AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle, which makes it possible for an upper case and a lower case to be assembled in correct position without minute misassembly between the upper case and the lower case, thereby making operation of a sliding door smooth. The air conditioner, which includes an air-conditioning case having a plurality of cases and a door disposed inside the air-conditioning case to be able to slide, further includes: a shape-matching part where the plurality of cases are matched each other in shape; and a guide part crossing the shape-matching part to guide a sliding action of the door, wherein a cross section of the guide part at the shape-matching part is formed to be eccentric.
PERFORATED MEMBER AND AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE HAVING SAME
The present invention relates to a perforated member and an air conditioner for a vehicle having the same, which can solve the heat pick-up problem of a two-layered structure and enhance manufacturing performance and assemblability even though a space between a heater core and an electric heater is divided. The air conditioner for a vehicle, in which the inside of an air-conditioning case is divided into a plurality of air passageways by a separation wall, includes: a heating heat exchanger disposed inside the air-conditioning case and exchanging heat with air to heat the interior of the vehicle; a perforated member disposed at a downstream side of the heating heat exchanger and having a plurality of perforated holes through which the air passing the heating heat exchanger passes; and partition walls disposed between the heating heat exchanger and the perforated member to divide the air passageway of the air-conditioning case into a plurality of air passageways, wherein the partition wall is formed integrally with the perforated member.
ELECTRICAL APPARATUS
A vehicle includes an electrical apparatus comprising an electric circuit unit, a cooling unit that cools the electric circuit unit, a housing that accommodates the electric circuit unit and the cooling unit, a refrigerant introduction unit that supplies a refrigerant to the cooling unit; and a refrigerant discharge unit that discharges the refrigerant from the cooling unit. The refrigerant introduction unit and the refrigerant discharge unit are provided on opposite sides with the electric circuit unit being interposed therebetween in a horizontal direction. The housing is provided, on an inner side of an outer edge of the housing, with a connector connecting portion that is connected to a connector, and the connector connecting portion is provided below the cooling unit and closer to the refrigerant introduction unit or to the refrigerant discharge unit than the electric circuit unit in the horizontal direction.
PRESSURE RELIEF ASSEMBLY HAVING A LIQUID-DIVERTING COVER
A pressure relief assembly (100) is configured to be secured to a portion of a vehicle. The pressure relief assembly (100) includes a pressure relief device (102) and a liquid-diverting cover (104) including at least one liquid diversion vane (150) that defines at least one air outlet (152). The liquid diversion vane(s) (150) is configured to block liquid from passing into an interior cabin of the vehicle. The air outlet(s) (152) allows airflow from within the vehicle to pass out of the interior cabin of the vehicle.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle, which is configured in a semi-center mounting type having a separable evaporator unit to be assembled to a blower unit and a heater unit, such that the blower unit and the heater unit can be in common use even though the evaporator unit is manufactured according to the size of an evaporator, thereby reducing development costs and development time.
Outdoor unit for air conditioner
An outdoor unit for an air conditioner is provided, which includes a case, a plurality of path portions separated from each other in the case and having a same discharge port, electronic units arranged on the plurality of path portions, and an air circulator arranged on the discharge port of the plurality of path portions to compulsorily circulate air in the case to an outside of the case through the plurality of path portions of the case.
AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A first case member of a blower unit has a first communication passage communicating with an air intake side of a blower. A second case member of a temperature adjustment unit has a second communication passage communicating with a condensed water discharge portion through which condensed water is discharged. The respective case members are joined with each other in a state where a portion forming the first communication passage and a portion forming the second communication passage face each other. The portion of the first communication passage includes a drain portion having a groove shape and configured to discharge water in the first communicating passage. The portion of the second communication passage includes a drain receiving portion having a groove shape, communicating with the first communication passage and receiving the water discharged from the drain portion.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning case defines a warm air passage, a cool air passage, a first space, and a second space therein. The cool air passage is in communication with the first space. The warm air passage is in communication with the first space. The second space is connected to the first space on a side of the first space away from the cool air passage. A case interior member including a tunnel member and a blade is arranged in the first space. The tunnel member includes an upstream-end forming portion and a downstream-end forming portion. The upstream-end forming portion is open to the warm air passage. The downstream-end forming portion is open in a direction away from the upstream-end forming portion. The blade extends from the downstream-end forming portion to both sides along a width direction, and guides the air from the tunnel channel to diffuse along the width direction.
AIR CONDITIONER CASE
A recess that is provided at an end of a first case body includes an inner wall facing an air duct, an outer wall located on an outer side of a housing, and a bottom. A protrusion that is provided at an end of a second case body includes a tapered portion whose thickness in a cross sectional view gradually decreases from the second case body toward the bottom of the recess. The tapered portion is fitted between the inner wall and the outer wall of the recess. A taper angle is formed by a surface of the tapered portion facing the outer wall and a surface of the tapered portion facing the inner wall. The taper angle is larger than an internal angle formed by a surface of the outer wall facing the inner wall and a surface of the inner wall facing the outer wall.
REAR HVAC CENTER STRUCTURE AND DOOR MECHANISM
An HVAC system for a vehicle includes a first shell, an opposing second shell, and a divider disposed between the first shell and the second shell. The system further includes a first conduit defined between the first shell and a first side of the divider, and a first door disposed in the first conduit and configured to control a volume flow rate in the first conduit. The system further includes a second conduit defined between the second shell and a second side of the divider opposing the first side, and a second door disposed in the second conduit and configured to control a volume flow rate in the second conduit.
