POP-UP ROOF FOR MULTIPURPOSE VEHICLES
A pop-up roof, for multi-purpose vehicles such as camper vans and similar, includes components for increasing the climatic comfort of the additional interior compartment of the vehicle when the rigid top of the pop-up roof is in a raised operating position. A fixed frame following the shape of the opening of the vehicle roof includes a hollow structure defining an air duct with annular development. At least one air inlet in the duct connects with an air supply channel of the air conditioning system provided in the vehicle and a plurality of air diffusion vents distributed along the air duct, sending air towards the additional internal compartment.
Mounting structure of resin components
A mounting structure of two resin components includes a primary component including an insertion piece extendedly provided from a base portion, and an engagement recessed portion formed in the insertion piece; and a secondary component formed capable of being mounted to the primary component and including an insertion portion configured to guide the insertion piece formed at the base portion, an engagement protruding portion formed in the insertion portion and configured to fit into the engagement recessed portion of the insertion piece, and a restriction wall configured to cover a root side of the insertion piece inserted into the insertion portion, and in a top plan view, a width of the restriction wall being gradually decreased toward a direction separating from a side where the primary component is mounted.
Vehicle operation with interchangeable drive modules
Vehicles may be composed of a relatively few number of “modules” that are assembled together during a final assembly process. An example vehicle may include a body module, a first drive module coupled to a first end of the body module, and a second drive module coupled to a second end of the body module. One or both of the drive modules may include a pair of wheels, a battery, an electric drive motor, and/or a heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. One or both of the drive modules may also include a crash structure to absorb impacts. If a component of a drive module fails or is damaged, the drive module can be quickly and easily replaced with a new drive module, minimizing vehicle down time.
Flap stopper for a rotatable flap
A flap stopper for a rotatable flap for controlling an air flow may include a round bearing support disc, a round stopper support disc, stop elements, and connecting ribs. The stopper support disc may be spaced apart from the bearing support disc in an axial direction. The stop elements may be arranged on the stopper support disc. The connecting ribs may be arranged between the bearing support disc and the stopper support disc. The bearing support disc, the stopper support disc, the stop elements, and the connecting ribs may be formed as an integral plastic injection-molded part.
AIR VENT FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to an air vent for a vehicle, provided with a damper for opening or closing the air path of a duct housing with improved operation quality and convenience. The air vent for a vehicle comprises: a duct housing (20) having an air path inside, a vane member for adjusting air discharge direction, a damper (21) for opening or closing the air path and a cover fixing boss (22) formed in an outside surface; a dial knob (30) rotationally coupled to the duct housing (20) and having a knob coupling hole (31); a damper rotation member (40) coupled to a damper (21) rotation shaft and having a pinion gear (41); a knob connector (50) having protruded coupling members (51), of which one is fitted into the knob coupling hole (31); a damper connector (60) link-connected to the knob connector (50), provided with a rack gear (61) to be engaged with the pinion gear (41), and having a guide hole (62) placed by the cover fixing boss (22) of the duct housing (20); and a guide cover (70) having an insertion part (71) fitted with the cover fixing boss (22), and a finishing part (72) coupled to the cover fixing boss (22) by a coupling member (73).
VEHICLE
A discharged air flow path connected to a cooling fan has a first discharged air flow path which is connected to at least one side trim of a left side trim and a right side trim and a second discharged air flow path which branches off from the first discharged air flow path and which is connected to the side trim. A first connecting portion which connects the first discharged air flow path and the side trim is disposed so as to be spaced away from a second connecting portion which connects the second discharged air flow path and the side trim in a front-rear direction. The first discharged air flow path and the second discharged air flow path discharge air into a passenger compartment by way of the side trim.
Steering module
A steering module includes a steering wheel which is provided in front of a driver seat, a column cover which is provided on a vehicle front side of the steering wheel, extends in a forward and rearward direction of a vehicle, and has a functional component mounting region in at least one of an inner inside and an upper portion thereof, and a meter member which is formed integrally with the column cover and includes a main display portion disposed at a position spaced apart from the column cover.
Operator station
An operator station (100) for a work vehicle comprises a roof, a roof (102), that defines an outside air inlet (201); a floor (115); several windows (106) extending between the floor (115) and the roof (102) that together define in enclosed operator compartment; an operator seat (108) disposed within the operator compartment; an air-conditioning module (112) disposed adjacent to the floor (115); a first air conduit extending between an outside air inlet (201) and the air-conditioning module (112); and a second air conduit extending between the air-conditioning module (112) and a first conditioned air outlet of the roof (102).
AIR VENT FOR ARRANGEMENT IN THE INTERIOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
An air vent includes a longitudinally extending housing forming a flow channel and an insert extending across channel within the housing. A longitudinally extending hollow shaft is arranged on the insert and is movable in the housing. An actuating element is guided on the shaft in a longitudinally displaceable fashion. Slats are arranged on an outer side of the shaft, connected to the actuating element and arranged on the insert in an adjustable or movable fashion. The slat can be adjusted in different configurations or alignments in the flow channel such that the flow characteristic of the air vent, namely the intensity of the air mass flow and/or the direction of the air flow discharged from the air vent, can be varied.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
Air conditioner for vehicle, small and having two independent air flow paths, controlling air volume independently for each air flow path, and can remove noise while regulating the air volume corresponding to the desired flow path through means for returning flowing air toward a suction port. The air conditioner for vehicle comprises a blower having a plurality of blower wheels, and one blower motor for driving the plurality of blower wheels with the same force, a plurality of inlet flow paths allowing an air inflow port to communicate with a blower inlet, and a return flow path which has a plurality of outlet flow paths allowing a blower outlet to communicate with an air discharge port, which returns, to the blower inlet, at least a part of the air discharged from the blower outlet so that the air volumes discharged from the plurality of air discharge ports are regulated differently.
