Compact air conditioning module for performing cooling and heating through a single module
An air conditioning module including a compressor for inhaling and compressing a refrigerant, a condenser for condensing the refrigerant compressed in the compressor, and an expansion means for throttling the refrigerant condensed in the condenser. An evaporator evaporates the refrigerant supplied through the expansion means. The air conditioning module also includes a housing including a first passageway, a second passageway, a first discharge passageway, and a second discharge passageway.
Air mix dual-zone converter cap
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) assembly. The HVAC assembly includes a first shaft and a first airflow door movable by the first shaft. A second shaft and a second airflow door movable by the second shaft are also included. A case houses the first airflow door and the second airflow door. A cap is coupled to both the first shaft and the second shaft outside of the case. Rotation of the cap simultaneously rotates the first shaft and the second shaft.
Vehicle air conditioning apparatus
A vehicle air conditioning apparatus includes an air conditioning case including a case body having a case opening that is open to an air conditioning opening, and a case cover that can open and close the case opening. The case cover can be attached/detached to/from the case body via the air conditioning opening outside of the vehicle interior. An evaporator and a heater can be attached/detached to/from the case body via the air conditioning opening outside of the vehicle interior, while the case cover is removed from the case body to open the case opening.
Heater core and method for servicing a heater core
A method for servicing a heater core installed in a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) assembly for a motor vehicle includes removing a sealing attachment from an interfacing connection interfacing with the heater core. The method includes sliding the heater core in a direction of insertion. The method includes disconnecting, from the heater core, the interfacing connection. The method includes removing the heater core in a direction of extraction, the direction of extraction being orthogonal to the direction of insertion.
Liquid cooling system
A liquid cooling system includes a liquid cooling head, a fixing member and a radiator. The fixing member is disposed on the liquid cooling head. The radiator is disposed on the liquid cooling head through the fixing member. The radiator moves with respect to the liquid cooling head between at least two different positions through the fixing member.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle, which takes up less installation space due to its compact-sized structure and effectively performs cooling and heating with a simple structure. The air conditioner for a vehicle includes: a case (10) having an air inflow port and an air outflow port; a blower for introducing air into the air inflow port to send the air into the case (10); a compressor (30) for compressing refrigerant; a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between refrigerant and air; and an expansion means for throttling the refrigerant, wherein the blower, the compressor (30), and the heat exchange are arranged inside the case (10) side by side to be formed in a flat type.
UNIVERSAL MOUNTING PLATE FOR AN AUXILIARY AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
A mounting structure for a compressor assembly of an auxiliary air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a mounting plate that includes a first surface, a second surface, a first plurality of apertures, and a second plurality of apertures. The mounting structure also includes a plurality of mounts disposed at the first surface, the plurality of mounts including a mount attached to the mounting plate via fasteners extending through the first plurality of apertures. The mounting structure also includes a mounting panel of a compressor unit of the auxiliary air conditioning system. The mounting panel includes a main portion having mounting apertures overlapping the plurality of mounts. Fasteners are disposed at the mounting apertures to attach the mounting panel to the mounting plate via the plurality of mounts.
PLUMBING LINE HANGERS
A hanger for securing an HVAC fluid line to a vehicle includes a rigid wire having a first end and a second end. The first end is formed to define a first aperture configured to receive a first fastener to couple the first end to the vehicle. The second end is configured to support the HVAC fluid line in a desired orientation.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An air conditioning system having: a housing with a second fluid inlet, a second fluid outlet, and a second fluid circuit provided therebetween; a heat exchanger for the first fluid, at least partially encapsulated within the housing; a blower housing with a blower motor configured to accelerate the second fluid circulation through the second fluid circuit. The blower housing is at least partially encapsulated within the housing so that the blower motor is located at the lower level than the heat exchanger. The housing includes a filtering compartment located in the vicinity of the second fluid inlet. The filtering compartment further includes a filtering component, a filter fluid evacuation circuit for condensation fluid that condenses on the surface of the filtering component, and a second opening configured to evacuate the filter fluid from the housing. The second opening is fluidly connected to the filtering compartment.
