An integrated thermal management module may include a first pump for flowing coolant of an indoor heating line for connecting a first heat exchanger heat-exchanged with a condenser of a refrigerant line and an indoor air-conditioning heating core, a second pump for flowing coolant of an indoor cooling line for connecting a second heat exchanger heat-exchanged with an evaporator of a refrigerant line and an indoor air-conditioning cooling core, a fourth pump for flowing coolant of a battery line for connecting a high-voltage battery core and a third radiator, a first valve simultaneously connected to a second radiator line for connecting the first heat exchanger and a second radiator, the indoor heating line, and the battery line to change flow direction of the coolant, and a second valve simultaneously connected to the indoor cooling line and the battery line to change flow direction of the coolant.

INTEGRATED HEAT PUMP BUNDLED MODULE MOUNTING MANIFOLD

A vehicle HVAC system including a heat pump system. The heat pumps system including a refrigerant module mounting manifold, the manifold including a first plate and a second plate. The first plate and the second plate are configured to couple together such that together they define a plurality of channels for directing the flow of refrigerant through the heat pump system. One or more auxiliary modules are fluidly coupled to the refrigerant module mounting manifold.

Close coupled four rail front structure system transferring compressive loads into a single center torsion/compression member

A system for providing structural transmittal of force through a vehicle body of a mid-engine vehicle is provided. The system includes an elongated single member torsional box spanning a passenger compartment from a vehicle-forward portion of the passenger compartment to a vehicle-rearward portion of the passenger compartment, parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle body, and laterally centered upon a longitudinal centerline of the vehicle body. The system further includes four rails in a vehicle-forward position relative to the elongated single member torsional box, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle body, and offset from the elongated single member torsional box. The system further includes four diagonal support members, each diagonal support member being connected at a first end to one of the four rails and at a second end to the elongated single member torsional box.

Subassemblies for air conditioners and other mechanical systems, and methods of assembling the same. In some embodiments, the subassemblies facilitate the proper installation, alignment, and servicing of hoses leading to and from thermal expansion valves in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The subassemblies can be particularly helpful when installing thermal expansion valves in areas that are hard to reach or of limited space.

Air conditioner

An air conditioner for air conditioning a vehicle interior of a motor vehicle, comprising a coolant connection, a refrigerant connection, a condensed water connection, and an air supply channel connection which are each arranged in a front coupling plate and are surrounded by a circumferential seal.

LAYOUT STRUCTURE OF REFRIGERANT PIPING NEAR HEAT ACCUMULATOR IN VEHICLE

Provided is a layout structure of refrigerant piping near a heat accumulator in a vehicle, which is connected to the heat accumulator and can reduce cooling of the refrigerant piping near the heat accumulator due to blowing of wind that comes with running of the vehicle, thereby suppressing heat dissipation of the refrigerant flowing into and out of the heat accumulator. The heat accumulator mounted in a front portion of the vehicle is arranged to extend in a direction substantially orthogonal to a front-rear direction of the vehicle, and has refrigerant inflow part and outflow part at an end. The refrigerant piping includes inflow piping connected to the inflow part and outflow piping connected to the outflow part. The inflow piping and outflow piping are arranged to extend along a length direction of the heat accumulator in a state of being close to a back surface of the heat accumulator.
