On-vehicle motor-driven compressor
An on-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, and an inverter device. The inverter device includes an inverter circuit and a noise reducer. The noise reducer includes a common-mode choke coil and a smoothing capacitor. The common-mode choke coil includes a case, a loop-shaped core accommodated in the case, a first winding and a second winding that are wound around the case, and a loop-shaped conductor that covers the core and the case. Parts of the conductor that are opposed to each other between the first winding and the second winding are spaced apart from each other. The case includes two projections that project from an outer surface of the case. The conductor is held by the two projections such that the conductor is spaced apart from the first winding and the second winding.
Vehicle air-conditioning unit
A vehicle air-conditioning unit has an air conditioning case and a case interior member. The air conditioning case defines a case passage in which air flows toward a vehicle compartment. The air conditioning case has a recess defining portion that is located in the case passage and defines a recessed portion. The case interior member has a guide portion and a cover. The guide portion guides the air flowing in the case passage. The cover is located in the recessed portion. The cover prevents the air, flowing in the case passage, from flowing into the recessed portion.
AIR CONDITIONER
An air conditioner for air conditioning a vehicle interior of a motor vehicle, comprising a coolant connection, a refrigerant connection, a condensed water connection, and an air supply channel connection which are each arranged in a front coupling plate and are surrounded by a circumferential seal.
Cabin Air Desiccant Dehumidifier
A blower case for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The blower case includes an inlet for airflow entering the blower case. Also included is a dehumidifier, which is movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position the dehumidifier is in a path of airflow entering the blower case through the inlet. In the second position the dehumidifier is not in the path of airflow entering the blower case through the inlet.
Fastening arrangement
A fastening arrangement for fastening at least two components together may be utilized in a motor vehicle. The fastening arrangement may include a plurality of screw-on brackets provided on a first component, and a number of retaining pegs provided on a second component. The screw-on brackets may include a through hole that may receive a respective projection of the number of retaining pegs when the first component and the second component are assembled with one another. At least one retaining pegs may include a cover plate that may facilitate receiving an associated screw-on bracket laterally and clip the screw-on bracket between the at least one retaining peg and the cover plate. A screw-in peg having a screw-in opening may be disposed on the second component. A hold-down may be securable to the screw-in peg to secure an associated screw-on bracket and an associated retaining peg.
Ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger
A ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger of a motor vehicle is provided, which includes a main body with a main opening, an electric fan mounted in the main opening, a connector and a retaining structure arranged on the main body. The electric fan includes an impeller and an associated electric driving motor. The connector is connected to the electric motor via an electric cable, and includes a plurality of terminals. The retaining structure includes a cavity having an open side for inserting the connector and a closed side for preventing an external access to the terminals of the connector, and a retaining member to retain the connector.
Vehicle air conditioner
A present disclosure relates to a vehicle air conditioner including a blower. At least the blower is disposed within an engine compartment. The blower includes a motor that is configured to rotate a fan. A rotating shaft of the motor is diagonally arranged with an inclination angle that is greater than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees with respect to a vertical direction. An attachable/detachable direction of the motor with respect to the blower-is an upper side thereof.
Integrated thermal management module of vehicle
An embodiment integrated thermal management module of a vehicle includes a heat dissipation fan module disposed between opposite side frames of an underbody of the vehicle and mounted on a cross member that connects the opposite side frames to each other, the heat dissipation fan module being configured to transfer vibration to the cross member and to exchange heat of external air of the vehicle with heat of a cooling medium of an outdoor heat exchanger, and a cooling medium circulating unit provided on a side of the heat dissipation fan module.
AIR TREATMENT UNIT FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
An exemplary air treatment unit is configured for installation to a recreational vehicle. The air treatment unit generally includes a housing, a power conditioning circuit, a refrigerant loop, and a blower. The housing includes an outlet manifold. The power conditioning circuit is configured to convert alternating current power of a first voltage to direct current power of a second voltage less than the first voltage. The refrigerant loop includes a compressor, a condenser, an expander, and an evaporator. The compressor is configured to operate using the direct current power of the second voltage, and the evaporator is positioned within the housing. The blower is positioned within the housing, and is configured to operate using the direct current power of the second voltage. The blower is configured to charge air through the evaporator toward the outlet manifold.
External condenser and light assembly
An external automotive condenser and light assembly for mounting on a body of a vehicle, the condenser and light assembly includes a condenser housing having a top portion defining at least one top opening and a bottom portion defining at least one bottom opening. The condenser housing includes a front face so as to permit at least one warning light to be affixed thereto. The condenser housing includes a right face extending rearward from the front face. The condenser housing includes a left face extending rearward from the front face. At least one warning light is affixed to an exterior of the front face.
