Vehicle air conditioning device hot water pipe holding structure
A vehicle air conditioning device includes a case, disposed inside a vehicle cabin separated from a forward compartment by a dash panel, in which an internal space (11a) is formed, a heater core that is disposed in the internal space, a hot water supply pipe that can supply hot water to the heater core, a hot water collecting pipe that can collect hot water that has passed through an interior of the heater core, and a holder member that holds the hot water pipes. The holder member includes a first holding portion that comes into contact with the hot water pipes, and a second holding portion that opposes the first holding portion, is provided across a gap, and comes into contact with the hot water pipes.
Sealing arrangement and ventilation, heating or air conditioning system having such a sealing arrangement
A sealing arrangement for sealing at least one opening in a wall for the insertion of at least one tube through the opening, in particular in a dividing wall of a motor vehicle, with a sealing body having at least one first lead-through opening, wherein the sealing body has a circumferential groove having at least one sealing lip arranged in the area of the groove and surrounding the sealing body, and with a frame carrying the sealing body, and with a first frame edge formed peripherally on the frame and projecting therefrom. The first frame edge engages in a first recess of the sealing body in an axial direction and radially inwardly of the at least one sealing lip.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle can enhance sealing performance and is resistant to noise and vibration, and prevent penetration of water into the interior of the vehicle by inducing water introduced into a seal into an air-conditioning case by a pressure difference. The air conditioner for a vehicle, which has a structure that a pipe of a heat exchanger penetrates through a dash panel (150) of the vehicle, includes: a bracket (140) for inserting and fixing the pipe; and a seal (160) for fixing the bracket (140) between an air-conditioning case and the seal to get in contact with the air-conditioning case.
Rib seal on front of dash seal
A seal assembly for an air handling system of a motor vehicle comprises a panel having a surface disposed on a first plane, a plurality of spaced apart ribs with an end of each of the ribs disposed on a second plane, and a sealing structure having a first face in facing relationship with the surface of the panel and an opposing second face in facing relationship with the plurality of the spaced apart ribs. The first face includes a first projection projecting therefrom including a first sealing surface spaced apart from the second face of the main body by a first distance and second projection projecting away from the first sealing surface of the first projection and including a second sealing surface spaced apart from the second face of the main body by a second distance greater than the first distance.
Vehicle air conditioner
A vehicle air conditioner to be installed in a passenger compartment S includes a casing, a piping component, and a seal 60. The casing accommodates a heat exchanger. The piping component supplies a heating medium to the heat exchanger or exhausts the heating medium from the heat exchanger. The seal 60 seals a portion between the casing and a periphery of an opening P of a dash panel P of a vehicle. The dash panel P separates the passenger compartment S from an outside of the passenger compartment S. The piping component is inserted into the opening. The seal 60 has a surface facing the dash panel P and including a notch 60d. The notch 60d is positioned outside the periphery of opening P1.
INTEGRATED COOLING MODULE
The present invention relates to an integrated cooling module applied to a vehicle cooling system, and more particularly, to an integrated cooling module in which components are integrated with a plate-shaped manifold to eliminate a hose or pipe and reduce a size and weight of the entire cooling system, and the plate-shaped manifold is configured by coupling an arcuate plate and a flat plate to improve manufacturability, rigidity, and sealability.
Multilayer motor vehicle temperature control tube
Multilayer motor vehicle temperature control tube for fluid temperature control media, with the tube having at least three layers. Going from the outside to the inside, the layer structure comprises an outer layer of polyethylene or of a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), an intermediate layer of polypropylene (PP) and an inner layer of polyethylene or of a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). The total layer thickness of the tube is 0.7 to 2.5 mm.
Resin material for hose and hose
A resin material, in which the elongation at break in an environmental condition at a predetermined temperature of 100? C. or higher and 150? C. or lower is 50% or more, a content of a plasticizer is 3 mass % or less with respect to the total mass of the resin material, a strength at break in the environmental condition at this predetermined temperature is 5 MPa or more, the elongation at break is 500% or less, and a 10% modulus is 3 MPa or less, is formed into a tubular form and used as an inner surface layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer surface layer of a hose, and components of an air conditioner are connected through the hose. Such resin material, and also a hose including the resin material, which are mainly used for an air conditioner installed in a vehicle, have improved durability in a high temperature environment.
Drain hose
A drain hose (1) includes a drain hose body (10) and a hard member (20). The hard member (20) includes a notch (22) and hooks (21). The drain hose body (10) includes a protruding portion (14) provided to a part, of an outer periphery of the drain hose body (10), to which the hard member (20) is attached. The protruding portion (14) protrudes to be positioned in the notch (22), and, when force is applied to the drain hose body (10) in a direction to pull the drain hose body (10) from a through hole (P1), depresses edge portions (22a) of the notch (22) in a direction to expand the hard member (20) in diameter.
Plastic seal fitting
A seal assembly for an HVAC system includes a first block having a first aperture and a first sealing surface, a second block having a second aperture and a second sealing, and a conduit having a tube portion with an axially extending aperture and a flange extending radially outwardly from an end of the tube portion. The tube portion is disposed within the first aperture of the first block and the flange is disposed between the first sealing surface of the first block and the second sealing surface of the second block and is configured to deform when compressed therebetween. The seal assembly further includes an insert providing fluid communication between the aperture of the tube portion and the second aperture of the second block. A first end of the insert is received in the aperture of the tube portion of the conduit.
