20200189351 · 2020-06-18 ·

A vehicle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit. The vehicle HVAC unit includes an evaporator, a driver side face outlet, and a passenger side face outlet. A face airflow control door extends across both the driver side face outlet and the passenger side face outlet. A divider separates a driver side airflow path from a passenger side airflow path. The driver side airflow path extends across the evaporator to the driver side face outlet, and the passenger side airflow path extends across the evaporator to the passenger side face outlet. A passenger side airflow control door is within the passenger side airflow path between the face airflow control door and the evaporator. The passenger side airflow control door is movable to block airflow through the passenger side airflow path to the passenger side face outlet.

Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle, which makes it possible for an upper case and a lower case to be assembled in correct position without minute misassembly between the upper case and the lower case, thereby making operation of a sliding door smooth. The air conditioner, which includes an air-conditioning case having a plurality of cases and a door disposed inside the air-conditioning case to be able to slide, further includes: a shape-matching part where the plurality of cases are matched each other in shape; and a guide part crossing the shape-matching part to guide a sliding action of the door, wherein a cross section of the guide part at the shape-matching part is formed to be eccentric.

AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE

The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle, which can improve a gear ratio of a power transmission means in order to operate a sliding door with more torque. The air conditioner for a vehicle includes: an air-conditioning case having a heat exchanger; a first door and a second door disposed inside the air-conditioning case to adjust the degree of opening of an air passageway; a first driving part for operating the first door; a power transmission part connected to the first driving part; a second driving part for operating the second door; and a third driving part for connecting the power transmission part with the second driving part.

DOOR OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a door of an air conditioner for a vehicle, which can prevent damage and distortion by bending during assembly and reinforce strength due to a plate-shaped sliding door with flexibility. The door of the air conditioner for a vehicle, which is disposed inside an air-conditioning case to adjust the degree of opening of an air passageway, includes: a door body formed in a plate shape and formed to be able to slide in the air-conditioning case; and a reinforcing part formed from at least one side of the door body in a thickness direction and extending in an axial direction, which is perpendicular to a sliding direction of the door body.

HVAC unit

The present teachings include a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit including an evaporator, a heater core, and an airflow control door. The heater core is arranged downstream of the evaporator with respect to a direction of airflow through the HVAC unit. The airflow control door is downstream of both the evaporator and the heater core. The airflow control door is movable to increase and decrease a cross-sectional area of an airflow path downstream of the temperature control door, such as to facilitate mixing of airflow that has passed through the heater core with airflow that has passed around the heater core.

AIR CONDITIONING REGISTER AND VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
