SEAT WITH WARMER
20170129304 · 2017-05-11 · ·

A seat with a warmer may include a heating unit mounted on a rear side of a seat back and radiating heat toward a rear seat; an air duct disposed close to the heating unit on the seat back, extending up and down on the seat back, and passing air therein, and a blowing unit disposed in the air duct generating a sucking force in the air duct so that air heated by the heating unit flows into the air duct, and sending out the heated air in the air duct to a floor under the rear seat.

HEATING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

A heating system for a vehicle includes: a heater for non-contact heating that emits radiation heat by heat supplied from its heat generating part, which generates heat upon energization, to give warmth to an occupant in a state where a body of the occupant is not in contact with the heater; a heater for contact heating that generates heat upon energization to give warmth to the occupant in a state where the body of the occupant is in contact with the heater; and a control device that controls operations of the heater for contact heating and the heater for non-contact heating. The control device adjusts a heating output provided by the heater for contact heating and a heating output provided by the heater for non-contact heating, and controls the operations to be switchable between: a non-contact heating priority mode to make larger the heating output of the heater for non-contact heating than the heating output of the heater for contact heating; and a contact heating priority mode to make larger the heating output of the heater for contact heating than the heating output of the heater for non-contact heating. As a consequence of the above, the occupant can enjoy a sense of heating that is not stereotypical, and achieve energy saving.

Method for controlling the temperature of a heating surface of a heating panel and corresponding control device

A method (7) for controlling the temperature of a heating surface (5) of a heating panel (1) suitable for being installed inside a passenger compartment of a vehicle, for example a motor vehicle, this surface (5) being likely to be touched by a passenger in said passenger compartment, the method (7) involving controlling the temperature of said heating surface (5) as a function of at least one item of data representative of the profile of a passenger accommodated in the passenger compartment and/or at least one item of data representative of the heating surface (5) of the heating panel (1). The invention also relates to a corresponding control device (15).

CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR THERMAL EFFECTORS

A conditioning system operable in a vehicle. The conditioning system comprises a thermal effector, a first local sensor associated with the thermal effector, and a controller in signaling communication with the thermal effector and the first local sensor. The controller or an additional controller dynamically estimates a thermal condition remote from and at least partially influenced by the thermal effector. The dynamic estimation is based on a first temperature sensed by the first local sensor and optionally a second temperature sensed by an optional second local sensor. The controller controls the thermal effector based on the dynamically estimated thermal condition.

Heating structure for motor vehicle

A heating structure (1) configured to be installed inside a passenger compartment of a vehicle is disclosed. The heating structure (1) includes at least one resistive layer arranged so as to release heat when an electric current passes through this layer (4), this panel further comprising an electrode array (5) comprising a plurality of contact electrodes (6) arranged so as to be in electrical contact with the resistive layer in order to allow electric current to flow through this resistive layer.

VEHICLE EXTERIOR COMPONENT

A vehicle exterior component includes a heater portion including a sheet base made of a plastic and a heating wire, a connector portion that is made of a plastic and is joined to the sheet base, and a base made of a plastic. The base is molded integrally with the heater portion and the connector portion. The connector portion includes a tubular housing having an open first end and a second end that is embedded in the base. A part of the housing that is embedded in the base includes a projection that projects from an outer peripheral surface of the housing. End faces on one side and an other side of the projection in the axial direction are joined to the base.

Thermophysiologically-based microclimate control system

A method of controlling an occupant microclimate environment includes determining a heat balance on an occupant in a microclimate environment based upon a thermal model of the heat transfer effects on the occupant, estimating an overall thermal sensation of the occupant based upon the heat balance, referencing a target overall thermal sensation of the occupant, calculating an error between the estimated overall thermal sensation and the target overall thermal sensation, and controlling at least one thermal effector in at least one zone in the microclimate environment to reduce the error in overall thermal sensation while maintaining all effectors within limits of temperature and flow rate that ensure occupant comfort.

Heater device

A heater device includes a heat generating part that generates heat by energization, and a detection unit. The detection unit detects whether or not a distance between an object around the heat generating part and the heat generating part is equal to or less than a first detection distance with a first detection sensitivity, and whether or not the distance between the object around the heat generating part and the heat generating part is equal to or less than a second detection distance shorter than the first detection distance with a second detection sensitivity that is less sensitive than the first detection sensitivity.
