for an axle of a motor vehicle. A damping system cooperates with each wheel of the axle, wherein each of the damping systems includes a damper, a hydraulic pump, and an electric motor. A hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic reservoir and valves, wherein the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic unit of the respective damping system cooperate with hydraulic chambers of the hydraulic cylinder of the respective damping system, such that, depending on the conveying direction of the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic unit, a movement of the piston in a first actuation direction or in a second actuation direction can be provided. The hydraulic pumps and the electric motors of both damping systems are combined to form a motor-pump unit. The motor-pump unit is fastened on both sides thereof to an axle carrier of the axle via two bearings.

A motor vehicle has a metal frame, active suspensions for supporting respective wheels, and a heat exchange system for managing heat of at least one component of the active suspensions; the heat exchange system is provided with a heat exchange circuit, which has a pump for supplying a heat exchange liquid, a heat exchanger, at least one heat exchange segment in the active suspensions, a return branch from the active suspensions towards the pump, and a delivery branch from the pump towards the active suspensions; at least one of the return and delivery branches comprises a metal pipe, which is free of thermal insulators and is arranged along the metal frame to transfer heat to the latter; in particular, the heat exchange is adjusted by varying the speed of the pump.
