Separation Alarm Assembly
A separation alarm assembly for preventing leaving of a child in a vehicle includes a transmitter, which is couplable to an object and which utilizes radio frequency transmission. Alert programming code positioned on an electronic device of a user enables the electronic device to receive transmissions from the transmitter, to determine a distance between the transmitter and the electronic device, and to alert the user should the distance exceed a preset value.
HEATER CORE AND METHOD FOR SERVICING A HEATER CORE
A method for servicing a heater core installed in a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) assembly for a motor vehicle includes removing a sealing attachment from an interfacing connection interfacing with the heater core. The method includes sliding the heater core in a direction of insertion. The method includes disconnecting, from the heater core, the interfacing connection. The method includes removing the heater core in a direction of extraction, the direction of extraction being orthogonal to the direction of insertion.
HOUSING FOR A HEATING, VENTILATION AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning device (10) for a motor vehicle, comprising a housing (12) defining an air duct (11) for the passage of an airflow comprising—an inlet module (8), comprising at least one air inlet (15, 16), an air filter (70) being arranged within the inlet module (8), and—a distribution module (9) comprising at least one air outlet (27, 29, 30), the inlet module (8) and the distribution module (9) being detachably assembled to one another; according to the invention, the inlet module (8) is configured to be arranged in a first area of the vehicle, and the distribution module (9) is configured to be arranged in a second area of the vehicle, the air filter (70) being able to be removed from the second area of the vehicle. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising such a device.
Vehicular air-conditioning unit
An air-conditioning case of a vehicular air-conditioning unit has a cooler accommodation portion defining a cooler accommodation space in which a cooler is accommodated, and a downstream portion defining a downstream space. The cooler accommodation portion includes an accommodation bottom portion defining a bottom portion space. The accommodation bottom portion includes a drainage hole through which condensed water is drained, and the drainage hole is located closer to one end of the accommodation bottom portion than to another end in a longitudinal direction of a lower end of the cooler. A bottom surface of the accommodation bottom portion is inclined with respect to a horizontal line. The air-conditioning case includes a bottom portion rib. The bottom portion rib includes a communication slit. The communication slit is located closer to the one end than to the other end in the longitudinal direction.
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system of a work vehicle
A heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) system of a work vehicle includes a housing configured to mount to a structure of a cab of the work vehicle. The housing includes at least one mounting assembly configured to support at least one heat exchanger within the housing, and the at least one mounting assembly is configured to position the at least one heat exchanger such that the at least one heat exchanger extends through the structure from an interior of the cab to an exterior of the cab while the at least one heat exchanger is coupled to the at least one mounting assembly.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioner for a vehicle includes: a case having an air passage; a heat exchanger having a core portion in which heat is exchanged between air and a heat medium; a support portion provided in the case to support a lower portion of the heat exchanger; and a cushioning material interposed between the lower portion of the heat exchanger and the support portion. The lower portion of the heat exchanger has a pipe side adjacent to an inflow pipe or an outflow pipe for the heat medium and an opposite-to-pipe side located on an opposite side of the pipe side. The support portion includes a pipe side support that supports the pipe side, and an opposite-to-pipe side support that supports the opposite-to-pipe side. A surface area of the opposite-to-pipe side support in contact with the cushioning material is larger than that of the pipe side support.
EXTERNAL CONDENSER AND LIGHT ASSEMBLY
An external automotive condenser and light assembly for mounting on a body of a vehicle, the condenser and light assembly includes a condenser housing having a top portion defining at least one top opening and a bottom portion defining at least one bottom opening. The condenser housing includes a front face so as to permit at least one warning light to be affixed thereto. The condenser housing includes a right face extending rearward from the front face. The condenser housing includes a left face extending rearward from the front face. At least one warning light is affixed to an exterior of the front face.
Air conditioning unit for vehicle
An air conditioning unit includes an air conditioning case, a connector that is attached to an end of a first pipe connected to a first heat exchanger, a second pipe connected to a second heat exchanger, and a gasket being a sheet in shape. The gasket includes a first opening and a second opening. The gasket is adhered to a contact surface of the air conditioning case with the connector inserted into the first opening and with the second pipe inserted into the second opening. The periphery of the second opening in the gasket is compressed by the second pipe. The gasket includes a surface including an adhesive area that includes at least a periphery of the first opening and an adhesive-less area that includes at least a periphery of the second opening. The adhesive is applied to the adhesive area and is not applied to the adhesive-less area.
BEARING CAP AND ELECTRIC MOTOR UTILIZING THE SAME
The invention relates to a bearing cap (10) and an electric motor (M) utilizing the same. The bearing cap (10) has a first annular protrusion (18) configured for fixing to a corresponding annular groove (27) of an axial end of the bearing seat (13) by an adhesive. The first annular protrusion (18) has a plurality of first cuts (28). With the bearing cap (10), sand or other impurities can be prevented from entering the bearing seat (13).
