VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner and, more specifically, to a vehicle air conditioner which supplies, to a variable heat exchanger, condensate water and air, that have been blown by means of a supply part and passed through an evaporator, so as to enable sub-cooling and overall performance of the variable heat exchanger to be improved during cooling, thereby further increasing cooling performance, and which may use air and condensate water as a heat-absorbing heat source during heating so as to further increase the heat absorption amount of the variable heat exchanger, so that heating performance may be further increased, and thus overall power consumption for air conditioning may be reduced and an increase in heat pump system performance may be promoted.
Thermal Control System
A thermal control system for a vehicle includes a first heat exchanger configured to thermally condition first intake airflow received at a first end of a vehicle cabin, a second heat exchanger configured to thermally condition second intake airflow received at a second end the vehicle cabin, a thermal loop circulating a working fluid between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and a flow control system configured to cause the working fluid to circulate in opposite flow directions through the thermal loop for the first and second heat exchangers to operate in heating and cooling modes.
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF THERMAL MANAGEMENT MODULE FOR VEHICLE
A mounting structure of a thermal management module for a vehicle, includes: a mounting carrier mounted at a front of a vehicle body and having a receiving space; and a thermal management module mounted in the receiving space; wherein the thermal management module includes: an air conditioner mounted in the receiving space and configured to adjust a temperature of a vehicle interior according to a cooling mode or a heating mode; and a cooling device mounted in the receiving space and configured to heat-exchange with a working fluid using an external air introduced from outside of the cooling device.
Electric vehicle with cleaning device
An electric vehicle with a cleaning device includes an electric motor, a cleaning device connected with a pipe installed in a vehicle cabin, a first clutch that connects and disconnects the electric motor with an axle of wheels of the vehicle, a second clutch that connects and disconnects the electric motor with the cleaning device, a control unit that controls one of the first clutch and the second clutch to selectively connect one of the cleaning device and the axle with the electric motor and activate the cleaning device.
INTEGRATED THERMAL MANAGEMENT MODULE FOR A VEHICLE
A thermal management module for a vehicle includes: a housing disposed on a cross member between side frames arranged on both sides of an underbody of the vehicle on which wheels and a drive unit are positioned; a cooling/heating heat exchanger; an outdoor heat exchanger; a refrigerant storage; and a refrigerant circulation part. The housing includes a cooling/heating duct connected to an upper body of the vehicle, and a heat exchanging duct connected to the outside of the vehicle. The cooling/heating heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger are disposed on the cooling/heating duct and the heat exchanging duct of the housing. The refrigerant storage and the refrigerant circulation part are provided on sides of the cooling/heating duct and the heat exchanging duct of the housing.
VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
A vehicular air conditioning system includes an intake case having an indoor air inlet for introducing an indoor air present in a vehicle interior and an outdoor air inlet for introducing an outdoor air present outside a vehicle, an intake door installed in the intake case to selectively block one of the outdoor air inlet and the indoor air inlet while rotating about a rotation center shaft, and a water blocking part configured to block water flowing into the vehicle interior from the indoor air inlet of the intake case.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioner for a vehicle may include a first air conditioner provided on the engine compartment side with respect to a dash panel, and including an intake unit of suctioning internal or external air and blowing same to the vehicle interior side; and a second air conditioner provided on the vehicle interior side with respect to the dash panel, and including a duct for discharging conditioned air to the vehicle interior side. The dash panel has a through hole formed therein, and has an air guide which connects the first air conditioner and the second air conditioner to each other through the through hole.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
Proposed is a vehicle air conditioner, which performs cooling and heating by supplying cold air and hot air in an interior of the vehicle. The vehicle air conditioner includes an intake unit installed at an engine room and configured to suction and blows internal and external air to the interior, a heat exchanger unit configured to cool or heat and supply air blown from the intake unit, a case cover installed on an outer surface of the intake unit to cover the intake unit, and a case soundproofing member installed between an intake case of the intake unit and the case cover and configured to block noise that is transmitted to the intake case from the outside of the case cover.
Air conditioning equipment for vehicle
In the application, since the flow of air outside the vehicle compartment flowing through the upstream heat exchange part and the flow of air outside the vehicle compartment flowing through the downstream heat exchange part are opposite flows, a second heat exchanger through which the air outside the vehicle compartment flowing from the first fan through the downstream heat exchange part flows, a first heat exchanger is an orthogonal heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger that is a component of a refrigeration cycle execution system, the air in the vehicle compartment, which flows in from the inside air inlet by the rotation of the second fan and is discharged from the outlet outside the vehicle through the first heat exchanger, and the air outside the vehicle compartment, are exchanged with the first heat exchanger, it can be miniaturized along with the improvement of electricity cost.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle and, more particularly, to an air conditioner for a vehicle which is capable of miniaturization by integrally forming an air conditioning module and a cooling module so as to increase space utilization in an engine room and further enhance manufacturability.
