OPERATING METHOD FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE, AND AIR-INTAKE SYSTEM THEREOF, AND VEHICLE
The present application discloses an air conditioning system for a vehicle and an operating method therefor, which relates to the technical field of vehicle air conditioners. The system includes a motor (5), an operating dial (3) and internal and external-circulation ventilation doors (1, 2), and the motor (5) drives the operating dial (3) to drive the internal and external-circulation ventilation doors (1, 2) to rotate to achieve the purpose of different internal and external air-intake ratios. The operating method includes: receiving a pulse signal, wherein the pulse signal comprises a preset direction of rotation and a preset step count of rotation of the motor (5); and driving the motor (5) to rotate in the preset direction by the preset step count, to drive the operating dial (3) to rotate, to cause the internal-circulation ventilation door (1) to rotate to a first preset angle, and cause the external-circulation ventilation door (2) to rotate to a second preset angle, so that an air-intake ratio of an internal air-intake volume and an external air-intake volume of the air conditioning system is a preset first ratio. The system and the method can control the ratio of the mixing of the internal air and the external air, to satisfy different usage conditions, to achieve the purpose of improving the fuel-oil economic efficiency of the entire vehicle, the endurance mileage of new-energy vehicles and the comfort of the air-conditioner blown air.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
A vehicle air conditioning system includes an air handler and a controller. The air handler defines a fresh air inlet, air outlets that directs air into a passenger compartment and a recirculation inlet that draws air from the passenger compartment into the air handler. The air handler operates in a fresh air mode and a recirculation mode. In the fresh air mode fresh air enters the air handler through the fresh air inlet and in the recirculation mode fresh air is prevented from entering the air handler, and instead air enters the air handler via the recirculation inlet. The controller switches the air handler to operate in the recirculation mode in response to determining the following: a diesel engine is operating in a regeneration mode and the air handler is in the fresh air mode.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
A first sensor measures temperature at a first evaporator that cools a first zone. A second sensor measures temperature at a second evaporator that cools a second zone. A controller operates a compressor in a normal cooling mode or a single zone cooling mode. In the normal cooling mode, both the first zone and the second zone are cooled with the compressor operated by the controller in response to temperature measurements from one or both of the first sensor and the second sensor. In the single zone cooling mode, only the second zone is cooled with the compressor controlled by the controller in response to temperature measurements from the second sensor and the controller determining that the first evaporator has a low probability of accumulating frozen moisture on surfaces thereof, and in response to determining a high probability of accumulating frozen moisture on surfaces thereof the compressor is not operated.
CALCULATION-BASED VEHICLE CABIN FILTRATION PERFORMANCE
A method for determining a vehicle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) passenger cabin air filter filtration performance includes determining a vehicle-exterior atmospheric particulate contaminant concentration, a passenger cabin air filter efficiency, and an HVAC airflow rate. The passenger cabin particulate contaminant concentration is calculated from the determined atmospheric particulate contaminant concentration, passenger cabin air filter efficiency, and HVAC airflow rate.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT DEVICE
A thermal management device includes two or more heat dissipation devices that dissipate heat into a heat medium, a heat medium-air heat exchanger that exchanges heat between air and the heat medium having its heat dissipated in the two or more heat dissipation devices, a flow-rate adjustment device that adjusts a flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the heat dissipation device, and a control unit. The control unit controls an operation of the flow-rate adjustment device to increase the flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the one heat dissipation device, if the control unit estimates an increase in the amount of heat dissipation into the heat medium at the one heat dissipation device of the two or more heat dissipation devices.
BLOWER MOTOR OPERATION
A method of operating a vehicle climate system when an ambient temperature is below a threshold temperature is provided. In response to an ambient temperature being less than a threshold temperature, a controller is adapted to operate a blower motor at a voltage that depends on whether the vehicle is in charge sustain mode or charge deplete mode. In response to an ambient temperature being greater than a threshold temperature, the controller is adapted to operate the blower motor at a voltage that does not depend on whether in the charge sustain or charge deplete modes.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR VEHICLE
A control method for a vehicle includes determining whether an internal combustion engine is overheated based on driving information of the vehicle and cooling information of a passenger compartment while the vehicle is driving and an HVAC system is operating in a cooling mode, and controlling an alternator or an actuator of a switching door to reduce a cooling capacity provided by the HVAC system when it is determined that the internal combustion engine is overheated.
VEHICLE MICROCLIMATE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING SAME
A vehicle microclimate system includes a microclimate device that is configured to be arranged within an interior space that provides a macroclimate environment to an occupant. The microclimate device is configured to provide a microclimate environment to the occupant. The microclimate device is configured to be in close proximity to a region of the occupant having an increased thermoreceptive response compared to other occupant regions exposed to the macroclimate environment. A controller is in communication with the microclimate device. The controller is configured to determine an occupant personal comfort and automatically command the microclimate device in response to the occupant personal comfort to achieve a desired occupant personal comfort.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC TRANSPORT VEHICLE
An air conditioning system for an electric transport vehicle supplied by an electrical supply network includes at least one actuator for the production of heat or cold, and a regulator configured in order to generate at least one operating command applied to the at least one actuator as a function of values for parameters representing the climatic conditions, the actuator delivering an average power over a predetermined time period. The regulator are configured in order to generate at least one operating command applied to at least one actuator as a function moreover of the value for a parameter relating to at least one electric transport vehicle supplied by the electrical supply network, the value for the parameter indicating that electrical energy is consumed by the at least one electric transport vehicle or that electrical energy is produced by the at least one electric vehicle.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR REDUCING A PRESSURE WAVE
Methods and systems for reducing a pressure wave are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, a motor vehicle comprises a cabin and a receiver positioned to detect an input pressure wave within the cabin and produce an input signal. A fan with a blade having a variable pitch is positioned within the vehicle where the fan is audible within the cabin. A processor is in communication with the receiver and the fan, where the processor is configured to receive the input signal and determine an input frequency and an input phase. The processor is further configured to instruct the fan to control a pitch of the blade to produce a cancellation pressure wave with a cancellation frequency that is about the same as the input frequency and a cancellation phase that is about 180° out of phase with the input phase.
