Method of heating the interior of a vehicle

A method of heating the interior of a vehicle is provided. The vehicle has a central heating system and several decentralized heating surfaces constructed as infrared radiators. The temperature of the vehicle interior is controllable by the central heating system and/or the decentralized heating surfaces corresponding to a heating demand of at least one vehicle occupant. For controlling the temperature of the vehicle interior corresponding to a heating demand, a power distribution takes place between the central heating system and the decentralized heating surfaces as a function of specified distribution demands.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

Disclosed herein is an air conditioning system for a vehicle, in which an air conditioning module having noise-induced sources is arranged at an engine room based on a dash panel and a distribution duct for distributing air to the interior of the vehicle is arranged in the interior of the vehicle based on the dash panel, thereby reducing noise and vibration in the interior of the vehicle, securing visibility and enabling a worker to easily access the air conditioning system for follow-up service because the air conditioning module causing noise is arranged inside the engine room, and enhancing passengers' convenience by maximizing the interior space of the vehicle in comparison with the conventional air conditioning systems because only the distribution duct is arranged in the interior of the vehicle.

A passenger compartment module block assembly is provided. The passenger compartment module block assembly includes a center block which is made of composite material and disposed within a central portion of a crash pad and provided with assembly components formed on opposite sides of the center block, a driver block which is made of composite material and coupled to a first-side assembly component of the center block and disposed adjacent to a driver seat. A passenger block which is made of composite material and is coupled to a second-side assembly component of the center block and disposed adjacent to a passenger seat. The center block, the driver block and the passenger block are assembled integrally with each other and are disposed between a dash panel and a crush pad of a vehicle and to improve torsion and bending stiffness of the vehicle.

AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

The present invention is provided with: an evaporator (6) in which a compressed refrigerant is vaporized; an expansion valve expanding the refrigerant before the refrigerant flows into the evaporator (6); refrigerant pipes (26, 27) that connect the evaporator (6) and the expansion valve to each other; and a unit case (3) housing the evaporator (6), the expansion valve, and the refrigerant pipes (26, 27), and including an air flow channel (4) for passing air through the evaporator (6). A refrigerant pipe housing chamber (31) is disposed in the unit case (3), and housing the refrigerant pipes (26, 27). The refrigerant pipe housing chamber (31) is partitioned while being isolated from the housing section for the evaporator (6) and the air flow channel (4). The outer circumferential surfaces of the refrigerant pipes (26, 27) are separated from the inner wall surface of the refrigerant pipe housing chamber (31). Furthermore, the thickness (t1) of the wall of the refrigerant pipe housing chamber (31) is greater than the thickness (t2) of the wall of the unit case (3).

VEHICLE FRONT PORTION STRUCTURE

A vehicle front portion structure comprising: a dash panel that extends in a vehicle transverse direction at a front portion of a vehicle and that partitions a vehicle cabin interior and a vehicle cabin exterior; a protruding portion that is formed by making a center of the dash panel in the vehicle transverse direction protrude towards the front of the vehicle; and a deforming component that is disposed in a vehicle cabin exterior space in front of the protruding portion, and can be deformed by receiving an impact from the front of the vehicle.

Seat with warmer

A seat with a warmer may include a heating unit mounted on a rear side of a seat back and radiating heat toward a rear seat; an air duct disposed close to the heating unit on the seat back, extending up and down on the seat back, and passing air therein, and a blowing unit disposed in the air duct generating a sucking force in the air duct so that air heated by the heating unit flows into the air duct, and sending out the heated air in the air duct to a floor under the rear seat.

AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VEHICLES

An air conditioning control system and method for a vehicle may include: an alternate control entering temperature difference excess determination step of determining whether a difference in temperature between a side vent temperature sensor and a shower duct temperature sensor exceeds an alternate control entering temperature difference; and an alternate control step of determining that a side vent grill may have been closed, when the difference exceeds the alternate control entering temperature difference, and performing an alternate control operation of regarding the temperature of air measured by the shower duct temperature sensor as the temperature of air discharged from the side vent grill and controlling a temperature of air to be discharged from a center vent grill.

PORTABLE HVAC SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

A vehicle includes a duct in fluid communication with a cabin of the vehicle and a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system including a housing and an outlet configured to expel conditioned air from the housing, the HVAC system movable relative to the vehicle between an engaged state having the outlet fluidly coupled with the duct and a disengaged state having the outlet decoupled from the duct.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

Disclosed herein is an air conditioning system for a vehicle which includes an air-conditioning module having an air-conditioning case, which has a cold air passageway and a warm air passageway partitioned from each other, and a blower unit, and an indoor air inflow duct for introducing indoor air of the interior of the vehicle into the blower unit, wherein an outlet of the air-conditioning case and an inlet of the indoor air inflow port are arranged to be adjacent to each other, so that the air conditioning system for a vehicle can be installed through just one through hole part formed in a dash panel, thereby enhancing assemblability and reducing weight and an installation cost.
