PROTECTION STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE SUSPENSION DEVICE
A protection device of a vehicle suspension device includes a vehicle body frame, a wheel, a knuckle that rotatably supports the wheel, a suspension arm that connects the vehicle body frame and the knuckle and is configured to be swingable up and down along with up-and-down movement of the wheel with an end portion attached to the vehicle body frame being a pivot point, a shock absorber that has an upper end attached to the vehicle body frame and a lower end attached to the suspension arm, and buffers swinging movement in an up-and-down direction of the suspension arm, and an absorber cover attached to the suspension arm and covering the periphery of the shock absorber.
Aerodynamic cover of vehicle
An aerodynamic cover of a suspension device of a vehicle includes an upper horizontal portion that is located on an upper side of the arm member and extends in a horizontal direction, a lower horizontal portion that is located under the arm member and extends in the horizontal direction, an engaging portion that is provided on one of the upper and lower horizontal portions and engaged with the arm member, and a bolt receiving portion that is provided on the other horizontal portion and bolted to the arm member. The engaging portion includes an arm portion extending in the horizontal direction, and a claw portion provided on a distal side of the arm portion and engaged with the arm member. A rib provided on the arm portion extends in a direction of extension of the arm portion, and protrudes in a vertical direction with respect to the arm portion.
COVERING PART FOR A CHASSIS ELEMENT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A covering element for a chassis element of a motor vehicle, comprising a covering surface, which covers at least a part of the chassis element, and a first fastening section, which extends from the surface of the covering element to the chassis element and has receptacles for fasteners. The disclosure includes a covering element has an opening that enables access to a first fastening section.
Vehicle-body lower face structure
A torsion beam type of rear suspension comprising a pair of right-and-left trailing arms and a torsion beam. A floor under cover for airflow straightening is attached to a portion of a vehicle body in front of the rear suspension so as to cover a vehicle-body lower face. A cover-support bracket is laid between a rear portion of a side sill and an inward side, in a vehicle width direction, of an arm pivot of the trail arm. A portion of the floor under cover which is positioned in the vicinity of its rear end is engaged with the cover-support bracket such that a rear end portion of the floor under cover is extended from an inward-side edge of a front portion of a rear wheel house to an inside of the rear wheel house.
STRUT ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
A strut assembly for a vehicle may include an insulator part connected to a vehicle body, a piston rod coupled to the insulator part, a damper cylinder coupled with the piston rod and having an operating fluid accommodated therein, a strike cap coupled to the upper portion of the damper cylinder, and a sliding part formed on the side surface of the strike cap. In the strut assembly, a dust cover is coupled to the sliding part. In addition, the sliding part includes one or more side surface holes formed on the side surface of the strike cap, a sliding protrusion coupled with the dust cover and mounted in each of the side surface holes, and a guide part formed in each of the side surface holes for restraining the sliding protrusion.
Trim Assembly for a Vehicle
A trim assembly having at least a first trim part fora vehicle, wherein the trim assembly is connected to an undercarriage of the vehicle via a bearing device, and wherein in order to create advantageous design conditions, the bearing device includes at least a first bearing, a second bearing and a third bearing, which are each connected to at least one component coupled to a first wheelset or a first wheelset bearing system of the undercarriage, the at least first trim part is mounted in an articulated manner with respect to a first bearing transverse axis of the undercarriage via the at least first bearing, and the at least first trim part is mounted with mechanical decoupling with respect to directions of motion parallel to an undercarriage longitudinal plane via the second bearing and the third hearing such that mechanical loads acting on the trim assembly are thereby reduced.
Vehicle-body lower face structure
An arm cover comprises a main part and a front part. These parts are configured such that when the rear suspension takes a standard vehicle-weight position, these parts are respectively inclined rearwardly and downwardly, wherein an angle of inclination of the inclined front part is smaller than that of the inclined main part. When the rear suspension takes the standard vehicle-weight position, a front edge of the front part is located at a higher level than a bottom face portion of a under cover, and when the rear suspension takes a rebound position, the front edge of the front part is located at a position which is higher than a level of the bottom face portion of the under cover and close to a rear end portion of the under cover.
PURGING DUST BOOT
A boot with a body cavity that protects a moveable joint and retains lubricant associated with the joint is disclosed. The wall of the boot body includes a venting aperture that is protected by a surrounding barrier structure.
REINFORCEMENT AND PROTECTION BRACES FOR MOUNTING STRUCTURES OF VEHICLE STEERING KNUCKLE LOWER CONTROL ARMS
The present invention provides reinforcing braces that may be attached to the factory-supplied chassis mounts for the lower control arms of the steering knuckles of vehicles to reinforce and shield the mounts from objects below the vehicle that may be encountered when traveling through rugged terrain. The braces of the present invention are designed for the front and rear control arm mounts, each brace including a pair of parallel sturdy metal flanges that are generally perpendicularly attached to a sturdy metal lower base plate. Each flange is designed to be attached to one of the parallel flanges of the factory-supplied chassis mounts, and has a generally U-shaped opening therein for receiving mounting hardware and strengthening of the camber adjustment tabs. The sturdy metal lower base plates may extend out and away from the flanges of the brackets to provide a lower shield to protect the chassis and mounting hardware from damage that may occur from contact with large objects that may be encountered below the vehicle. The front base plate may include an elongated section that extends toward the front of the vehicle to provide a shield for deflecting large objects as the vehicle moves forward.
Automobile
Disclosed is an automobile, comprising an automobile body, wheels, a suspension device and a spoiler. The path of a fluid flowing through a lower spoiler surface is longer than the path of the fluid flowing through the upper spoiler surface, so that a lift force generated in the driving process of the automobile is reduced or even eliminated. The general understanding that the wheels bear the dead weight of the automobile, loads and all weights generated by the gravitational acceleration is changed. The dead weight of the automobile body is reduced by the lift force generated by the automobile body, the road holding of the automobile is improved after the wheels eliminate the lift force, and thus, the automobile can save more energy and can run more safely.
