The AC power ports of respective lighting fixtures are coupled together with a plurality of industrial power cables without using one or more conduits for the plurality of industrial power cables. The network communications ports of the respective lighting fixtures are coupled together with a plurality of waterproof network communications cables. In one example, a lighting system kit comprises two or more lighting fixtures having an AC power port comprising an industrial type connector. The kit further comprises multiple industrial power cables and one or more industrial drop tee cables.

In some embodiments, an indoor farming module includes a container compartment divided into a grow zone and a control zone, wherein a grow zone comprises a chassis with a plurality of horizontal and vertical frame members configured to support a plurality of carts each carrying a tray with a plurality of plants and wherein the control zone includes an air blowing unit integrated so as to direct air between a drop ceiling and a structural ceiling of the indoor farming module and an air conditioning unit configured to condition an atmosphere in the grow zone by producing cool dry air that is blown into a plenum space located between the drop ceiling and a structural ceiling.

The plurality of light emitting diodes is coupled with the submount and is configured to project light through the window. The lens cover includes an exterior surface and overlies the plurality of light emitting diodes and the submount such that the lens cover and the submount define an interior therebetween. The encapsulating material substantially fills the interior.
