A recreational vehicle air conditioner includes an indoor cover defining an indoor air plenum, an outdoor air plenum, and a shaft aperture. An indoor fan is positioned within the indoor air plenum, a drive motor is positioned in the outdoor air plenum, and the indoor fan and the drive motor are coupled by a drive shaft that passes through the shaft aperture. A debris shield, such as an annular rubber washer, is positioned around the drive shaft within the outdoor air plenum for blocking debris from passing through the shaft aperture.

External condenser and light assembly

The present invention relates generally to an external condenser and light assembly and, more particularly, to an improved external air conditioning condenser and housing that is designed to additionally serve as a light assembly for an emergency vehicle. The condenser housing is mounted to the exterior of the emergency vehicle, which improves the performance of the emergency vehicle's air-conditioning system. The design of the condenser housing also allows it to serve as a light assembly on which emergency vehicle lights are mounted. The condenser housing and light assembly structure thereby provides for proper air conditioning functionality without occupying space on the exterior of the vehicle that would more preferably be occupied by emergency lighting.

An air-conditioning unit includes an air-conditioning case and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes and a header tank. The air-conditioning case includes a holder in which the header tank is held while being inserted therein. The holder includes a first rib and a plurality of second ribs for pressing a tank outer wall of the header tank toward an internal space of the header tank. The first rib extends in a tube stacking direction. The plurality of second ribs are each connected to the first rib, are formed to extend from the first rib away from the tubes, and are arranged side by side at a predetermined inter-rib spacing in the tube stacking direction. The inter-rib spacing is larger than a length of the second ribs extending from the first rib away from the tubes in a tube longitudinal direction.

Door fixation boss

A heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system for a vehicle includes a housing, a door supported by the housing, and a lock integral with the housing. The housing further includes a first air flow path and a second air flow path. The door moves between a first position blocking airflow from the first air flow path and a second position blocking airflow from the second air flow path. The lock is configured to automatically lock the door in the second position upon assembly of the housing.

PHOTOCATALYST DEVICE AND AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME

A photocatalyst device including: a body; a light source part fixed to the body to irradiate ultraviolet light and having an LED and a substrate for fixing the LED thereto; a catalyst part fixed to the body to conduct photocatalytic reaction with the light irradiated by the light source part and thus to generate superoxygen radicals; and a heat radiating part disposed on the light source part to radiate the heat generated from the light source part, whereby the photocatalyst device purifies air and sterilizes and deodorizes the evaporator, while being easily mountable as a single module.
