Air conditioner for vehicle
An air conditioner for a vehicle has a first shaft that drives a first air-mix door in conjunction with being rotated, a second shaft that drives a second air-mix door in conjunction with being rotated, and a rack that interlocks the first shaft and the second shaft with each other. The rack has an elongated shape, thereby a mounting space can be smaller with respect to a rink mechanism. Therefore, an air conditioning unit can be downsized.
HVAC SYSTEM INLET ASSEMBLY
An HVAC system according to an example of the present disclosure includes a blower rotatable about an axis. The blower has a first blower section and a second blower section fluidly isolated from the first blower section. An inlet assembly at an axial end of the blower includes a first compartment configured to control fluid flow through the first blower section and a second compartment configured to control fluid flow through the second blower section.
AIR-CONDITIONING REGISTER
An air-conditioning register includes a retainer having an airflow passage, and a shut-off damper, which is pivoted about a damper shaft between opening and closing positions for the airflow passage. The shut-off damper has opposed side sections, which are opposed to each other with the damper shaft located therebetween, and a distal sealing portion. The distal sealing portion includes a curved surface and a planar surface. The curved surface is arranged on the trailing side in a pivoting direction of the shut-off damper towards the closing position. The planar surface is arranged on the leading side in the pivoting direction in a manner defining an acute angle with respect to an opposing direction of the opposed side sections. At least the planar surface is a textured surface having raised features each having a height of 110 m50 m.
AIR CONTROL APPARATUS
An air control apparatus for an air conditioning system may include a housing defining at least one duct and at least one flap. The at least one flap may comprise a shaft having at least one projecting wing. At least one longitudinal end of the shaft may be rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation on a wall of the housing via a bearing opening. The bearing opening may include an offset region and a bearing region. The offset region may have a larger inner diameter than the bearing region. A sealing contour may be disposed on the at least one wing and a counter-sealing contour may be disposed on the associated wall.
Electric actuator for a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning system
The present invention relates to an electric actuator (50) suitable for driving a movable element for a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning system for a motor vehicle, including an electric motor (2) comprising a stator (3), a rotor (4) extending along an axis (X), a pinion (5) rigidly connected to the rotor (4), a drive mechanism (6) comprising: a planet carrier (7), at least one planet gear (8) held by the planet carrier (7), the planet gear (8) being suitable for being rotated by the pinion (5), an output ring gear (11) suitable for being rotated by the at least one planet gear (8), a drive socket (12) rigidly connected to the output ring gear (11) and suitable for driving the movable element, the drive socket (12) being at a distance from the electric motor (2) along the direction of the axis (X) of the rotor (4).
AUTOMOTIVE HVAC SYSTEM
A vehicle heating, ventilation, and air cooling (HVAC) system that includes a module, an evaporator, and a heater core; the module defines a defrost outlet, a side window outlet, a front face outlet, and a front foot outlet. The evaporator and heater core are both housed within the module. The defrost outlet being open and closed by a defrost door, the side window outlets being open and closed by a plurality of demist doors. The defrost door and demist doors share a common shaft, a torsion spring around the shaft allows the defrost door to remain offset from the demist doors.
HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unit includes a case, a door, an actuator, and a holding member. The case has a first wall, a second wall, and a third wall. The first wall and the second wall are connected by the third wall to face each other. The door is rotatably disposed inside the case through a rotational axis. The door rotates about the rotational axis to selectively open and close an air outlet. The actuator rotates the door between a closed position where the door closes the air outlet and an open position where the door opens the air outlet. The holding member is disposed in the second wall and holds the door when the door rotates to the open position by engaging the door.
Air damper device having a separate mounting component for simple assembly
An air damper device for a motor vehicle, comprising a device mount which defines a passage opening and on which at least one air damper extending along an air damper longitudinal axis is displaceably mounted in the region of at least one of its longitudinal ends as a mounting longitudinal end relative to the device mount, an opening cross-sectional area of the passage opening being alterable by displacement of the at least one air damper relative to the device mount, the mounting of the mounting longitudinal end of the air damper comprising a mounting component that has a mounting portion mounted on the device mount so as to be movable relative thereto in the fully assembled state of the air damper device and has a connection portion provided at an axial spacing thereto and connects the mounting portion to the air damper.
DUAL LINE REGISTER
An automobile air vent register is described. The register uses a pair of rotating vent cover doors and an elongate opening in a configuration providing good air flow control within a limited space. Exemplary methods and structures for controlling and directing airflow are provided.
