Multi-Tapered Suspension Component
Energy storing suspension components having an end configured to include an eye are disclosed in combinations with bushings for use in suspension systems for wheeled vehicles and trailers. The energy storing suspension components include an axle seat portion, an end, and a limb extending between the axle seat portion and the end. The limb includes a first taper wherein the limb decreases in width as the limb extends toward the end, a second taper wherein the limb decreases in thickness as the limb extends toward the end, wherein along the limb there is at least a portion where both the first taper and second taper are present, and a third taper that is further from the axle seat portion than the first taper and wherein the limb increases in width as the limb extends toward the end.
STABILIZER BUSH APPARATUS
Proposes is a stabilizer bush apparatus including a bracket coupled to a sub-frame, a bearing installed on the bracket, and a bush coupled to the bearing, surrounding a stabilizer bar, and including a sealing portion, the sealing portion being elastically deformed, thereby coming into contact with the bracket and blocking foreign material from being introduced from the outside into the bracket.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A BUSHING ASSEMBLY HAVING RADIAL RUBBER STOPPER
The present disclosure is directed to a bushing assembly having a tubular inner metal, a tubular outer metal, a tubular rigid cup disposed over an outer portion of the tubular inner metal, and a tubular pad disposed between the tubular rigid cup and the tubular outer metal. The tubular pad may have a first wall section and a second wall section at least partially circumscribing the first wall section. The first wall section may be configured to be compressed and to expand along an axis parallel to an axial center of the tubular pad, to thus fill the tubular rigid cup and enhance a stiffness of the bushing assembly when the tubular outer metal of the bushing assembly is moved towards a limit of a range of radial travel.
CHASSIS BEARING
The present invention relates to a solid rubber bearing for arranging on an axle of a motor vehicle, the solid rubber bearing comprising an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, with an elastic intermediate layer being arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve; on one side the inner sleeve has a stop disc that extends radially outwards from the inner sleeve, with the outer sleeve extending in the axial direction A over a portion of the inner sleeve; and with a space being formed between the outer sleeve and the stop disc, the solid rubber bearing being characterized in that at least one spacer made of a solid material is arranged in the region of the space.
Void bushing for a vehicle suspension
A void bushing for a vehicle suspension is configured to have protrusion parts formed to protrude outwards on a bulge part of an inner pipe. The protrusion parts are located to be disposed in oblique line directions between void portions of an elastic body that is filled between the inner pipe and an outer pipe. In the void bushing, ride comfort characteristics and durability characteristics of a vehicle may be maintained, as they are, under favorable conditions by the void portions. Further the handling response characteristics of the vehicle may be advantageously improved by promoting a rigidity increase through the protrusion parts.
CORNER MODULE FOR VEHICLE
An embodiment corner module includes a steering unit configured to receive torque from a steering motor, a damper connected to the steering unit and connectable to a wheel, and a vibration insulation structure disposed at a portion where the steering unit and the damper are connected to each other, wherein the vibration insulation structure includes a lower bush and an upper bush stacked in a vertical direction.
STABILIZER BUSHING
A stabilizer bushing including a bushing body formed of a tubular rubber elastic body and including a sliding liner disposed on an inner surface of its inner hole. A stabilizer bar is inserted through the inner hole without being bonded thereto and a bracket is mounted onto an outer surface of the bushing body to attach the bushing body to a vehicle body via the bracket. Two rigid intermediate members are fastened to the bushing body on opposite sides of the inner hole to face each other, and include respective first and second facing plate parts protruding radially outward from opposite ends. A slit circumferentially dividing the bushing body is formed between the first facing plate parts. A cut extending radially outward from the inner hole to a radially middle part of the bushing body is formed between the second facing plate parts.
Suspension for vehicle and vehicle including same
A suspension for a vehicle includes an arm including an arm body, a transverse leaf spring including a fixed leaf end and a free leaf end, and a link connecting the arm and the transverse leaf spring. The link includes a first link end connected to the arm body and configured to rotate relative to the arm body, where a rotation center of the first link end is located at the arm body, a second link end connected to the free leaf end and configured to rotate relative to the arm, and a link body that extends between the first link end and the second link end, the link body being spaced apart from the arm body.
