An evaporator unit for a rooftop air-conditioning system of a vehicle may include a housing having two evaporators. Each evaporator may include a plurality of evaporation pipes running parallel to one another and parallel to a Z axis of the evaporators, a distributor and collector box running parallel to an X axis of the evaporator, and a diverting box running parallel to the X axis of the evaporator. The distributor and collector box may include an inlet connector for liquid refrigerant and an outlet connector for gaseous refrigerant that may be disposed adjacent to one another on a same face side of the distributor and collector box and in a Y axis of the evaporator. The two evaporators may be disposed on both sides of an intake chamber of the evaporator unit and may lay opposite one another in a transverse axis of the evaporator unit. The evaporators may be structurally identical.

A roof top air conditioner unit for a vehicle, in particular a recreational vehicle, wherein the roof top air conditioner at least in part is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP). At least one stabilizing and/or connecting element of the roof top air conditioner unit is mold in the section of the roof top air conditioner unit made of EPP. Furthermore, the present invention refers to a method for producing, assembling and installing such roof top air conditioner units and a vehicle having such a roof top air conditioner assembly.

A roof module for forming a motor vehicle roof, the roof module having a panel component whose outer surface at least partially forms a roof skin of the vehicle roof, the roof module having at least one environment sensor configured to send and/or receive electromagnetic signals for detecting the vehicle environment. The environment sensor is disposed below the roof skin formed by the panel component, the roof module having a cooler configured to discharge exhaust heat emitted by the environment sensor and/or heat introduced from outside from the environment sensor.
CONDENSER UNIT OF A ROOF-MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
A condenser unit for a roof-mounted air conditioning system may include a condenser having a plurality of condensation tubes. The longitudinal ends of the plurality of condensation tubes may be connected to a first and second collection tube of the condenser. A carrier may secure the condenser unit to a vehicle roof having a first support region assigned to the first collection tube to support the first collection tube and a second support region assigned to the second collection tube to support the second collection tube. A fan frame may define a flow duct leading from the condenser to a condenser blower. The fan frame may be secured to the carrier having a first retaining region assigned to the first collection tube and a second retaining region assigned to the second collection tube. The condenser may be held on the carrier via the fan frame.
VEHICLE STRUCTURAL AIR DUCT
A vehicle body structure includes spaced roof rails and a structural air duct. The air duct has at least two bows connecting between the roof rails and defining first and second channels. An interconnecting member is connected between the bows and defines a third channel connecting the first and second channels in fluid communication with each other. At least one of the bows defines an outlet port configured to supply air to a cabin.
Vehicle Roof Fan
A vehicle roof fan for providing air conditioning to a user of a vehicle. The vehicle roof fan may include a plurality of individually controlled fans. The apparatus includes power management features to limit the power consumption, such as a user presence detector and/or battery threshold monitoring. The plurality of fans may be associated with one or more optical sensors that each control the operation of one or more of the fans based upon the presence of a user. The air conditioning apparatus may also include heating and/or cooling components to modify the air temperature from the apparatus.
VENTILATION UNIT AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE WITH A VENTILATION UNIT
The present embodiments refer to a ventilation unit, in particular for recreational vehicles like campers, caravans or mobile homes. The ventilation unit comprises an air intake arrangement configured to define an intake air flow path from the environment of a confined space into the confined space in an installed state of the ventilation unit. The ventilation unit further comprises an air exhaust arrangement configured to define an exhaust air flow path from the confined space to the environment of the confined space in an installed state of the ventilation unit. According to the present embodiments, the ventilation unit comprises a heat transfer unit configured to conduct a passive heat transfer between intake air within the intake air flow path and exhaust air within the exhaust air flow path. Furthermore, the present embodiments refer to a recreational vehicle like a camper, caravan or mobile home comprising such a ventilation unit.
ROOFTOP-MOUNTED AIR-CONDITIONING INSTALLATION
The disclosure relates to a rooftop-mounted air-conditioning installation, in particular for the roof of a bus, at least having a condenser unit and an evaporator unit which has an air-flow duct with at least one air intake opening and one air discharge opening, wherein a heat exchanger and a radial fan which generates an air flow are arranged in the air-flow duct between the air intake opening and the air discharge opening, and an axis of rotation of a fan wheel of the radial fan is oriented parallel to an air flow main direction which extends through the air-flow duct from the at least one air intake opening through the heat exchanger to the radial fan.
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
An air-conditioning system for a vehicle may include at least one of a condenser module including a condenser housing and a condenser, the condenser arranged in the condenser housing, and an air-conditioning module including an air-conditioning housing and an evaporator, the evaporator arranged in the air-conditioning housing. The air-conditioning system may also include a plastic support frame including a plurality of parts, the support frame configured to support at least one of the condenser module and the air-conditioning module, and to hold at least one of the condenser module and the air-conditioning module on a vehicle roof. The air-conditioning system may also include at least one detent housing connection. The air-conditioning system may also include at least one of at least one detent support connection and at least one plug-type support connection including a securing element.

A ventilation unit for motor vehicles comprises a tubular element (5) fitted, through an opening (4) in the chassis (1) of the motor vehicle, and a hub (8), coaxial with the tubular element (5), which mounts an electric motor (10) for driving an impeller (12) fitted with blades (15); the motor and impeller are supported by connecting means (7) which are provided between the tubular element (5) and the hub (8) and which define a grille (20) for protecting the opening (4); these connecting means are suitably shaped to define means for regulating the air flow generated by the impeller (12), in such a way as to increase efficiency and reduce noise; the unit (2) also comprises a cover (21) for protecting the motor (10), fitted with means (24) for quick connection/disconnection to/from the hub (8) and defining, between the hub and the motor, openings (26) to allow the passage of the air flow moved by the impeller in such a way as to cool the motor.
