Suspension system for a work vehicle
A suspension system for a work vehicle includes an axle bar, an inner control member, an outer control member, and a slide housing. The axle bar extends through the inner control member, the outer control member, and the slide housing. The axle bar is non-rotatably coupled to the slide housing and is configured to pivot with the slide housing and relative to the inner control member and the outer control member.
Mechanically actuated leveling valve mechanism
A mechanically actuated level control valve device for a commercial vehicle with an air suspension system is a level control valve and comprises a drive element that can be mechanically coupled to a vehicle wheel or axle. A valve element and a counter valve element have a first relative position, wherein the port for the air suspension bellow is closed, a second relative position, wherein the port for the air suspension bellow is connected to the port for the aeration device, and a third relative position, wherein the port for the air suspension bellow is connected to the port for the deaeration device. The valve element is coupled to a rotatable driveshaft of the level control valve by a drive mechanism. An integrated actuator changes the relative position of the valve element and the drive element or the relative position of the counter valve element and a valve housing.
ACTIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEM, VIBRATION DAMPER AND VIBRATION DAMPING COMPONENT
A vibration damping component, comprising a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic oil cylinder comprises an oil storage cylinder and a working cylinder, wherein the working cylinder is internally provided with a first piston piece and is divided into an expansion cavity and a contraction cavity by means of the first piston piece; the expansion connects the oil storage cylinder by means of a first one-way oil discharge; the contraction connects the oil storage cylinder by means of a second one-way oil discharge; the oil storage cylinder is provided thereon with an oil outlet hole; an input end of the hydraulic motor is connected to the oil outlet hole; and an output end of the hydraulic motor is in communication respectively with the expansion by means of a first one-way oil return pipe and with the contraction by means of a second one-way oil return pipe.
Damping system of a two-track vehicle
A damping system of a two-track vehicle includes a passive stabilizer having a torsion bar which runs in a vehicle transverse direction and having lever elements which adjoin the torsion bar at the end sides and which are connected to mutually oppositely situated wheel suspension arrangements of an axle of the vehicle. Two actuators are assigned to respective wheels of the wheel suspension arrangements and are mounted on the vehicle body. Each actuator has a drive by way of which a torque can be exerted on that section of the stabilizer which faces toward the respective wheel. Here, the actuators are in the form of electric motors and are designed to dampen vertical vibrations of the respective wheel or of the so-called unsprung mass, and/or vibrations of the vehicle body in a frequency range between 0 Hertz and at least 20 Hertz, through suitable regulation of the drive of the actuators and thus also through active introduction of forces into the system.
Motor gearbox assembly
A motor gearbox and suspension arrangement is provided for a vehicle. The arrangement includes a drive system for driving a wheel of the vehicle, and the drive system includes an electric motor and a gear train associated with the motor. The arrangement further includes a housing that receives the motor and the gear train, and a suspension control arm having a first end configured to be connected to the vehicle and a second end configured to be connected to the housing.
WRAP AROUND VEHICLE WINDSHIELD
Systems, methods, and devices for a vehicle windshield are described herein. A vehicle includes a vehicle body comprising a front, a first side, and a second side, wherein the first side and the second side are opposite one another on the vehicle body. The vehicle comprises a cabin located within the body of the vehicle, wherein the cabin comprises an interior that is configured to accommodate at least one person. The vehicle comprises at least one door that provides ingress and egress to the interior of the cabin of the vehicle. The vehicle comprises a windshield that provides a visual line of sight out of the cabin for a user located within the interior of the cabin, and wherein the windshield extends across the front and at least partially on to at least one of the first side or the second side.
ROLL STABILIZER AND USE OF A ROLL STABILIZAER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE
A roll stabilizer for a motor vehicle having a housing (137, 237) with a first stabilizer element (110, 210) coupled to the housing and an electric motor (150, 250) located in the housing (137, 237). The transmission (160, 260) is coupled to the electric motor (150, 250) on a drive side, and the output side of the transmission (160, 260) is coupled to a second stabilizer element (115, 215) such that the stabilizer elements are electromechanically rotatable with respect to one another. The electric motor is designed as a Vernier motor.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM WITH ADJUSTABLE RIDE HEIGHT
A suspension system for use between a frame and a beam axle includes a ride-height adjustment mechanism connectable between the frame and the beam axle. The adjustment mechanism includes an upper spring seat configured to mount to the frame and a lower spring seat configured to mount to the beam axle. A spring is interposed between the upper and lower spring seats. An electromechanical actuator arrangement is configured to move the upper spring seat relative to the frame or the lower spring seat relative to the beam axle so that a distance between the frame and the beam axle can be increased or decreased.
