VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS, AND VEHICLE INCLUDING SAME
A vehicle air-conditioning apparatus that exhibits improved energy saving performance is provided. In addition, a vehicle with such a vehicle air-conditioning apparatus is provided. The vehicle air-conditioning apparatus includes a cooler provided in a first air passage, and a first air-sending device including a motor and a fan provided in the first air passage, and configured to drive the fan with the motor to thereby generate an airflow that flows into a vehicle interior through the first air passage. At least a part of an outer surface of the motor is located outside the first air passage.
Photocatalyst device and air conditioner for vehicle having the same
A photocatalyst device including: a body; a light source part fixed to the body to irradiate ultraviolet light and having an LED and a substrate for fixing the LED thereto; a catalyst part fixed to the body to conduct photocatalytic reaction with the light irradiated by the light source part and thus to generate superoxygen radicals; and a heat radiating part disposed on the light source part to radiate the heat generated from the light source part, whereby the photocatalyst device purifies air and sterilizes and deodorizes the evaporator, while being easily mountable as a single module.
HINGE HTR TUBE BRACKET
A fastening element for holding fluid conduit ends of a motor vehicle air conditioning system on an air conditioning system housing in a region of a conduit interface the fastening element including at least one U-shaped conduit clamping region between two opposing U-leg regions connected to one another by a curved or straight U-shaped base region, wherein at least one fluid conduit end, which is aligned with its conduit axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped conduit clamping region, can be clamped in the U-shaped conduit clamping region. At least one pivotable spacer is connected as an integrated component of the fastening element to one of the U-leg regions by means of a film hinge, and is capable of at least partially filling and/or bridging the U-shaped conduit clamping region by means of a pivoting movement in the direction of the respectively opposite U-leg region.
Air conditioner system
An air conditioning system includes an evaporator, compressor, condenser and an expansion system in a closed system to cycle refrigerant. The components are mounted in a housing with sidewalls, bottom wall and top wall in a vertically stacked configuration with a horizontally mounted frame approximately bisecting the housing. A fan below the frame dissipates heat into or through the bottom of a vehicle and a fan above the frame circulates cool air into a passenger compartment. The air conditioning system is powered by a 12-volt direct current, which is fused (15 amperes) running off the vehicle's battery or the alternator and is operated by an electronic control circuit.
Vehicle air-conditioning apparatus
A vehicle air-conditioning apparatus is installed at an upper portion of a vehicle and includes an apparatus main body which includes an outdoor unit chamber and an indoor unit chamber, a compressor, a first heat exchanger, an outdoor blower, a second heat exchanger, an indoor blower, and an electrical component box which houses an inverter that controls the compressor. A return port for taking in in-vehicle air is provided at a lower portion of the indoor unit chamber, and the electrical component box is installed in a space inside the indoor unit chamber so as to be close to the ceiling of the indoor unit chamber, the space defined above the return port.
AIR CONDITIONER
In a rotary door of a vehicular air conditioner, an outer peripheral portion closes a defroster blowing opening and another outer peripheral portion closes a foot blowing opening in a face mode. A first door opening communicates with an inlet opening and a second door opening communicates with a face blowing opening. A cross-sectional area of a flow path through which the airflow passes through the inlet opening and the first door opening is equal to a cross-sectional area of a flow path through which the airflow passes through the face blowing opening and the second door opening.
Low profile air conditioning unit for vehicles
A vehicle including a roof that separates an exterior and an interior of the vehicle, and an air conditioning system. The roof has an exterior surface, an interior surface, and an aperture extending through the roof between the exterior surface and the interior surface. The air conditioning system includes an exterior housing that is mounted to the exterior surface of the roof and includes a divider defining a first cavity, and a second cavity. The air conditioning system also includes a condenser, an evaporator, and an evaporator blower. The air conditioning system further includes an interior housing that is removably mounted to the interior surface of the roof and defines a mounted position and a removed position in which the evaporator and evaporator blower are accessible for servicing from the interior of the vehicle.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
An air conditioning unit includes: an air conditioning case having a passage through which air flows from an air inlet into a cabin; a first heat exchanger disposed in the passage of the air conditioning case so as to adjust a temperature of the air flowing through the passage; a second heat exchanger disposed in the passage of the air conditioning case and located downstream of the first heat exchanger in a flow of air; and a closure portion provided on at least one of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger so as to close a gap between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger.
AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT
An air-conditioning unit is configured to operate in an internal/external air two-layer mode. The air-conditioning unit includes an air-conditioning case defining a passage, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, an upstream partition and an intermediate partition. The upstream partition and the intermediate partition collectively partition the passage into a first passage through which internal air introduced from an internal air introducing port flows during the two-layer mode and a second passage through which external air introduced from an external air introducing port flows during the two-layer mode. The upstream partition is located upstream of the first heat exchanger and the intermediate partition is located between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. The intermediate partition is integrally formed with at least one of the first heat exchanger or the second heat exchanger.
