Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system with illumination
Present embodiments relate to a heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) system which is used in both fixed and mobile structures, and which has a luminaire disposed in the HVAC to provide illumination therefrom. The luminaire may be a single continuously on light or it may be a flashing light with one or more patterns. The light may emit a single color or multiple colors. The light may also have a flashing sequence which corresponds to audio. The light may be wired to a switch and/or may be controlled by a smart device in wireless communication with the HVAC system.
Vehicle headliner assembly for zonal comfort
According to some embodiments, a zonal conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a headliner assembly configured to be secured to the top surface of a vehicle interior, wherein the headliner assembly comprises a first side positioned away from the vehicle interior and hidden from the vehicle interior, and a second side positioned toward the vehicle interior, the headliner assembly comprising at least two vents through which air selectively passes. The zonal conditioning system further includes at least two fluid modules positioned along the first side of the headliner assembly, wherein each of the fluid modules comprises a fluid transfer device and an outlet. In some embodiments, at least one property of the air discharged through the first and second vents can be selectively regulated to create separate conditioning zones within the interior of the vehicle.
WORKING VEHICLE
A working vehicle is provided with a cabin which covers a control seat on a travel machine body. The cabin has a cabin frame which constructs a framework. At least one frame member of the cabin frame is formed into a C-shaped cross section. A reinforcing plate extending along a longitudinal direction of the frame member is fixed by welding to an opening portion of the frame member. At least longitudinally intermediate portion of the frame member is formed into a hollow shape.
Tractor
It is an object to provide a tractor, which is a work vehicle, being capable of providing an air-conditioner unit and rear working lights in the interior of a ceiling without protruding the rear end of the cabin. Regarding a tractor, which is a work vehicle in which a cabin for covering a drive operating unit is provided, the ceiling of the cabin is formed in an arc shape from the front end to the rear end thereof, and a radius of curvature of the arc shape is configured to increase as the ceiling advances from the front end to the rear end of the ceiling.

VEHICULAR COOLING SYSTEM
A vehicular cooling system is provided which includes a water tank, a cooling unit, a vent unit, a closed loop conduit assembly, and a water pump. The cooling unit includes an evaporative media in the shape of a closed loop structure having a center hole. The evaporative media is gas porous and preferably made of bactericidal wood shavings. The water pump pumps water from the water tank to saturate the evaporative media to provide water-saturated-air. The cooling unit includes an air pump for sucking air through the evaporative media into a vehicle's interior. Advantageously, the vehicular cooling system requires minimal modification of a vehicle structure.
DRAIN PAN STRUCTURE OF BUS AIR CONDITIONER FOR PREVENTING OVERFLOW OF CONDENSATE WATER
Disclosed is a drain pan structure having a drain pan storing and draining condensate water generated from an evaporator installed in a casing of the bus air conditioner, the drain pan including: a bottom plate provided at a position below the evaporator, the bottom plate including: an inclined portion having at least one surface having at least one downward inclination; and a drain channel formed by extending to distal ends of a side direction of the bottom plate such that height of the drain channel is lowest at the distal ends of the side direction of the bottom plate so as to move the condensate water drained from the bottom plate, in a drain direction of the condensate water.
Therma-zone vehicle system
A temperature adjustment system for a vehicle including a closed network of interconnected fluid pathways disposed in at least one of a headliner, a door, and an instrument panel of the vehicle. A fluid is disposed in the closed network. A fluid pump pushes the fluid through the closed network. The closed network is not open to an interior cabin of the vehicle and thermodynamically influences a cabin temperature of the vehicle.
HVAC integrated roof for operator cabs
A roof for a cab of a machine includes a roof surface with a rearward incline having a front portion higher than a rear portion. The roof surface has a recessed portion at the rear portion that receives a Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) unit. The recessed portion includes a rearward facing sidewall with a rearward incline, such that an upper end of the rearward facing sidewall is closer to the front portion than a lower end. The rearward facing sidewall has a lateral opening, a pair of lateral sidewalls, and a base with a rearward incline, such that a front end of the base is higher than a rear end. The base has an upright opening with a ridge protruding upward, defining a perimeter of the upright opening. The rearward facing sidewall, the pair of lateral sidewalls, and the base, define a contiguous peripheral portion of the recessed portion.
Air conditioning unit
The present invention relates to an air conditioning unit configured to be mounted on a vehicle, comprising a housing that is openable in a state when the air conditioning unit is mounted on the vehicle, the air conditioning unit further comprising a first air circuit within the housing, a second air circuit within the housing, an evaporator being arranged in the first air circuit and a condenser being arranged in the second air circuit, the air conditioning unit is configured such that at least two different fan arrangements, including a first fan arrangement and a second fan arrangement, can be installed in the air conditioning unit in a mutually exchangeable manner, wherein each of the at least two different fan arrangements comprising a first fan and a second fan, and, when installed in the air conditioning unit 1, the first fan is arranged in the first air circuit and is configured to generate an air flow in the first air circuit in order to enhance an exchange of thermal energy between the air flowing in the first air circuit and the evaporator, and the second fan is arranged in the second air circuit and is configured to generate an air flow in the second air circuit in order to enhance an exchange of thermal energy between the air flowing in the second air circuit and the condenser. The present invention further relates to a construction kit for the air conditioning unit, the construction kit including one of the fan arrangements.
